The World Health Organization: A Branch of the Chinese Communist Party! By Brian Simpson

I have discussed in the past the ultra-close connections between the World Health Organization (WHO) and the Communist Party of China. This was made clear during the Covid plandemic, where first, the WHO investigating the origins of the outbreak basically gave communist China a free pass; we don’t have the data as China is not giving it to us, so they must be innocent. Then there were the Covid mandates, and lockdowns, which were modelled directly upon CCP policies. But, as detailed at the Epoch times.com, which is great for critical material on China on the occasion that there is no paywall, they quote Brian O’Shea, former military intelligence officer,  who sees the WHO One Health policy as based upon the CCP’s own ecological civilization policies, which dominate all aspects of Chinese life. WHO defines One Health as an “integrated, unifying approach that aims to sustainably balance and optimize the health of people, animals, and ecosystems,” which O’Shea shows is straight-out of the CCP play list. Frank Gaffney, founder and president of the Center for Security Policy has also concluded: “The World Health Organization, as has become the case with almost every multilateral institution, is a creature of the Chinese Communist Party,” Gaffney said. Through its influence on the leadership or its presence in the bureaucracy, Gaffney said, the CCP has the ability to bend these institutions to its will while using it to dismantle the sovereignty of the United States.

“It’s insidious, ingenious, and it’s, unfortunately, an increasingly effective means of circumventing national governments in favor of the New World Order over which the CCP would be the dominant power,” according to Gaffney.

These critics are fighting for the US to withdraw from the UN to collapse policies such as One Health, which would be severely damaged without US support, especially financial. It would offer hope for Australia where there is little chance of Australian mainstream politicians turning against the WHO, who is worshipped as a golden cow of health.

“An intelligence analyst is sounding the alarm on the Chinese Communist Party’s (CCP) military strategy of influencing the World Health Organization’s (WHO) policies through “One Health” ideologies.

“We are at war with the Chinese Communist Party,” Brian O’Shea told The Epoch Times. “Many people don’t understand or see this because—as the Chinese say—the God of War has many faces.”

In this case, the battlefield isn’t men in uniform with artillery, O’Shea said.

“The battlefield is all around us,” he said.

O’Shea began his career with the Military Intelligence Corps, where he was trained in electronic warfare and various methods of intelligence analyses before he went into tactical military intelligence with the 1st Special Forces Group, then later the 5th Special Forces Group.

“I learned to spot the patterns and connect the dots,” O’Shea said. “Zooming in and zooming out, I looked at what’s going on the ground and asked: ‘How does this connect on the national level? How does this connect on an international level?”

O’Shea continued to work in intelligence after his 11 years with the special forces, eventually landing in the private sector working in competitive intelligence.

Later, he decided that he wanted to offer his skill set to those “who might think these services are out of reach,” providing investigative aid and education to people who are being surveilled, stalked, or have even received death threats, which is how he met his wife: author and journalist Naomi Wolf.

O’Shea, in addition to being the chief operating officer of Centurion Intelligence Partners, contributes as an investigative journalist to Wolf’s Daily Clout platform.

‘Drumbeat at Every Level of Society’

During the COVID-19 lockdowns in 2020, O’Shea and Wolf witnessed policies not consistent with science but with authoritarian rule.

“I remember Naomi saying, ‘They’re never going to let us out,’ and I thought, ‘That’s crazy,’” O’Shea said. “But she was right.”

Then, as the vaccines emerged, O’Shea said he began to recognize the methods by which the propaganda fueling them was carried out.

“At first, I thought it was just strange that there was this push for a vaccine for a virus that even the early statistics showed had a 99-plus percent survival rate,” O’Shea said. “It just seemed like one of the programs I would have implemented to propagandize against terrorism. It had this drumbeat at every level of society.”

The more dots he connected, the more he saw what he believed to be a coordination of efforts.

“The same people pushing the dangers of the virus were the same people pushing this cure-all vaccine that was supposed to save the world,” O’Shea said.

One Health’s Mission Creep

Through its One Health ideology, the WHO can engineer a level of control over its member nations evocative of the CCP’s dominance over its population by modeling and adopting the CCP’s ecological civilization policies, O’Shea said. These policies, like One Health, eventually infiltrate every aspect of life.

The WHO defines One Health as an “integrated, unifying approach that aims to sustainably balance and optimize the health of people, animals, and ecosystems.”

The WHO presented a draft of a pandemic treaty in May at the 76th World Health Assembly in Geneva, Switzerland, where national leaders discussed the treaty and 307 proposed amendments to the 2005 International Health Regulations (IHR).

The treaty described One Health as the interconnection of “the health of humans, domestic and wild animals, plants, and the wider environment (including ecosystems).”

It seems reasonable, O’Shea said, because humans could very well be affected by the sickness of local wildlife.

“Where it gets dangerous is where One Health started having something called mission creep,” O’Shea said.

Mission creep is a military term defined as a mission expanding beyond its scope.

Formerly called One Medicine, based on the holistic medical theory originating in the 1930s, One Health was revised to include policies such as regulating how governments spend money and how farmers manage agriculture.

A surveillance system is incorporated to guarantee everyone is adhering to these One Health policies, O’Shea said, creating biosecurity to ensure biodiversity.

The word “surveillance” is found 11 times in the WHO’s treaty titled “Bureau’s text of the WHO CA+,” such as under Article 4 on page 7, where it states, “The Parties shall take prevention and surveillance measures that are consistent with and supportive of effective implantation of the International Health Regulations.”

There are also guidelines detailed for combating what it calls an “infodemic,” defined as “false or misleading information in digital and physical environments during a disease outbreak.”

“It causes confusion and risk-taking behaviors that can harm health,” the document states. “It also leads to mistrust in health authorities and undermines the public health response.”

“Where it gets chilling is when it starts blaming humans for the reason for an outbreak, insisting on our actions that need to be changed,” O’Shea said.

Among One Health’s objectives is the prevention of zoonotic spillover of pathogens from animals to humans, which the WHO maintains is the predominant cause of infectious disease, as well as the primary cause of the COVID-19 pandemic.

According to O’Shea, the theory of spillover is intrinsic to One Health’s increasing authority in the United States because if a virus like SARS-CoV-2 (the virus that causes COVID-19) was created in a lab, then there’s no need for One Health and its multitude of regulations to keep humans corralled into designated regions.

Changing human behavior to adhere to One Health’s blueprint is the ideology’s solution to deter spillover.

“Without respect to the sovereignty of nations, it aims to manage the internal affairs of husbandry, agriculture, where and how people live, and where we do business,” O’Shea said. “To me, this sounds like eminent domain.”

One Health’s ‘Sleeper Agents’

The architecture of One Health has been built into almost every city, county, and state, as well as in academic institutions.

O’Shea made a list on his Substack, which includes a One Health Committee within the Tennessee Department of Health and a North Carolina One Health Collaborative, each promoting the interconnectedness of human, animal, and environmental health.

“If there’s a pandemic, these institutions, like sleeper agents, will become activated and start following the One Health initiatives,” O’Shea said.

Another danger lies in One Health’s control over biosafety level 4 laboratories, O’Shea said.

“Let’s say another pandemic is declared,” O’Shea said. “How could we know if it’s real or not when they control the labs?”

According to O’Shea, by 2024, the global hub for information during a declared pandemic will be centralized at Fudan University in Shanghai, which has declared its allegiance to the CCP.

“Then, the CCP would control all the data,” he said.

‘Insidious and Ingenious’

In July 2020, former President Donald Trump withdrew the United States from the WHO, only for President Joe Biden to reengage with the organization in one of his first acts in 2021, which held the country’s position as the WHO’s top contributor at $109 million in 2022, with China coming in second at $57 million.

Frank Gaffney, founder and president of the Center for Security Policy and author of “The Indictment: Prosecuting the Chinese Communist Party & Friends for Crimes Against America, China, and the World,” told The Epoch Times that the Biden administration had embraced the idea that the WHO ought to be responsible for the public health policy during a declared public health emergency.

Gaffney, who also worked in the Reagan administration as the acting assistant secretary of defense for International Security Affairs, pointed to the 307 proposed amendments to the IHR, as well as a pandemic treaty that would give broad powers over to the WHO during such emergencies.

An emergency doesn’t have to be a pandemic, either, according to Gaffney.

“It could be anything that Tedros [WHO Director-General Tedros Adhanom Ghebreyesus] decides is a public health emergency, such as climate change, gun violence, inadequate access to abortion or transgender affirming care,” Gaffney said. “It can be any number of things that have sweeping public policy implications that would be dictated by an unelected foreign entity.”

According to Gaffney, though this submission to the WHO is unconstitutional, it meets the CCP’s goals to advance global governance, made possible by its ties with the WHO.

“The World Health Organization, as has become the case with almost every multilateral institution, is a creature of the Chinese Communist Party,” Gaffney said.

Through its influence on the leadership or its presence in the bureaucracy, Gaffney said, the CCP has the ability to bend these institutions to its will while using it to dismantle the sovereignty of the United States.

“It’s insidious, ingenious, and it’s, unfortunately, an increasingly effective means of circumventing national governments in favor of the New World Order over which the CCP would be the dominant power,” Gaffney said.

Gaffney is a part of a new movement called the Sovereignty Coalition, an organization calling for the withdrawal of the United States from the WHO, “lest we be forced to submit to its dictates.”

Americans had a foretaste of what these dictates would look like during the 2020 pandemic, Gaffney said, which Tedros and its top funders like Bill Gates have guaranteed will be followed by another.

“I call that pandemic 1.0,” Gaffney said. “Despite the WHO having nothing but advisory powers of frankly not great value, the medical community in our country basically went along with its narrative. If you didn’t like how that China model worked out, then you aren’t going to like what happens when the WHO has more authority to tell you what to do.”

‘Unrestricted Warfare’

Given the CCP’s strategic goal of outright world domination by 2049, among O’Shea’s solutions was the abolition of the CCP, not only for the world but also for Chinese citizens.

“They’re the first victims of this totalitarianism under the Chinese Communist Party rule,” O’Shea said. “I think we need to be done with them completely. They are not a legitimate ruling government but an international crime syndicate. Freeing the Chinese people from their rule will have a great impact on the security and freedom around the world.”

The WHO’s treaty itself is a weapon of the CCP’s arsenal, according to O’Shea.

“If you look at the history of how the Chinese Communist Party fights wars, it’s always asymmetric or coming from a different angle,” O’Shea said. “When you look at the People’s Liberation Army’s ideology on war written by two Chinese colonels in 1999 called ‘Unrestricted Warfare,’ you see that the first rule of war is that there are no rules, and the second is that everything is a battlefield.”

The treaty is a means to subvert sovereignty through the One Health ideology put into place years in advance, O’Shea said.

“What a great way to resolve to conquer people of a nation by having a set of rules already installed in their government that activates automatically when a guy you control at the World Health Organization calls a pandemic that no one can prove or disprove,” he said.

One Health neither cares for human nor animal health but is instead about the seizing of territory, O’Shea said.

“It’s the weaponizing of the ecology to control not only people but also land,” he said.

Another solution O’Shea offered is to disassemble the monopoly of Health and Human Services (HHS), which O’Shea called One Health’s entry point into the United States.

“Health and Human Services in this country seems to have more power than Congress and the president,” O’Shea said. “They run the NIH, the CDC, and the FDA, and now, through the pandemic, they can reach into our schools because school nurses are beholden to the HHS at a federal level.”

‘People Want to be American’

For O’Shea, there are several pieces at play on the chessboard that appear to have set up the CCP’s checkmate over Americans, moves made with the complicity of the country’s own city, county, and state officials.

“But at the same time, God is putting us into place to counter these moves through awareness,” he said.

More people are beginning to see the truth, O’Shea said, and it’s gaining momentum, which O’Shea said he confirmed on a coast-to-coast road trip with Wolf during the pandemic when they spoke with people directly.

“People have a really bad impression of each other that has been reinforced and twisted by social and legacy media.

“The majority of people I met, regardless of political affiliation, want safety, freedom, and their religion to remain untouched,” O’Shea said.

Though it runs in opposition to the sanitization of humankind under a one-world government as projected by those who espouse the tenets of the CCP and the New World Order, O’Shea said what he found instead was, at the end of the day, “People want to be American.”
