Leading Australian journalist Andrew Bolt believes that the Albo government’s zero net carbon plans are in “shambles,” due to many factors, the main one being opposition by ordinary Australians. He has made a short comment on this, which I hope is going to turn out to be true. But still, much economic damage is being done in the short term by the religion of renewables and demonization of fossil fuels, energy sources such as gas, which Australia has plenty of which could power industrial development if the Greens would just, well, turn brown and grow up!
“Andrew Bolt says the Albanese government’s net zero plans are now in “shambles”, and not just because of the cost blowouts and delays in projects.
“There’s a revolt by ordinary Australians,” he said.
Mr Bolt said there are now protests around Australia against the idea of destroying the planet to save it.
“The government has got a huge problem here because the penny has dropped,” he said.
“Australians are no longer buying the government’s green spin.
“The government’s renewables crusade is doomed, and Bowen had better soon admit it – Labor’s survival depends on it.”
