According to Major General Aleksei Rtishchev, Deputy Chief of the Nuclear, Chemical, and Biological Protection Troops of the Russian Armed Forces, if the source can be trusted, the US is using Africa as a testing ground for the products of biolabs, from experimental medical drugs, to more dangerous bioweapons. All of this work in US-funded biolabs involves gain-of-function genetic engineering which cannot be undertaken in the US. The Gates Foundation and Clinton Foundation are involved, and of course, the US military. The labs exist in at least 18 African countries, including Nigeria, Kenya, Senegal, Ghana and Djibouti.

The major problem here, as was seen with the Covid-19 research, funded by the US at the sub-standard communist Chinese Wuhan Institute of Virology, is the the African labs are overall not even up to the Wuhan standard. As well, many are in politically unstable countries, where regimes get toppled like ten-pins. Lab leaks of dangerous gain-of-function experimental pathogens is always possible generating pandemics, and plandemics. Hopefully Robert Kennedy Jr will get onto this issue if he makes it into the Trump administration.
