Trump Fights Back! (Maybe) By Chris Knight
With Big Tech censorship running out of control, as the emperors of the cyber-universe drink their power, Trump has made the first squeaks against this, hinting that he may at last be getting off his butt on this threat to the West and fundamental freedoms:

“US President Donald Trump has spoken out about censorship against conservatives on social media, saying it is a “very dangerous thing” and calling for everyone to be allowed to participate in the online conversation.
“Social media is totally discriminating against Republican/conservative voices. Speaking loudly and clearly for the Trump administration, we won’t let that happen. They are closing down the opinions of many people on the RIGHT, while at the same time doing nothing to others,” Trump wrote.

Social Media is totally discriminating against Republican/Conservative voices. Speaking loudly and clearly for the Trump Administration, we won’t let that happen. They are closing down the opinions of many people on the RIGHT, while at the same time doing nothing to others.......
He went on to call censorship a “very dangerous thing,” while taking the opportunity to slam “fake news.”
“There is nothing so fake as CNN & MSNBC, and yet I do not ask that their sick behavior be removed...”

.....Censorship is a very dangerous thing & absolutely impossible to police. If you are weeding out Fake News, there is nothing so Fake as CNN & MSNBC, & yet I do not ask that their sick behavior be removed. I get used to it and watch with a grain of salt, or don’t watch at all..
Trump also questioned “who is making the choices” regarding who gets removed from social media, adding that “mistakes are being made.”
“Let everybody participate, good and bad, and we will all just have to figure it out!” he wrote.

....Too many voices are being destroyed, some good & some bad, and that cannot be allowed to happen. Who is making the choices, because I can already tell you that too many mistakes are being made. Let everybody participate, good & bad, and we will all just have to figure it out!
Trump has no doubt been aware of this issue for the entire length of his election, but as usual, has left things almost to the last moment to address. Still, better late than never, but the later things are left, the closer one gets to “never.”
