Weather Warfare Unleashed? By James Reed

The Alor.org blog Florida correspondences, who while not being directly in the path of Hurricane Milton, have friends missing, probably dead, have not put the line that these destructive events are the product of the use of weather weapons, perhaps from the US HAARP. There would be better Republican targets they rightly say. Yes, true, but these areas of the south are not in hurricane alley and would be much more difficult to target. The areas that have been hit are some of the most conservative areas of America, and that to me is highly suspicious; is Mother Nature now turning commo too? The lack of government support, both physical and financial, while billions go to the Ukraine, and that FEMA has spent all its money on illegals, are other points to consider. Let alone active attempts by the authorities to arrest ordinary citizens trying to launch their own aid missions, such as licenced helicopter pilots, being threatened with arrest. This all smacks of a conspiracy to me, if not negligent homicide.

The key thing though which must interest Australians is that as covered today at the blog, pure quartz factories have had to shut down: https://edition.cnn.com/2024/10/02/tech/semiconductor-supply-chain-north-carolina-helene/index.html. That story says that "Devastation from Hurricane Helene Could Bring Semiconductor Chipmaking to a Halt':

"Supply chain experts say it could take weeks to make the mines operational again, which could mean chip shortages and price hikes at a particularly bad time for the tech industry, as Silicon Valley giants plow billions of dollars into chips to run artificial intelligence systems.

"If you wanted to identify one mine complex that is critically important to the semiconductor manufacturing industry, and also solar panel industry, it's the Sibelco and The Quartz Corp mines in Spruce Pine," said Seaver Wang, co-director of the climate and energy program at environmental research center The Breakthrough Institute.

Spencer Bost, executive director of Downtown Spruce Pine, an economic development organization, told CNN Tuesday that "the level of devastation here is insane."

"We know nothing right now about damage for (the mining companies) right now, but the damage in Spruce Pine is so devastating that I'm not sure when they will have employees able to return," Bost said. "People are hurting, properties are destroyed, there are places where the roads no longer exist … My fiancée is a third-grade teacher, and her principal got a hold of her yesterday and said basically 'the school is gone.'"

Could this be something wider than merely damaging Republican states, and amounts to an attack upon the basic computer infrastructure of the economies? It is possible that this is just a small setback, but reports quoted today in another article state that there is no time frame yet for getting quartz production back at previous levels. So, where will this lead? Is this the "October surprise" that Democrats have promised, or is something more deadly to come? Dr Ana Maria Mihalcea thinks that this is a move, one more move, to establish a global technocracy:
