Victor Davis Hanson produces great work on the tyranny of the elites. I too cover the same territory, so naturally I am delighted to see someone my superior wade in on the same topic. But, while there is much good material below, I do not agree that the elites, at least the higher-ranking ones, way up the predator food chain are “incompetent.” On the contrary, they know exactly what they are doing with all the present crises which is a controlled demolition of the West, so that from the collapse, they can rebuild a brave new woke world. The issue with all such grand plans is that there are black swan events and over-reach, and even if they destroy us, they may still come unstuck. It was only two years ago that CNN medical analysis Dr Leana Wen was proclaiming that masks were the best thing since sliced bread, or at least Covid-19. She also supported restrictions upon the unvaccinated. But now she has written for The Washington Post, “It became clear that the goal I’d hoped for — containment of covid-19 — was not reachable. This coronavirus is here to stay.”

Various political figures from the Right have said this, but now the ever-woke Swedish police are calling for the government to deport more foreign criminals, as well as abolish discounts on prison sentences, which is a great turn-around from the go-soft approach that Swedish police, largely Leftist, have adopted in the past. A survey commissioned by the Swedish Police Union and conducted by the firm NOVUS, found that 64 percent of police officers, agreed that the government should increase the deportation of foreign criminals. Police union leader Lena Nitz said, “We have a frustration from our members that you see both serious criminal criminals, but also people who commit mass crimes in droves, if I put it that way, who will soon be out on the streets again.” It is the same sentiment that is shared across Europe, victim of the disease of wokeness.

This could be an elaborate stunt, or the beginnings of Soviet style imprisonments. Proud Boy founder, Gavin McInnes was apparently arrested on air a couple of days ago, all of the events occurring off screen, and there is no information on the net about this. Some have tried to trace whether he was in federal custody, but nothing comes up. One hypothesis is that as he is Canadian, he has been deported. The worse possibility is that arrests of people opposing the present regime as beginning. We will certainly see if other leading lights go down.

A new dangerous practice in the ever-crazy US, murder by police, is for a false 911 call to be made, that some crime is occurring requiring a swat team to be sent out, with the hope being that the victim, a conservative gets shot. Republican Marjorie Taylor Greens was swatted two nights in a row, and fortunately is ok. Clearly, police need a record of conservative public lights and Republican politicians in their area, and to treat 911 calls to such residences with extreme caution now. The left are insane, and dirty insane at that.

There are many aspects to the Ashley Biden diary, the one with the entry stating that she has sexually inappropriate showers with Joe Biden, her father and now president of the US. The FBI were sent to fetch the lost diary, which is unheard of, as this is a piece of private property, with no national security secrets, so it is a state police property offence matter. Obviously, it was done for damage control of Joe Biden. The mere entry of the shower incidences does not establish sexual abuse, since the matter requires investigation. But this is not occurring, and those who aimed to sell the diary to project Veritas have now been prosecuted, which is technically correct, for it is stolen property. But, this establishes that the diary is real, and that there is a prima facie case against Joe Biden. Nothing, of course, will happen in this society where the rule of law has become a joke.

If one has to eat all matter of garbage to save the planet, the question needs to be seriously asked: why bother, for what sort of planet is it that is worth saving? The coming bans on petrol and diesel new cars in Canberra and now Sydney, are even more radical than seen in overseas countries, also under the grip of the climate change fanatical religion. The Committee for Sydney, an urban policy think tank, proposes that there should be the banning of the sale of petrol and diesel cars by 2027, and gas appliances by 2030. These vehicles are to be replaced by electric vehicles. Now while that may sound warm and fuzzy to some, the reality of electric cars for a mass society are seen in California, less radical than Sydney, which plans to phase out these politically incorrect vehicles by 2035. The problem is, it is not known how the grid is going to cope with increased demands upon electricity, and the same for Sydney.

While we are eternal optimists, seeing our ultimate victory over the globalist Dark Lords of Evil, some such as former White House Chief Strategist Steve Bannon are concerned that the Great Reset policies are so destructive that there may not be the possibility of the US, and by implication, the West, bouncing back. In many respects this is right, there will not likely be a return to the world of 2019 now, as that is the Grand Plan of the World Economic Forum. The mainstream climate scientists may depict China’s drought, and those of much of the US and Europe as due to climate change, but that is just speculation. Droughts come and go, and will be coming and going long after we have gone. And, call it what one may, the facts still remain that this is a catastrophe for China and the world dependent upon food, industrial materials, consumer goods from China, all still needed by the rest of the world. Legend says that if you displeased the King of Siam, he would give you a white elephant. These rare and protected elephants were incredibly expensive to keep. In the US there are Covid law suits a plenty, litigation against government and private corporations, all of whom harmed individuals with heir policies and actions, and who continue to do so. Most of these suits are civil actions relating to the lockdown mandates, which crippled small business and led to many losing their jobs, and health in the process. It is early days yet, but with other mass torts, this will pick up in the future, as the harms become clear, and the public anger, grows.

Two US constitutional lawyers, David Rivkin Jr. and Lee Casey, who both served under Presidents Ronald Reagan and George H. W. Bush, have set out the argument for the lack of a legal basis to the warrant used by the FBI to search former President Trump’s Mar-a-Lago mansion. “His possession of them is entirely consistent with that right, and therefore lawful, regardless of the statutes the FBI cites in its warrant,” Rivkin and Casey wrote in an Article in The Wall Street Journal.
