Freedom people are, I know, often opposed to the signing in requiring QR codes (or paper). However, there is mistaken advice circulating that section 94 H of the Commonwealth Privacy Act gives a legal defence. It does not, this is an elementary misreading, and I agree with the material below, which is correct in my opinion. At present, there is no legal option to this checking procedure, it is fully legal by state law, in each state. So, beware! Read this all carefully.
