Two-Tiered “Justice” and the Late Peter Lynch, By Richard Miller (Londonistan)

The extract from the Daily Sceptic (below) details the shocking two-tiered justice system in the UK, where those from the Right, such as Peter Lynch were quickly processed and given harsh jail time, while those from the multicult Left, get a pass. Peter Lynch a 61-year-old grandfather was arrested during the Southport riots for shouting alleged "racist" remarks to police. He was jailed for 2.5 years. He had had a heart attack and was suffering from a number of medical conditions including diabetes and angina. He died in jail, perhaps from lack of medical supervision. Meanwhile those from the Left and the ethnic diverse, committed worse, an example being the rock star, Vylan, but were not treated severely. Justice should be blind, not a tool of ideological conformity. The system's obsession with emotional safety and consensus has warped the legal system into a weapon against dissenters, particularly white men who refuse to bow. Peter Lynch's death is a tragedy, but it's also a warning: the woke anti-white racist system will destroy those who defy it, especially if they lack the "right" identity or cause.

To dismantle this system, we must:

1.Demand Equal Application of the Law. If Vylan's chants violate the Public Order Act, he should face the same scrutiny as Lynch. No one should be above the law, regardless of race or ideology.

2.Abolish Non-Crime Hate Incidents. As The Daily Sceptic reports, over 250,000 non-crime hate incidents have been recorded since 2014, often targeting trivial or subjective offenses. This practice, which disproportionately affects white individuals, must end.

3.Challenge the Narrative. The woke world view thrives on silencing dissent through shame and fear. Speak out, as Lynch did, even if it's uncomfortable. Masculine virtue demands courage over compliance.

4.Support the Vulnerable. Lynch's family, left without legal heavyweights like those defending groups like Kneecap, deserves justice. The Right must rally behind its own, as the Left does, to ensure fair representation.

Peter Lynch was no saint, but he was a man broken by a system that punished him for his identity and his defiance. Bobby Vylan, Leftist rock star meanwhile, skates free, protected by the system's selective morality. This two-tier justice system, where a white grandfather is crushed while a non-white performer is spared, exposes the hypocrisy at the heart of the modern West. The system demands conformity, but men of principle must reject it.

"You remember Peter Lynch? He was the 61 year-old grandfather (married for 26 years with four adult children and three grandchildren) given the death penalty for not agreeing that Diversity is our Strength.

Well, that's not quite accurate. The official version was that Peter Lynch was a Far Right Thug and took part the Southport Riots where he said mean things to police officers and asylum seekers in a hotel. Mr Lynch was also pictured holding a placard that accused MPs, judges, the media and the police of corruption. "He shouted 'racist and provocative remarks' towards officers and called asylum seekers in the hotel 'child killers'," as per the BBC.

Peter Lynch was one of more than 60 men who were jailed at Sheffield Crown Court following rioting in Rotherham which left 64 police officers injured, as well as four dogs and a horse. He was at the front of a mob that gathered outside the Holiday Inn Express in Manvers, Rotherham.

The Southport riots were on August 4th 2024. Peter Lynch pleaded guilty to violent disorder (which I do not think he should have) and was sentenced on August 22nd 2024 to two years eight months. He wasn't given the death penalty in the end but Judge Richardson might as well have as Peter Lynch was 61 and had recently had a heart attack and suffered from diabetes, thyroid issues and angina. You lock someone up like that for over 2.5 years and you might as well sign a death warrant.

Judge Richardson told him: "You did not yourself attack any police officer, as far as can be detected, but what you did was encourage by your conduct others to behave violently and you were part of this mob." Lynch was filmed repeatedly challenging officers as they tried to push him back with shields, screaming "protect my children" and yelling, "We are on the streets now to protect our kids."

Judge Richardson said him "what a disgraceful example you are as a grandfather". That's nice that is. Don't worry though Judge Richardson, Peter Lynch is too dead to be a grandfather now.

Examining this as a former criminal defence barrister it is arguable that Peter Lynch's criminal behaviour was directed at police officers, which means he should have been charged with assaulting a police officer not violent disorder. But as Peter Lynch did not have a benefit of an army of KCs like Kneecap and was no doubt frightened, he ended up pleading guilty to the much more serious offence of violent disorder than he was truly guilty of. To make matters worse they put him in the middle of what was a very serious violent disorder so he was on the hook for all of it, when really that did not look like his intent from where I'm sitting. So Lynch got it Good and Proper. On October 19th he was found dead in his cell at HMP Moorland in South Yorkshire, having taken his own life.

So Peter Lynch committed an offence of being mean to policy officers and asylum seekers and holding up an unapproved sign on August 4th 2024 and was sentenced on August 22nd. That's 18 days from offence to sentence, including weekends. The wheels of justice move fast when they want to.

This brings me to The Bobs. You also remember the Bobs of Glastonbury from last month? Bobby Vylan was on vocals and guitar and Bobbie Vylan was on drum (both are stage names) at the festival of hate. One of the Bobs, Bobby Vylan, committed at least two offences under the Public Order Act 1986, as I explained here and here. That was on Saturday June 28th. Nearly a month later, we are still waiting for a charging decision. Not a court hearing but a charging decision. That's Two Tier Keir for you.

Peter Lynch: August 4th offence committed and August 22nd convicted and sentenced. Bobby Vylan was on stage on June 28th chanting "death to the IDF" and "I hear you want your country back, STFU" and it is now nearly the end of July and we have not had a charging decision. Strange.

I also note that at the inquest into the death of Peter Lynch, who was in the custody and care of His Majesty's prison service, questions are being asked by his family and not lawyers. You see the late Peter Lynch and his family do not get the benefit of three KCs, that's only reserved for the likes of Kneecap. As I said before, the Left look after their own. The Right – not so much. And that my friends is on us.

The inquest has been adjourned and will eventually be heard before a jury.
