     He is right to urge a continuation of ‘respectful debate’ and consideration for the opinions of ‘no’ supporters. That is not compatible with his call for the legislation of same-sex marriage by Christmas. For the sake of ethical integrity and national unity, the government, if ‘yes’ wins, should proceed slowly and carefully and not act before all reasonable concerns about children’s welfare, free speech and parental rights have been addressed.

     I am not over-reacting, for words to this effect have appeared in the mainstream press: The Australian, October 18, 2017, p. 11.  There it is said that Xi Jinping is rapidly building China into a 21st century totalitarian state.  It is noted that Chairman Mao’s 30 years, which killed millions, is not viewed with any guilt, but accepted as not inferior to the next 30 years of modernisation.  In fact, Xi has taken Mao further building a society of complete IT surveillance. Yes, that is the nation which is set to build a city on our shores.

     What is done in China will ultimately be mirrored in the world as China hopes to rise to global domination. Xi champions globalism, while not practicing it for China which is the most protectionist country in the world, comprised of state run enterprises.

     We have come to see Trump as a controlled opposition, weak and nearly useless, but still better than mere nothing, because he still gets up the snouts of the elites on the odd occasion.

     Commentary on the recent German elections is being skewed by unjust prejudice against Alternative for Germany (‘Compromise won’t come easy for Angela and her new coalition’, 28/9).  Angela Merkel has not in the past offered a ‘staunch defence of democracy and Western values’; instead she has presided over a regime that trampled over the principle of intellectual freedom.
     Insult terms (‘populist’, ‘xenophobic’, ‘bombast’, ‘ugly rhetoric’) are inappropriate for any party which can win 12/6% of the vote in a nation of the intelligent such as Germany.      Yet, commo Merkel did much worse than expected, and her Destroy Germany Now Party, if that is its name, scored the poorest results since WWII. The Alternative for Germany (AfG), scored higher than expected, and although results are still coming in by carrier pigeon, as I pen this with a feather and ink, it looks like this nationalist party will win about 14 percent of the vote and get perhaps 88 seats in the Bundestag. There is still some fight left.
     Then there is New Zealand, where the elections have led to a hung parliament, with the nationalist New Zealand First Party, an anti-immigration party, holding the balance of power. The leader, Winston Peters, seems to be letting both the Nationals and Labour, a Labour Party even more politically correct than ours, if that is possible, sweat about the future rulers of the country.

     It seems that Barnaby is a New Zealander, and that a whole host of other MPs may not have done enough to denounce their foreign citizenship, in accordance with section 44 of the constitution. The Australian of August 15, 2017, p.1, mentions that “South Australian senator Nick Xenophon yesterday conceded he never heard back from Greek and Cypriot authorities when he attempted to renounce any possible foreign citizenship, raising fresh questions about his election.” Well, he should have done more, as this was his duty. This is one MP who needs to go, given his blockage of reforms to section 18 C.  And what an irony if an old Australia clause takes out modern multiculturalism and political correctness.
     There are a host of Labor MPs that could be hit as well. But, in reality, with a few exceptions such as Pauline Hanson, what is called “our” politicians are nothing of the sort, but are the puppets of the globalists, and they dance to the cosmopolitan tunes they play. All are happy to see Australia as an Asian Republic with same sex marriage, run by an Aboriginal review council, with no freedom of speech.
     In my opinion, they are all have alliances to a foreign power, and thus are from our point of view, traitors.
