To The Age Nicole Hemmer seems to nurse a lot of hatred for what she calls "white nationalism" ("Hate: to put up or shut up?", 13/8). She stereotypes it as hate-mongering, the purveying of odious ideas, crude anti-Semitism or racism, neo-Nazism, authoritarianism and hostility to democracy. A number of truths seem to be lost in this tirade. Firstly, that it is normal and not wicked for people to prefer association with their own folk. Secondly, that there is much dangerous hostility being shown around the world to white people generally and to their Western European culture and civilization. Thirdly that, inevitably, white people are banding together in many nations to protect their integrity as a people and to defend themselves from mistreatment by other groups. Defined in that way, "white power" is not an evil, any more than "black power" or "Jewish power" are. What is important in the global village is for all the ethnic communities to balance their will-to-survive with respect for that same quality in others. Some "white nationalists" clearly go too far, but others, like Kevin McDonald, do not.

Somehow, some white guy stole a plane, then took off to put it through its paces, then, apparently suicidal, crashed it. At one point the plane-stealer asks aviation control if he could get a job as a pilot if he could land the plane successfully, and was met with the reply: “if you can pull this off you could get a job doing anything.” TO which he replies; “nah … I’m a white guy.” Could this be something to do with white dispossession? Of course not. And, no excuse anyway for taking a plane; that obviously endangers peoples’ lives. The better response is to sit down and express one’s concerns on the internet, of course, before it is shut down. The big question here is what sort of security is operating so that someone can just steal a plane? How can someone just walk in off the street and take a plane? The issue here is that an ordinary person recorded what appears to be a missile launch, but critics say that there are no military bases in the area, and that a submarine launch is implausible. Well, it is a surface to air missile, so that does not mean anything, for an isolated Deeper could have ordered such a hit. They killed Kennedy didn’t they and look how pro-immigration he was. Further, we do not know how Air Force One dealt with a missile attack; apparently two fighter jets follow it, so there is a fair chance the missile would have been shot down or diverted. History past and present shows that judges can be corrupted and judicial proceedings enacted falsely. This week, it appears, the Constitutional Court (Germany’s highest court) ruled that the principle of the freedom of speech does not cover “Holocaust denial”. The court’s declaration is completely false and unprincipled, a disgrace to the judges responsible and to other Germans who have allowed this travesty of justice to occur. The Court’s pronouncement was made as part of its rejection of an appeal by 89 year-old Ursula Haverbeck against previous judicial decisions that led to her recent imprisonment. She had argued that Nazi Germany’s alleged mass murder of millions of Jews and others is “only a belief” and that Auschwitz has “not been historically proven” to have been a death camp.
The Court ruled that “punishment for denying the National Socialist genocide is fundamentally compatible with Article 5(1) of the Basic Law, which guarantees freedom of speech.” It asserted that “the dissemination of claims that are proven to be untrue and of deliberately false assertions” is not covered by free speech. Those claims referred to have not been proven to be untrue and the Court has no excuse for not knowing that. The publications of a host of historical revisionists from Paul Rassinier and Robert Faurisson to Germar Rudolf and Carlo Mattogno have cast enormous doubt on the central assertions of what may be justly called “the Holocaust myth”; and the nature and tenor of their writings cannot be dismissed validly in any honourable way other than by intellectual debate.
