The Legacy of the New Socialism By Chris Knight

We have seen opinion polls showing that the young are increasingly approving of socialism, showing how quickly the lessons of history are forgotten, by some, but not all:
  https://www.naturalnews.com/2019-03-30-socialism-is-already-collapsing-in-the-usa-as-residents-flee.html

“What do New York, San Francisco and Chicago all have in common? They’re all willing victims of socialism. The far-left political ideologies that have consumed these cities are now driving them deep into financial ruin — and citizens are fleeing in greater numbers every year. Whether it’s a lack of job opportunity, exorbitantly expensive housing costs, or high taxes, there’s no shortage of bones to pick with socialist policies. While liberals may herald socialism as the progressive dream, its ideologies don’t hold up very well in the real world. There is no stronger evidence of that than the mass migration from the most liberal states and cities in the union. New York, San Francisco and Chicago are among the hardest hit — and it’s easy to see why. Citizens say high taxes, exorbitant costs of living and poor job prospects are driving them to look for new places to live. Socialist cities struck by mass exodus

The Russian Collusion Hoax and Journo Awards By Chris Knight

Here is one for the records, when some alien species having what humans lack, intelligence, sort through the rubble of our decayed world. The Russia stole the US election mania, which dominated the manic progressives since Hillary Clinton’s defeat, has been knocked firmly over. Yet, what about all of the articles excreted by mainstream journalist championing this idea, made with no evidence at all, or based upon secret sources? Well, as the articles below indicate, there is no recognition of error, let alone guilt. There is no point going through each article, as the titles, and hubris, are clear. This is further evidence that a collapse of the internal coherence of American society has occurred. It is difficult to see how this divide could be bridged, since the chasm now is so great. Thus, people need to recognise this, and cease the delusional belief that the system can be saved, or is even worth saving. That position is much worse than embracing the decline, and planning to rebuild anew, on fresh foundations.

The same issue surfaced with the Jussie Smollett case of fake hate crimes, where Smollett gave a clearly absurd story which the mainstream media ran with just to attack white Americans. Then the “injustice” system let Smollett off, because, well, he was not white, for whites usually go down for faking crimes:

The Dangers of Thinking Machines By Brian Simpson

I have been covering the issue of the rise of the machines and the dangers of high tech, which the average punter seems oblivious to. One aspect of this problem relates to the mind of robots, which have thought processes quite unlike humans, and that is where the dumb human race could come unstuck:
  https://www.zerohedge.com/news/2019-04-06/robots-have-no-sense-humor-and-might-kill-you-over-joke
  https://www.theorganicprepper.com/ai-hate/
  https://www.apnews.com/bae71c3bef8145ecaaa84bca24d77430

“A robot walks into a bar. It goes CLANG. Alexa and Siri can tell jokes mined from a humor database, but they don’t get them. Linguists and computer scientists say this is something to consider on April Fools’ Day: Humor is what makes humans special. When people try to teach machines what’s funny, the results are at times laughable but not in the way intended. “Artificial intelligence will never get jokes like humans do,” said Kiki Hempelmann, a computational linguist who studies humor at Texas A&M University-Commerce. “In themselves, they have no need for humor. They miss completely context.” And when it comes to humor, the people who study it — sometimes until all laughs are beaten out of it — say context is key. Even expert linguists have trouble explaining humor, said Tristan Miller, a computer scientist and linguist at Darmstadt University of Technology in Germany. “Creative language — and humor in particular — is one of the hardest areas for computational intelligence to grasp,” said Miller, who has analyzed more than 10,000 puns and called it torture. “It’s because it relies so much on real-world knowledge — background knowledge and commonsense knowledge. A computer doesn’t have these real-world experiences to draw on. It only knows what you tell it and what it draws from.” Allison Bishop , a Columbia University computer scientist who also performs stand-up comedy, said computer learning looks for patterns, but comedy thrives on things hovering close to a pattern and veering off just a bit to be funny and edgy. Humor, she said, “has to skate the edge of being cohesive enough and surprising enough.”

Matt Forney on the Apocalypse By John Steele

A Symbol of the West, Burns Down By Richard Miller

The fire at Notre Dame in Paris, is, I feel, a symbol of the future of the West. Slowly, but at an accelerating pace, all the achievements of Western man are being dismantled and disassembled. Everything is under attack, and there is no defence. Yet. The cathedral of the West is being burn down, with Nordic (Northern European) man, to be burnt at the stake. And, the sad thing is that many of out own kind are ethno-masochistic enough to like it, perhaps until the flames lick their feet, or they lose their stuff. Then, sheer fear and panic.

When Will the $243 Trillion Global Debt Bomb Explode? By James Reed

It seems it is only a matter of time now before the entire house of cards of the global economy comes crashing down.
  https://www.zerohedge.com/news/2019-04-22/cataclysmic-243-trillion-global-debt-bomb-will-explode-impoverishing-everyone

“Global debt now stands at a terrifying $243 trillion according to a report by the Institute of International Finance this week. That’s quarter of a quadrillion. We’re in the realms of the absurd and the unsustainable. That’s money that will never be repaid. The debt-based system is irrevocably broken and is still propped up by the lies told by central bankers and governments in order to remain in positions of power over others. The record debt figure stands at three-times the world’s total gross domestic product (GDP). In other words, it’s three times larger than the value of all products and services on the planet.  And the United States is contributing massively to this problem, propping up a debt bubble that will crush everyone when it finally bursts. It’s pretty safe to say that if you aren’t concerned, you simply aren’t paying attention and will be hurt when it all collapses. An irresponsible monetary system addicted to printing money and issuing credit is destroying the standard of living almost everywhere on the planet. It’s time to admit that we, as human beings, need a new alternative to the control, wealth redistribution, theft, and slavery that’s overtaken humanity. And one website dares to say that while it’s far from perfect, bitcoin offers a viable solution with its fixed supply. According to CCN, Bitcoin, the decentralized cryptocurrency, is a way out of the poorly designed monetary system forced down all of our throats by power-hungry sociopaths. When economic growth is insufficient, governments and companies borrow more money.  But this is nothing more than a cycle of addiction, writes  John Mauldin inForbes:

Mexico Invades America; Trump hides Under Bed By Charles Taylor

Here the post-white post-American future, rushing up to hit us squarely in the jaw:
  https://www.washingtonexaminer.com/news/mexican-troops-drew-weapons-on-american-soldiers-on-u-s-side-of-the-border

“Armed Mexican troops disarmed two United States soldiers while they were on the American side of the border, U.S. defense officials have said. U.S. Northern Command said in a statement that "five to six Mexican military personnel questioned two U.S. Army soldiers who were conducting border support operations" this month. The U.S. soldiers were in an unmarked Customs and Border Protection [CBP] vehicle near the southwest border near Clint, Texas. Officials confirmed that the Mexican troops were armed with what seemed to be rifles. They raised their weapons when they saw the two U.S. soldiers, and then took a pistol from one and put it in the CBP vehicle. According to officials talking to CNN, the two Americans obliged "in an attempt to de-escalate a potential volatile situation."

Rethinking our Approach to China By James Reed

Our noble director sent me the link to the article that I want to tell you about today, but included a note which I found profound, and thought-provoking, so let me quote what Ken said: “Australians are known for their weakness when trade deals are done.  You can imagine China declining to buy, for instance, our beef, because we have done something not within their approval.  It could be un-related like killing kangaroos etc.  BUT we would never use our commodities sold to China as a bargaining point over, say their illegal South-China sea activity. Underneath most problems we find the lack of adequate finance to over-ride most decisions.  We tolerate any negative things like mines threatening underground water, as long as the mine delivers something to export for more dollars!!” And that is so true, indicating that unless a nation strives for financial and economic self-reliance, it is doomed to dependency and being at the mercy of the rest of the world, which is really just another definition of globalism. Here is an extract by Adam Ni, on the challenges of China:
  http://www.visiontimes.com/2019/04/16/its-time-to-rethink-australias-approach-to-china.html

“The truth is, for too long, Australian elites have turned a blind eye to the challenges posed by China’s rise. Many of our political, business, and community leaders have developed cozy and profitable relations with the Chinese party-state. For too long, our elites have benefited from China’s economic rise without properly preparing the Australian public for the long-term challenges posed by an increasingly powerful authoritarian Middle Kingdom. There is no doubt that Australia needs to engage China on trade, investment, connectivity, security, and a raft of regional and international issues. But there is an urgent need to rethink our current modus operandi and recalibrate Australia’s approach to China. Of course, this process has been underway for some time. The bipartisan support for foreign interference laws and the decision to exclude Huawei and ZTE from the building of Australia’s 5G network highlight Australian concerns about China’s influence. However, I would argue that a deeper rethink is needed if we are to prepare Australia for a future in our corner of the world with an increasingly powerful China with vastly different political institutions and values.

Genetically Engineering Australia By Brian Simpson

It was the night before Christmas … no, it was not. Rather, it was the day before the federal election was called:

“The day before the Federal election was called, the Government quietly announced changes to Australia’s Gene Technology Regulations that will allow a raft of new genetically modified (GM) animals, plants and microbes to enter our environment and food chain with no safety assessment and potentially no labelling. These include super-muscled pigs, non-browning mushrooms, and wheat with powdery mildew-resistance. The deregulation comes as a new study adds to the growing body of evidencethat new GM techniques such as CRISPR are not as safe as claimed. The study found that in 50 per cent of the cells looked at, the use of CRISPR resulted in unexpected effects, including the production of new proteins. There is a risk that these proteins could be novel toxins or allergens. It is vital that GM animals, plants and microbes produced in this way are assessed for safety before being released into our environment and our food chain.”

The Mainstream Media Show What They are Made Of By Peter Ewer

WikiLeaks revealed the high level of corruption … everywhere …  and for doing what journalists should have been doing instead of writing pieces to rub the bloated bellies of their masters, Assange now faces being drawn and quartered, literally because the US engages in torture. Already the character assassination is in full scale operation, where any bit of dirt is thrown at poor Assange, to get the public ready for the show trial.

  https://www.zerohedge.com/news/2019-04-15/ron-paul-long-assange-prison-we-are-all-prison

“Last week’s arrest of Wikileaks publisher Julian Assange by the British government on a US extradition order is an attack on all of us. It is an attack on the US Constitution. It is an attack on the free press. It is an attack on free speech. It is an attack on our right to know what our government is doing with our money in our name. Julian Assange is every bit as much a political prisoner as was Cardinal Mindszenty in Hungary or Nelson Mandela in South Africa. They, and so many more, were imprisoned because they told the truth about their governments. Repressive governments do not want their citizens to know that they are up to so they insist on controlling the media. We are taught, at the same time, that we have a free press whose job it is to uncover the corruption in our system so that we can demand our political leaders make some changes or face unemployment. That, we are told, is what makes us different from the totalitarian.

Weekly University Madness By James Reed

What would the leadup to Easter be, where we are all frantically writing like mad men, to get a few days off, without something to lighten up the day straight from the modern madhouses of the universities. So, here we go:
  https://www.breitbart.com/tech/2019/03/27/towson-university-professor-asks-students-to-draw-themselves-naked-forbids-pro-life-project/

“A professor at Towson University has allegedly blocked a student from writing about her pro-life views for an assignment in which students were told they could choose their own topics. Instead, the professor allegedly encouraged students to write positively about Planned Parenthood, and has also given students untoward in-class assignments that involved students drawing themselves naked, and revealing what “turns them on and off.” Towson University associate professor Lillian Carter has allegedly given her students in-class assignments requiring them to draw themselves naked, as well as present a list of what “turns them on and off” for part of their “entrance ticket” to her class, according to a statement by the pro-life group, Students for Life of America. Moreover, professor Carter had also allegedly encouraged students to write about why Planned Parenthood should continue receiving government funding, as well as denied a student from writing about her pro-life views after she had requested to do so for an assignment in which students were told they could choose their own topics.

The Avengers: Endgame; All the Spoilers for the Ultimate Social Justice Movie By Uncle Len, Resident Lunatic at the Movies

I am aware that there is a no spoilers code about reviewing this movie, and that the directors, the Russo brothers begged fans not to reveal the plot. That is why I am going to spill my guts here. If you have come to this website via the magic of Google stay tuned because we have everything here. Take me for example, a genuinely mentally disturbed person, who lives in a small tool shed, and writes movie reviews. Others talk about more serious financial stuff, which is beyond me, but check it out. What you may ask gives with these movie reviews, how is that possible? Well, my social worker comes and takes me in handcuffs, sometimes to movies to relax me, as part of my therapy …  but wait you want the spoilers, so here goes, dear new friends …

Ok, well, the first part of the movie has Iron Man and cyborg Nebula heading back to earth, only problem is Iron Man will die, not from rust but lack of oxygen. Nebula is ok being a robot. Then the uber-feminist super-woman Captain Marvel comes by, rescues everybody, goes to Earth. All very DC.

Letter to The Editor - The Coalition's traditional emphasis on less rather than more government intervention

To The Age        I disagree with your editorial claim ("Comedian's Ukraine win a serious matter", 24/4) that "there is not much to inspire young people in Prime Minister Scott Morrison." His Christian profession and impressive work ethic are two factors in his favour. He consistently comes across, rather as Bob Hawke once did, as "a genuine bloke". He also presents as a moderate man, open to discourse from different points of view. Of course, he has a liberal-conservative political creed which will put off left-wing idealists among the young (and old). However the Coalition's traditional emphasis on less rather than more government intervention should appeal to a good number of young people who cherish their independence. Most of all, comparatively speaking, Morrison leads Australia's free speech party, and intellectual freedom is a cause dear to most of the best minds in each new generation.

Ye Must go on Mosque Excursion By Richard Miller

It is absolutely shocking that parents have the mistaken belief that they can direct their children in any way contrary to the present-day regime of political correctness. No, your children belong to the multicult, not you. Your job is to work and pay heaps of tax, so that the multicult can be ever brighter and more vibrating:
  https://www.breitbart.com/europe/2019/04/13/german-parents-fined-for-not-sending-son-on-mosque-trip/

“The parents of a young boy have received a fine from a German court after they prevented their child from going to school to avoid a trip to a local mosque. A district court Northern Germany fined the pair in July of last year but the parents of the child attempted to appeal the court ruling, only to have their appeal rejected by the Higher Regional Court in Schleswig this week, Hamburger Morgenpost reports. The incident dates back to June of 2016 when the parents refused to let their son attend school for the day because the school had organised a field trip to the Rendsburg Mosque. The court imposed a fine of 50 euros due to the fact the parents had forced their child to miss several lessons for the day, rather than just pull him out of the field trip to the mosque.

Smoking Poo, Yeah Baby! By James Reed

I have never smoked “dope,” but it is the drug of my degenerate baby boomer generation. Thus, I had to laugh at this one, that smokers may be smoking dried human poo, and good for them, too.
  https://www.naturalnews.com/2019-04-13-why-your-weed-might-literally-contain-human-feces.html

“A Spanish pharmacologist purchased ninety samples of hash off the streets of Madrid, Spain and put them under the microscope. Fellow researchers from Complutense University learned that 88.3 percent of the samples were not suitable for human consumption because they contained exorbitant levels of E. coli bacteria derived from the anuses and intestinal tracts of drug traffickers. Lead researcher Manuel Pérez Moreno says that drug traffickers are wrapping the hash in some plastic and swallowing it to get it past authorities. After the hash is concealed in their intestines, the traffickers use a laxative to get the hash out of their body so it can be retrieved and sold illegally on the streets.

Civil War 2.0 By Charles Taylor

This mainstream article is behind a pay wall, and the only site I could find that had it in all of its glory was an anarchist Leftist one with an ironic twist, so forgive me, but Keith Preston is critical of multiculturalism, so he will only go to purgatory:
  https://attackthesystem.com/2019/04/12/in-america-talk-turns-to-something-not-spoken-of-for-150-years-civil-war/

“At a moment when the country has never seemed angrier, two political commentators from opposite sides of the divide concurred last week on one point, nearly unthinkable until recently: The country is on the verge of "civil war." First came former U.S. attorney Joseph diGenova, a Fox News regular and ally of President Trump. "We are in a civil war," he said. "The suggestion that there's ever going to be civil discourse in this country for the foreseeable future is over. . . . It's going to be total war." The next day, Nicolle Wallace, a former Republican operative turned MSNBC commentator and Trump critic, played a clip of diGenova's commentary on her show and agreed with him - although she placed the blame squarely on the president. Trump, she said, "greenlit a war in this country around race. And if you think about the most dangerous thing he's done, that might be it." With the report by special counsel Robert Mueller reportedly nearly complete, impeachment talk in the air and the 2020 presidential election ramping up, fears that once existed only in fiction or the fevered dreams of conspiracy theorists have become a regular part of the political debate. These days, there's talk of violence, mayhem and, increasingly, civil war.
