HOW DOES A POLICE STATE HAPPEN by Jeremy Lee

This article was written by Jeremy Lee who passed away a few years ago.

If the idea of a Police State was announced in advance, it would never happen! The people would resist, find leaders, rise up and stop it. But, of course, the loss of personal freedom never happens in one moment of time, but gradually, inch by inch, never moving fast enough to cause too much opposition, taking a backward step now and then, in order to take two forward steps later.

Could Trump be a Democratic plant? Is he trying to help Hillary?

Ref: https://www.quora.com/Could-Trump-be-a-Democratic-plant-Is-he-trying-to-help-Hillary
Did Bill Clinton play a role in Trump running? Are Trump & Hillary colluding? Is Trump working for the Dems? This is one of those questions that has been popping up on Quora in one form or another almost since he declared his candidacy.
And on one level, I get it. Whatever it might take to win the presidency, it seems like Trump keeps doing the opposite. But there are many, many, many problems with this theory.

First of all, the OP of this question said, “Trump can’t be that stupid.” [Edit: this was in a version of this question that was merged with the present question.]
In my experience, stupidity is one of the more powerful forces in the universe, and should never be underestimated. So, sure he can.

Grim Times for Australia’s Deplorables by Paul Walker

A tremendous article by Maurice Newman (“Road to Tyranny is Paved with Leftie Assumptions,” The Australian, September 27, 2016, p. 14), deserves mention before it disappears down the memory hole.
The primarily Left Media, he says, does not publicise that in the July election almost 600,000 voters gave their first preference to Pauline Hanson’s One Nation. These are the Australian version of the “deplorables,” the term used by Hillary Clinton to dismiss the white dispossessed “uneducated.”

And Newman says that the chattering class must vilify these Australians with no debate “lest too many of us waver on the virtues of bigger government, central planning, more bloated bureaucracies, higher taxes, unaffordable welfare, a “carbon-free” economy, more regulations, open borders, gender-free and values-free schools and same-sex marriage: the sort of agenda that finds favour at the UN.”

The Fall of Malcolm “The Great” by James Reed

They have their brief day in the sun, and then they fall. Malcolm Turnbull was loved by both the Big End of Town as well as the chattering class. He was not only pro-Big Business, but also championed politically correct causes such as the Republic, the Aboriginal Constitutional recognition, and same-sex marriage.

However, the latest Newspoll (The Australian, September 27, 2016, p. 1) not only shows the incompetent Labor Party racing ahead at 52 to 48 percent in two-party preferred terms, but Turnbull’s ship sinking. Abbott in the final Newspoll before his replacement by Turnbull had a satisfaction rating of 30 percent, but Turnbull’s satisfaction rating is now at 32 percent. Before Abbott’s fall the Coalition’s primary vote was 39 percent, and today is 38 percent. Clearly the Coalition and Turnbull are “on the nose,” but what else is new.

The Globalist Elite are Not Unbeatable by James Reed

There is a minority view among fundamentalist Christian actionists, mainly held in the United States, that the global elite are Satanic, literally, and thus have supernatural powers from the dark side. The only way of defeating them, is ultimately through the Second Coming where God (some Catholics say Mary), crushes the serpent’s head. In the meantime, “I have fought the good fight, I have finished the race, I have kept the faith.” 2 Timothy 4:7

All that may well be so – nobody cares to invite me to any meetings of the illuminati, so I don’t know what goes on deep in the underground tunnels where these dark creatures meet.
However, in many respects, one level of the global elite, as represented by Hillary Clinton, seem to be not supernatural, but human, all too human. Clinton’s health, for example, can no longer be swept away as a right wing conspiracy concern, after she collapsed in New York over two weeks ago at a ceremony of the 15th anniversary of the twin towers collapsing. Hillary’s collapse was mysterious, due they said to overheating and pneumonia. Yes, overheating on a rather pleasant 70-degree F day. And she was then taken to her daughter’s apartment rather than a hospital, well, because everyone had been through this before, and Clinton had medical support on standby, ready for her inevitable collapse.
I like to think that this is a living metaphor for the System as a whole.

Will We Need a Chook Raffle for NSW Liberals? by Michael Ferguson

Friday night in the 1960s, in the pub that my old man went to for the purpose of tipping down pints after a hard day’s yakka, there was usually a chook raffle. That was generally 'after' the Salvation Army, with a sweet little girl and old guy went into the pub selling a magazine called, I think, The War Cry. As a kid I was illegally in the pub, but in those days women were not allowed in the front bar, as moral protection from drunk men, who may swear.
I wondered how the sweet girl was allowed to circulate in the dangerous waters of drunks each Friday, and still exit the pub in one piece. I never wondered why I, a tender aged kid, was there. In a way, I was much like the NSW Liberal Party.
Like that, life has many mysteries, such as the NSW Liberals having to forego almost $ 600,000 in public funding because political donations equal to that amount were found by the NSW Electoral commission to be unlawful: http://www.smh.com.au/nsw/nsw-liberals-forced-to-forgo-almost-600k-over-unlawful-donations-20160922-grm91d.html. How long has all of this been going on? What else is happening?

You can, if interested, read about who tried to get what and failed at the URL reference cited. All of the facts are not that important. What is important is that the Electoral Commission seems to be now doing its job in subjecting donations to scrutiny, which is excellent.

Some Thoughts on the Terms of Reference for a Royal Commission into the Financial Sector by Ken Grundy

Our organisation is fortunate to have many economically and financially literate people, active in social credit. Thus, we should begin work on a submission to be made to the royal commission into the Financial system, if this ever sees the light of day. At present, Turnbull opposes it, but the Labor party is championing the idea. Back in August Shorten sent a letter to Turnbull outlining some of the terms of reference, or issues, which would need to be examined. These include:

1.    The extent of illegal and unethical practices within Australian financial services.
2.    Do Australian financial services adequately meet their duty of care to customers?
3.    How does the ethical, cultural standards and business practices of Australian financial services impact on the behaviour and practices of these institutions?
4.    Is Australia’s regulatory framework adequate to police illegal and unethical behaviour in the Australian financial services institutions?
5.    How does Australian experience in all of the above compare or contrast to international experience?
6.    Any other relevant issues.

Letter to the Editor

TO THE AUSTRALIAN
Greg Craven's judgement is awry ('Fear, loathing, lost mojos', 26/9) when he describes HRH Prince Charles as 'eccentric'. No one has ever served as long as Prince of Wales and no one in that role has done more for the public good.

He has wisely promoted religious unity, beauty in architecture and the protection of ecological systems (as especially documented in his book 'Harmony').

The Faith of the Gender Agenda by Mrs Vera West

In a paper entitled “The Controversy Over the Safe Schools Program – Finding the Sensible Centre,” Professor Patrick Parkison of Sydney University, has criticised the teaching of radical gender theory in Australian classrooms, comparing it to “odd and unscientific” beliefs of groups such as Scientology. (The Australian, September 19, 2016, p. 1)

The Safe Schools programme, he claims, has “exaggerate statistics” on the numbers of transgender and intersex people, done to support the ideology that gender is a social construction.
He argues that the ideology behind Safe Schools is now widespread in the West, and comes not from science departments, but philosophy (and cultural studies) departments. It is not scientific and evidence-based.

Letter to The Honourable Tim Fisher

Dear Mr Fisher
A couple of weeks ago I heard you being interviewed by an A.B.C. chap relative to the coming Centenary of the completion of the Transcontinental Railway line at Ooldea on 19 October 1916. I want to thank you for drawing attention to this historic achievement. But, perhaps more importantly, draw your attention to the manner in which the project was financed. The financial lesson of the past should be broadcast far and wide.

The two enclosed booklets (http://alor.org/Library/Amos%20DJ%20-%20Commonwealth%20Bank.pdf) detail how the Commonwealth Bank of Australia of Andrew Fisher, King O'Malley and Sir Denison Miller delivered quite remarkable benefits to our Nation for a period of about 12 years before the private banking cartel effectively castrated the Nations "peoples’ Bank".

The Nonsense of Australia’s “Non-Discriminatory Immigration Programme by James Reed

An essential  poll has shown that 49 percent of Australians want a ban on Muslim immigration: https://www.theguardian.com/australia-news/2016/sep/22/muslim-immigration-poll-result-due-to-poor-leadership-says-tanya-plibersek. The political class replied that this showed a lack of leadership, I suppose to control the objecting plebs. Pauline Hanson, bless her, said that she suspected that opposition was much higher: https://www.theguardian.com/australia-news/2016/sep/22/pauline-hanson-says-49-support-for-ban-on-muslim-immigration-is-too-low.

It is instructive to consider treasurer and former immigration minister Scott Morrison’s response: “We’ve always had a non-discriminatory immigration program in this country which has produced the most successful multi-ethnic society in the world.” See: http://www.news.com.au/national/breaking-news/poll-suggests-49-back-muslim-migrant-ban/news-story/892bc9b802ec08deab0d2769362ba927.

The Real Failure of Obama by Charles Taylor

As reported at Brietbart.com, Nation of Islam leader, Louis Farrakhan has slammed President Obama’s legacy, saying that he failed inner city blacks.
Here is what he said:

“But I just want to tell you, Mr. President, you’re from Chicago, and so am I. I go out in the streets with the people. I visited the worst neighbourhoods. I talked to the gangs. And while I was out there talking to them, they said ‘You know, Farrakhan, the president ain’t never come. Could you get him to come and look after us?’  There’s your legacy, Mr. President. It’s in the streets with your suffering people, Mr. President. And If you can’t go and see about them, then don’t worry about your legacy ’cause the white people that you served so well, they’ll preserve your legacy. The hell they will. But you didn’t earn your legacy with us. We put you there. You fought for the rights of gay people. You fought for the rights of this people and that people. You fight for Israel. Your people are suffering and dying in the streets! That’s where your legacy is. Now you failed to do what should have been done.”

The Meme War by Chris Knight

Here in Australia critical writing among conservatives is not big on satire and a sense of the absurd; in a word, the use of memes, imagines and genes of ideas which express in one condensed package a powerful political message.
However, Alt Right literature in Europe and the United States does this, using characters such as Pepe the frog to deconstruct and disarm opponents. Hillary Clinton noted this meme war in her Alt Right speech. Pepe and other symbols introduces a sense of iconoclastic fun into an otherwise dry-as-dust, deadly serious debate. It is young person’s radical politics. It is the sort of material that a social media savvy generation loves.

This is not our way, and we should not try to use such techniques because, well, we are all just too old. Nevertheless, good luck to the younger generation in getting these ideas out. It would be good to see memes about fraudulent banking, the corrupt financial system, and the social credit answers as well.

On Being Swamped by Muslims: An Intellectual Defence of Pauline Hanson by Peter Ewer

The Third World Leftoid globalist Pope Francis has been showing his true colour, red, in advocating that Europe should take in even more refugees. Welcoming refugees into one’s home “is our greatest security against hateful acts of terrorism.” But just think about that. What he is saying is that if we buy them off with acts of kindness then they won’t resort to terrorism. He seems to be drawing a link between the migrants and the violent acts, although it could be argued that these are two distinct phenomena. Remember, the migrants are by definition, desperate, vulnerable people. So the Pope could be interpreted to be making a quasi-politically incorrect statement, within his own paradigm. Maybe he needs another speech writer. Perhaps a migrant could help out?

By contrast, our own Pauline Hanson was full of vibes in her maiden speech to the Senate, saying that Australia is at risk of being “swamped” by Muslims. Twenty years ago in her previous maiden speech to the House of Representatives, she spoke of Australia being “swamped” by (East) Asians, but that process is now well underway. Now it seems, even the Asians are going to be swamped by Muslims, some of whom are also Asians. I know that this game of thrones of demographic displacement can be confusing.

Hanson called for our borders to be closed to immigrants and she even offered to drive problematic, non-assimilating migrants wanting to leave the country to the airport. Of course, she will get no offers, because it’s a big going-out-of-existence-fire-sale-party here in Oz, and as we will see, most of the West. The Greens walked out of the Senate, headed for their safe spaces, because they don’t believe in democracy and the right of different points of view to be heard – which is diversity. For them the only diversity worthwhile is that of the diversity of ethno-racial groups, whom they can defend, obtaining the glow of moral superiority.
It is clear that any true deep green would be against immigration and anything else which threatened the environment. But the Greens today are red first, green second. Save nature or stop racism? Sorry, life on Earth just has to go, even if it means that everything has to go!

Migration Costs: A Never-Ending Story by James Reed

Sitting on page one of The Australian (September 13, 2016), right next to the story and photos of home-grown terrorist Ihsas Khan who engaged in a 9/11 stabbing, we have this news: “Parents of Migrants to Cost $3.2 bn.” Yes, yet another cost of our out-of-control migration programme.

The $3.2 billion figure is from the Productivity Commission who recommends that permanent visas for parents of migrants be abolished or a greater increase in fees made. Loopholes are permitting masses of people with inadequate skills and English language to gain permanent residency, all at taxpayer’s expense.

Libya, David Cameron’s “Iraq”? Damning Report Shreds Another War Monger by Felicity Arbuthnot

Ref: http://www.informationclearinghouse.info/article45510.htm

Former UK Prime Minister David Cameron is consistent in just one thing – jumping ship when the going gets tough. He announced his resignation in the immediate wake of the 23rd July referendum in which Britain marginally voted to leave the EU, a referendum which he had fecklessly called to appease right wing “little Englanders”, instead of facing them down...
Cameron however committed to staying on as an MP until the 2020 general election, vowing grandiosely: “I will do everything I can in future to help this great country succeed”, he said of the small island off Europe which he had potentially sunk, now isolated from and derided by swathes of its continental neighbours – with the sound of trading doors metaphorically slamming shut reverberating across the English Channel.
David Cameron has now jumped again, resigning unexpectedly and immediately as an MP on Monday 12th September, giving the impression that he was not in agreement with certain policies of his (unelected) successor, Theresa May...The following day the real reason for his decision seemed obvious. Parliament’s Foreign Affairs Select Committee released their devastating findings on Cameron’s hand in actions resulting in Libya’s near destruction, contributing to the unprecedented migration of those fleeing UK enjoined “liberations”, creating more subsequent attacks in the West – and swelling ISIS and other terrorist factions.

9/11 Means that 2 Equals 3! by Brian Simpson

How happy am I!  As a science/maths high school teacher I always wanted to write an article for this site which had an equation in the title.  Now, I can die happy… well, not really.  What always puzzled me about the official story of 9/11 was that there were two planes that hit, but a third building collapsed. How is that possible? One plane to one building means no plane to take out the third building, right?

A paper has been published in Europhysics News, which explains that it was a controlled demolition that brought these building down. To quote from a Natural News.com, September 18, 2016 report:
Entitled “15 years Later: On the Physics of High-Rise Building Collapses,” the investigation was conducted by Steven Jones, a former professor of physics at Brigham Young University; Robert Korol, a professor emeritus of civil engineering at McMaster University in Ontario, Canada and a fellow of the Canadian Society for Civil Engineering and the Engineering and the Engineering Institute of Canada; Anthony Szamboti, a mechanical design engineer; and Ted Walter, author of Architects & Engineers for 9/11 Truth’s Beyond Misinformation: “What Science Says About the Destruction of World Trade Center Buildings 1, 2 and 7.”
Hopefully Trump, if he survives, may have a real investigation into the 9/11 matter, considering this sort of evidence and prosecuting the local criminals.

No political movement can exist in a moral vacuum, and Australians have traditionally accepted that it is the Christian Faith that generated our heritage of representative government. While the League maintains a small full-time staff primarily motivated by Christian service, it is the extensive network of volunteers from all walks of life who form the backbone of the Movement.

The League of Rights seeks to help create a body of dedicated men and women who serve not for their own material gain, but as custodians of those truths and values which must form the basis of all successful efforts to defeat the enemies of human dignity and freedom.

The League encourages and equips individuals to independently exercise their own initiative in the service of freedom.
