The main argument, and it is a knock down one in my opinion, against vaccine passports is that it undermines fundamental freedoms, such as autonomy over one’s body. Yes, there are risks crossing the road, but that is still voluntary. Vaccine passports force one to play vaccine roulette, like Russian roulette, only with a syringe.
