Cast Iron Proof of False News from the Elites and Open Discrimination Against Whites By John Steele

Got you! Here is old Obama openly lying about US gun laws to members of his congregation. It does not matter that he lies, because they will believe anything the system tells them to believe.  Talk about post truth!
  https://www.zerohedge.com/news/2019-05-31/obama-blatantly-lies-about-us-gun-laws-then-gets-awkward-applause

“After collecting a sweet $600,000 for a single speech in Colombia, former President Barack Obama took to the stage at the São Paulo Expo in Brazil, where he lied to the audience about US gun laws. "Some of you may be aware our gun laws in the United States don’t make much sense. Anybody can buy any weapon any time," said Obama - to which the audience erupted in applause, seemingly over Americans' access to guns. This is of course false, as not "anybody" can buy a gun "any time." Federal law restricts the purchase of a handgun through a licensed dealer to those who are 18 or older (18 in most states for long guns), while convicted felons can't legally own firearms at all. After the audience died down, Obama continued: "...without much if any regulation, they can buy it over the Internet, they can buy machine guns." And while guns can be purchased over the internet, Obama lied again when he claimed that there's 'little regulation' to buy online - when in fact a Federal Firearms License (FFL) holder must be involved in interstate sales, and that people can buy "machine guns."

The Critique of Work: It is Overrated Uncle Len, the Lazy

Once upon a time, when I was first recruited to write for this distinguished site, beating a long dogs’ line of contenders in a most gruelling interview, I used to complain about unemployment and dispossession. Back then I was Len the Unemployed Cleaner. But, over time something changed, mainly from the magic of being on Centrelink and dumpster diving to survive in my friends’ shed: I gave up on work, and indeed on life itself! Yes, I have never had a girlfriend, or a house, or a car; nothing in fact. Zero.  Look, some guy has written books about this which are best-sellers in the local bookshop so not caring any more must be the way to go to make a few bucks:

What was I going to say? I got so excited that I lost my terrain of thought, which is rather easy for someone like me. Wait, I have found it now! I pounce upon the little thought like a cat upon a mouse before it scuttles down the Orwellian memory hole:

Seismic Shifts in the Overton Window By Peter Ewer

The so-called Overton window, named after Professor Window of course, is the term used by those who speak of such things to describe that ideas tolerated in public discourse, also known as the window of discourse. The new class elites and their masters, the Dark Lords of Mordor, have been shifting that window to the Left at almost light speed in recent times, so that really anything the elites do not want can be condemned, and then later banned by the law makers. Here, for your viewing interest on these dark damp apocalyptic Melbournian winters (winter has come, Game of Throners), is a video dealing with this by some guy I like:

The Harms of Feminism By Mrs Vera West Old School English Mistress

Can it be that the harms of feminism are being recognised by those who should have known better, but were seduced by ideology? Can such social miracles occur? Perhaps.
  https://www.washingtonexaminer.com/opinion/we-have-greatly-underestimated-feminisms-harmful-influence-on-millennials

“When it comes to the problems millennials face, we're just not getting it. As I mentioned in my last post about the debt millennials have incurred, their predicament isn't their fault. It's their parents' fault. It is baby boomers who led millennials astray. "We suffered from the educational debt phenomenon because when we couldn’t find jobs, a lot of us went to college. Or we got graduate degrees. Our boomer parents encouraged us to fund a lot of that with debt, on the premise that it would eventually pay off in the job market. But that was clearly wrong, and we’re paying the price for it," writes Wall Street Journal columnist Joseph Sternberg in this interview about his new book, The Theft of a Decade: How the Baby Boomers Stole the Millennials' Economic Future. That is unquestionably true, but it's not enough. Too few are willing to discuss the social narrative Boomers promoted that resulted in the economic troubles millennials now face. As Simon Sinek explains in this wildly successful video about millennials in the workplace, there are four pillars that landed millennials in the boat they're in: parenting, technology, impatience, and environment.

Hiding Migrant Crimes By Richard Miller

With all the rhetoric about the need for Europeans to import billions of rocket scientists to pay for boomer pensions, this comes as a shock:
  https://www.breitbart.com/europe/2019/05/22/dutch-minister-migrant-crime-hidden-data/

“The Dutch immigration minister has stepped down following outcry over a government migrant crime report which hid serious migrant crimes including rape and murder under the category of “other”. Resigning from his position on Tuesday, Mark Harbers stressed that no “deliberate concealment” of the figures had taken place, but said he took “full responsibility” for having “misinformed” the Dutch Parliament with regards to the report. The Ministry of Justice document, which recorded crimes in which asylum seekers were the suspects, listed the number of various misdemeanours, such as shoplifting and pickpocketing while failing to identify much more serious offences like murder, child abuse, and rape as these were simply lumped together under the heading “other.”

Holes in Trump’s Wall and His Head By Charles Taylor

As a former Trump supporter, one of the first to get off the Trump train and write about Trump’s treason, I have paid attention to so-called progress on the magical Great Wall of America. Trump’s regime has built 1.7 miles of his fence in two years, while others working on raising money from chook raffles and the like have done almost as much and at the end of the day, will probably get more before civil war tears everything apart:
  https://edition.cnn.com/2019/05/27/politics/private-border-wall-gofundme/index.html

“A group that raised millions of dollars in a GoFundMe campaign says it has broken ground on a project to build its own stretch of border wall on private property. We Build the Wall, a group founded by a triple amputee Air Force veteran, said in a series of social media posts Monday it had started construction on private property in New Mexico. The announcement comes months after the group began its GoFundMe campaign to raise private donations for a border wall, and days after a federal judge blocked President Donald Trump from tapping into billions in Defense Department funds for his administration's wall construction efforts.

Poop Patrol By Chris Knight

The benefits of a first world country sliding down into fifth world status, as often ignored. Across California, for example, and especially San Fanny, homeless people freely empty their bowels, everywhere, clearly out pacing dogs in filling the streets with poop. So much of these flows everywhere that major medical conferences get cancelled because elite doctors do not want to step in the brown messages of love from their fellow humans. Talk about discrimination and lack of appreciation of diversity!
  https://www.businessinsider.com/san-francisco-poop-patrol-employees-make-184000-a-year-2018-8?r=US&IR=T

“In San Francisco, you can earn more than $184,000 a year in salary and benefits for cleaning up feces. As members of the city's "Poop Patrol," workers are entitled to $71,760 a year, plus an additional $112,918 in benefits, such as healthcare and retirement savings, the San Francisco Chronicle reported. In August, the city announced that five staffers from the San Francisco Department of Public Works would soon roam the Tenderloin neighborhood — where nearly half of the city's homeless population is — in search of waste. The staffers will begin their efforts each afternoon equipped with a steam cleaner for sanitizing the streets. The full budget for the initiative, $830,977, signifies a concerted effort to address the city's mounting feces problem, which has resulted in more than 14,500 calls to 311, the city's non-emergency-services line, since the beginning of the year, the Chronicle previously reported.

Will Trump Doom Israel? By Charles Taylor

It is fine that Trump has done much to support Israel over the rest of a hostile region, hostile to the West, but extreme caution needs to be taken with the present Iran crisis. We do not know what is going on here, whether Iran did first threaten America, but that is now all academic as Iran has again renewed its threat of destroying Israel. This is as serious as matters could get:

  https://www.timesofisrael.com/iran-says-us-doesnt-dare-attack-for-fear-of-provoking-assault-on-israel/

“A senior Iranian official on Sunday dismissed the US military buildup in the region as psychological warfare, saying that the US will not attack for fear of provoking an Iranian assault on Israel. “The US military forces’ deployment in the Persian Gulf is more of the nature of psychological warfare. They are not ready for a war, specially when Israel is within our range,” the Iranian Parliament’s vice-speaker Ali Motahhari said on Sunday, according to the FARS news agency. In addition to its own missiles, Iranian proxies like Hezbollah in Lebanon and Palestinian Islamic Jihad in the Gaza Strip have hundreds of thousands of rockets aimed at Israel. Israel’s energy minister, a confidant of Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, warned earlier Sunday that escalating tensions between the US and Iran may lead the Islamic Republic to launch a missile assault against Israel.

Robot Truckies By John Steele

With immigrants and artificial intelligence closing down traditional jobs, one would hope that one could one get enough to scrape by, say, unloading trucks, even if one had a bad back. Think again, for that option has disappeared into the cyber smoke:
  https://www.bloomberg.com/news/articles/2019-05-03/robots-edge-closer-to-unloading-trucks-in-amazon-era-milestone?

“As FedEx Corp. and United Parcel Service Inc. beef up automation to keep pace with surging e-commerce and a potential threat from Amazon.com Inc., they’ve been stumped at a crucial stage: loading and unloading trucks. Robot makers are getting close to solving part of that puzzle. Siemens AG and Honeywell International Inc. have built machines that pull packages from the back of a tractor-trailer and place them on conveyor belts, whizzing the parcels off for sorting. Making robots that can load trucks is more complicated, although clearing that hurdle isn’t far off. “The biggest challenge in our world is: Every single package is different in size, shape, weight, color, material,” said Ted Dengel, managing director of operations technology at FedEx’s ground-delivery unit. “It makes it a very tricky problem.”

Based Italian Intellectual Exposes Soros, Who Lends His Face to those Behind Him By Richard Miller

The Chinese Money Trap By Peter Bennett

After you watch this brief video and realise that China has its claws in many countries through its loan scheme; you will be concerned about the situation in Australia.  It is not only China but all foreign borrowings which can lead to the conclusions drawn in the video. To avoid such a disaster we must revert to the wonderful facility offered by the old Commonwealth Bank of Australia.  I mean before it split into our Reserve Bank and the Commonwealth Trading Bank.  It provided finance for World War 1 at minimal rates of interest.  It also provided long term, low interest loans to farmers; money for oil refining; coastal shipping and many other necessities.  This must be re-activated so we do not borrow from foreign sources.  Foreign borrowing was not necessary in the WW1 days and it is not needed now.  Australia is resource rich and can finance its own development.

And a Chinese company holds a 90 year lease on the Port of Darwin!!!!!!

Dark Nazi Eugenic Secrets of Chemical Giants By Chris Knight

Isn’t amazing what big business gets up to and gets away with? Let’s talk about Nazis, eugenic and its money backers:

“A doctoral candidate at The Hebrew University of Jerusalem says that research he’s been conducting has led him to the conclusion that chemical giant DuPont had a well-established relationship with the Nazis in Germany both before and during World War II, and was working with the Hitler regime to develop eugenics programs against targeted enemies. According to Nadan Feldman, as many as 150 United States corporations had similar such ties to the Nazis. But he claims that DuPont, like other drug and chemical companies at the time, were especially close to Hitler, working in lockstep with the political movement more out of a shared sense of ideology and belief, as opposed to simply for profit. After poring through many years’ worth of financial and regulatory reports, including back-and-forth correspondence between DuPont executives and the Nazis, Feldman determined that “the main motive” of DuPont’s involvement with German powers during the 1930s and 1940s was simply to further the cause of the Nazis. “The researcher pointed out that DuPont executives began providing support to Adolf Hitler and the Nazis in the 1920s, well before the 1932 elections which led to the establishment of the Nazi dictatorship in the country in 1933,” Haaretz reports. “In addition to financial support to Hitler, executives allegedly provided financial support to extremist groups in the United States itself, and expressed an interest in causes taken up by the German fascists, such as eugenics and the theory of racial superiority,” the Israeli news outlets adds, noting that one of these executives was former DuPont president Irenee du Pont, according to Feldman.”

On Condemning Usury By James Reed

I am just a simple man, and perhaps writing about economic issues that affect our very existence should be left to the experts. But, wait, isn’t that centralism too, and if that is bad in politics, then why not knowledge? Do we ordinary people have a right to a say, or is the ground solely to be covered by experts, even if it is from our side? Anyway, some non-experts are starting to challenge the elitist economic hierarchy, with Tucker Carlson speaking up against usury.

Capitalist Turns on Capitalism, After Getting Rich By Chris Knight

It is odd that a capitalist would turn against the system after getting rich. If I was rich, then I would simply spend my time getting richer, making useful products that help society and also me. Why would one want to pursue social agenda when there could be the thrill of making money? Being dirt poor one can only dream:
  https://www.breitbart.com/politics/2019/05/12/patagonia-founder-claims-capitalist-system-made-him-wealthy-destroying-planet/

“The man who became a billionaire selling sporting equipment and athletic clothing claims that the system that made him rich is “destroying the planet” and that those who deny climate change — including President Donald Trump — are “evil.” Yvon Chouinard started his business after deciding to make his own equipment for mountain climbing and eventually Patagonia was born. The high-end company has made him rich, but Chouinard has also always been an environmental activist and now a climate change zealot. In an interview with the Guardian, Chouinard, who lives in California, expressed his contempt for capitalism and his disdain for climate change “deniers.” “In his bridge-club cords and grandpa shoes, 80-year-old Yvon Chouinard doesn’t look the rock-star entrepreneur,” the Guardian reported. “And, when he speaks, he doesn’t sound much like one either. The founder of U.S. outdoor apparel brand Patagonia believes stock market valuations are ‘absurd.’ investing in shares is ‘buying blue sky’ – and modern-day capitalism is destroying the planet.

Letter to The Editor - The Mad Mad Maths of Australian Emissions Targets

Most politicians live in a green fantasy-land where facts and numbers don’t count.

They dream up fanciful figures for proposed cuts to industrial and agricultural emissions without any understanding of the remorseless growth of population.

The Australian government has set a target to reduce Australia's greenhouse gas emissions by 27% from 2005 levels by 2030, just 11 years away. The ALP opposition plans to cut emissions by a staggering 45% by 2030.

Australia’s population is growing at 1.7% per year (higher than most other developed countries). At this growth rate, population will increase by about 50% from 2005 levels by 2030.

If we did NOTHING about cutting emissions, and the economy stood still, the continuing rise in population will ensure that emissions (and economic activity) per head of population will fall by 30% from 2005 levels by 2030.

Who among us is volunteering to use 30% less food, petrol, gas and electricity than we used in 2005 solely because of population growth? Who is promising to abolish the baby bonus and cut our intake of migrants, refugees, tourists and foreign students by 30%?

And of those prepared to make these sacrifices, who is volunteering to meet even the modest government cuts proposed for 2030 which will require us to use 50% less food, petrol, gas and electricity per capita than we used in 2005? The Green/ALP cuts would take us back to the middle ages.

We have just three choices – reduce population growth; abolish emissions targets; or welcome creeping poverty.

There is a fourth choice – eject all climate fools from the political stables in Canberra.

Their proposed emissions targets will harm the natural environment by splattering the land with subsidised wind and solar monstrosities. They will also divert land from producing food to producing ethanol fuel for cars, and they will force poor people into poverty with soaring electricity prices.

But they will have no measurable effect on climate.

Is Diversity Strength? By Peter Ewer

The American Thinker, which has articles in an annoying type of column rather than across the page like normal dissents, has a rather good article questioning the ruling ethos that diversity is strength:
  https://www.americanthinker.com/blog/2019/05/is_diversity_strength.html

“Diversity is defined as something composed of different elements.  In sociological and political terms, it means the inclusion of people of different races, cultures, religions, and economic background into a group or organization.  The politically correct party line is that this inclusion, often forced by quotas and government mandates, makes the organization stronger.  But does it?  Is diversity strength? It depends.  It depends upon the degree in which it is done and whether or not brute force is used to make it happen. An analogy can be drawn from Eco 101.  If labor is used to make a product, when a unit of capital is added to the process, the output increases.  As you add successive units of capital, the output increases but at a lower rate.  Eventually, a point of maximum output is reached, after which the addition of more capital leads to lower output.  This is the area of diminishing returns or lower output.

Letter to the Editor - Flood Plains are for Floods

Flood plains are created by floods. People should be free to build houses beside picturesque rivers but they must put up with the occasional flood. Community groups will always help those stricken by floods but taxpayers and other insurers should not be forced to subsidise the insurance and flood damage costs for those who choose to live on flood plains. Sensible people build on the hills and leave the flood plains for floods, farms, trees, market gardens and grass. Rational town planning would require sellers and developers to provide accurate flood maps to buyers and councils should paint flood levels on power poles. Essential infrastructure should not be built on flood plains. And rather than wasting billions on trying to change the global climate, governments should spend those billions on weather-proofing railways, bridges, roads and electricity supply.

The Left on the Rise of the Robots By Brian Simpson

I stumbled onto this Left-wing site, “It’s Going Down,” by an accidental surfing and wash-out event. The opening bad language almost made me click off, but some perverse fascination kept my interest, as it seemed that even the Left are getting worried about the rise of the machines, and the displacement of workers:
  http://archive.is/z5sVd

“The scars of neoliberalism dot our landscape. But while outsourcing has pushed production overseas, at the same time in the last19 years, the majority of jobs lost in manufacturing, 85%, has been to machines that can now do the work of humans, also known as automation. Over the next 10 to 15 years, massive amounts of the American workforce are also expected to be displaced from their jobs by machines. As one expert on automation recently stated, cities like Las Vegas in ten years could become the next Detroit, as robots replace service workers. Meanwhile, other places will soon start to feel the hit with the coming of self-driving vehicles in the trucking industry, as massive corporations now pump billions into the creation of autonomous cars and trucks that will allow companies to compete with Amazon. The future is here, but only to leave us behind. In the face of this, economists and those in the tech industry expect two things. The first is simply that there will be widespread job displacement and loss; in short, things will get worse for the working class. But moreover, they argue that with so many workers making so little, there will be no one to buy their products. Such a situation, besides triggering a massive recession, may also lead to something the elites are even more afraid of: rebellion, revolt, and revolution.

Will China have a Military Base on Your Street? By James Reed

I saw a great electoral advert by the United Australia Party about the Chinese takeover of Western Australian mining resources. Here is some written material about this:
  https://www.unitedaustraliaparty.org.au/wa-labor-government-supporting-secret-takeover-of-australia/

Media release
WA Labor Government supporting secret takeover of Australia
The Labor government was supporting the clandestine takeover of Australia by granting Chinese communist government owned companies extraordinary powers to build and operate strategic assets in WA. That’s the stark assessment from the Leader of the United Australia Party’s Senate Team for Western Australia, James McDonald, who says allowing Chinese state-owned conglomerate CITIC Limited to build a jet airstrip in the Pilbara and exercise control over the deep water port at Cape Preston should be deeply concerning for all Australians. “Under a cloak of secrecy with the help of the Labor party,   Chinese communist government owned companies have built a private jet airport approximately 80km south of Karratha and the existing Karratha airport,’’ Mr McDonald said.
