About 5 minutes of alarm. Legislation in WA to be enforced from July 1 requires aboriginal permission for a farmer to dig a post hole 50cm or deeper.  Most people were unaware of the legislation which was passed a couple of years earlier.  Now such permission will incur a fee (and no doubt quite a delay) and failure to comply has penalties from $25k up to $1m and jail.

No wonder the WA people are angry.  Some parts of Victoria are set to bring similar laws into place.  No doubt every State will follow suit UNLESS we get in first.

Whether you are a farmer or not, please ask you State MP to either oppose these plans or where the plan is established, that they get it abolished.

We are living in the age of CONTROL and if we don’t push-back, things will only get worse.
