US Senators Attack World Health Organization Pandemic Treaty at 11th Hour, By Brian Simpson
This is an important turn of events for Australia. As you know the socialist globalist Albo government is going ahead with the signing of the World Health Organization pandemic treaty, despite grass roots resistance. As with many globalist agendas, there is a difficulty in overcoming them at the local level in a short time, as these things move quickly, not allowing the critical momentum to develop in society. It is just like the way the developers are knocking down heritage buildings in your country, moving in at night, and in the morning, nothing but rubble, and then new high rises can be put in for the endless flow of migrants.
In an 11th hour act, in the US 49 Republican senators have written to President Joe Biden urging him to not support the World Health organization pandemic treaty. The signing is coming up at the 77th World Health Assembly scheduled from May 27 to June 1, 2024, in Geneva, Switzerland. But the letter warns against giving more power to the WHO, who failed dramatically during the Covid time. "The WHO's most recent publicly available draft of its new pandemic response treaty is dead on arrival. Instead of addressing the WHO's well-documented shortcomings, the treaty focuses on mandated resource and technology transfers, shredding intellectual property rights, infringing free speech, and supercharging the WHO. Moving forward with a new pandemic preparedness and response treaty ignores the fact that we are still unsure of COVID-19's origins because Beijing continues to block a legitimate independent investigation."
The letter detailed two important attacks. First, is a delaying strategy, as Article 55 of the IHR requires the text of any IHR amendment to be communicated to member states at least four months before the meeting for signing, but a text with final amendments has not been presented in the rush to push this through. This suggests a strategy for attacking Australia's signing through a court challenge, that proper administrative procedure were not followed so the signing by Australia is null and void.
Second, the senators regard the pandemic treaty as a treaty requiring the concurrence of two-thirds of the Senate under Article II Section 2 of the Constitution. Given the number of opposing Republican senators, this will not happen.
It is possible that the pandemic treaty could fall apart thanks to US opposition. And other countries will be opposing it too, but, alas, not Australia, which is firmly in the New World Order grip. Our goal is to change this state of affairs, certainly first by the removal of the Albo globo commo government and the Greens,and the election of more nationalist pro-freedom independents.
