Transhumanism and the Universal Declaration on the Human Genome and Human Rights, By Brian Simpson

The UN Universal Declaration on the Human Genome and Human Rights, was endorsed by the General Assembly on December 9, 1998. It seemingly protected humanity from a transhuman agenda of genetic alteration:

Article 4: The human genome in its natural state shall not give rise to financial gains.

Article 5: In all cases, the prior, free and informed consent of the person concerned shall be obtained.

Article 8: Every individual shall have the right, according to international and national law, to just reparation for any damage sustained as a direct and determining result of an intervention affecting his or her genome.

However, the Declaration has been ignored by globalists who find this aspect of globalism, inconvenient. Since 1998, technoscience has been moving to transform the human essence. The sciences are: (a) nanoscience and nanotechnology; (b) biotechnology and biomedicine, including genetic engineering; (c) information technology, including advanced computing and communications; and, (d) cognitive science, including cognitive neuroscience. These are blending together in the creation of AI thinking machines, and some regard that the point of machine thinking surpassing human thinking has occurred already; of course, highly debatable, but it is a live academic issue that has moved mainstream now. Musk's attempts to plant computer chips in the human brain is also moving ahead, which while pushed as a way of helping the disabled, really is about integrating humans and machines.

The most astonishing test run of transhumanism is the mRNA vax, which is said by some scientists to be a gene therapy, where there may be technically foreign contaminate DNA entering human cells. The mRNA vaxxes are now being rolled out to try and make all future vaccines mRNA ones. An mRNA factory has even been set up in Melbourne, with billions donated by the government. It is no surprise that the Australian governments have no recognition of the multitude of problems the Covid mRNA vax generated, but instead retreat ever-deeper down the Big Pharma rabbit hole.

Conservatives who have no interest in these demonic uses of science and technology, are set to lose the most fundamental thing: human nature itself. This is the lesson from the Covid plandemic, which beyond all else was a fundamental attack upon the verybasis of conservativism.

"Six years after this UN Declaration was ratified, the field of NBIC (Nano-Bio-Info-Cogno) science exploded, and with it, the lust for Transhumanism was set on fire. NBIC was conceived by the National Science Foundation of the United States in a 2003 paper titled "Converging Technologies for Improving Human Performance," authored by Mihail C. Roco and William Sims Bainbridge. Within a few short years, NBIC spread to every major university worldwide; private research facilities sprung up everywhere with foundation grants. Thereafter, science threw the UN's Human Genome Declaration in the trash.

According to Roco and Bainbridge,

The phrase "convergent technologies" refers to the synergistic combination of four major "NBIC" (Nano-Bio-Info-Cogno) provinces of science and technology, each of which is currently progressing at a rapid rate: (a) nanoscience and nanotechnology; (b) biotechnology and biomedicine, including genetic engineering; (c) information technology, including advanced computing and communications; and, (d) cognitive science, including cognitive neuroscience.

Further, they argued, "Accelerated scientific and social progress can be achieved by combining research methods and results across these provinces in duos, trios, and the full quartet."

Roco and Bainbridge were guided by "social progress" in addition to science: "The ability to control the genetics of humans, animals, and agricultural plants will greatly benefit human welfare." This was a false premise. Who would choose the controllers? Who would define the benefits for human welfare? Would this give way to god-like powers over the whole human race?

We found the answer seventeen years later in 2020 when Big Pharma unleashed its campaign to re-engineer the human genome, starting with synthetic mRNA. They used every deceptive means to hide the fact that humanity was on the chopping block, all the while paying false fealty to the United Nations, the World Health Organization, and Sustainable Development. They have denied all harm they caused to countless masses. They have abridged just about any human right that you can conceive.

Whatever came of the Universal Declaration of the Human Genome and Human Rights?

Article 4: The human genome in its natural state shall not give rise to financial gains.

Article 5: In all cases, the prior, free and informed consent of the person concerned shall be obtained.

Article 8: Every individual shall have the right, according to international and national law, to just reparation for any damage sustained as a direct and determining result of an intervention affecting his or her genome.

Well, the Declaration is still there for you read, but don't ever think it will stop the self-appointed gods of neo-creation. They are the riders in the sky, masters of NBIC. We can thank Roco and Bainbridge for lighting the way:

If the Cognitive Scientists can think it
the Nano people can build it
the Bio people can implement it, and

the IT people can monitor and control it.
