The Muhammad Ali Principle: A Multicultural Argument against Multiracialism and Race Mixing By Peter J. White PhD

     Here I will tackle a topic that conservatives fear to talk about: race mixing, developing an argument best expressed by the late former heavy-weight boxing champion of the world, Muhammad Ali.

     Those who write about this from the right tend to be somewhat extreme, if not hateful, but I will show that there is a “multicultural” approach to the question, which does not depend upon hate at all.      A good place to start is with Israel. The State of Israel often comes under criticism for banning those not considered Jewish from marrying, with those few liberals who criticise this saying that it is “discriminatory”:

     But, so what? If an ethnostate, or a tribe of people, see that such measures are necessary for group protection, even if such beliefs are only of a socially constructed and relative nature, which, we are told, everything is, then there can be no objective criticism of such practices: http://journals.sagepub.com/doi/abs/10.1177/095269519500800202.  And, on the “sauce for the goose is sauce for the gander” principle, the same must apply to other peoples and tribes. That is the sheer joy of social relativism, the ruling philosophy of this age, which I am suggesting here, that we embrace for the point of this argument. Those attacking Israel are coming from a cosmopolitan perspective, which the state obviously enough rejects, and rightly so. Hence, the critics beg the question at issue.

     These sites give a multitude of objections to race mixing, primarily from a pro-White, or Traditionalist, perspective.      White Nationalist types attack White/Black couplings basically because of their critique of Blacks, but these often White supremacists (by contrast to White Relativists),  seldom consider the view point from the other side of the fence: could most Blacks not want to merge with Whites for reasons, good or bad, of their own?  See for example the sentiment expressed at: https://www.campusreform.org/?ID=9334. Could such critics actually have some points in their favour, from their point of view?

     The great black Muslim boxer Muhammad Ali spoke up against race-mixing on exactly these grounds, namely, that it was a force destroying his  people’s identity:

M.A. – (Interrupting) It ain’t sad because I want my child to look like me, every intelligent person wants their child to look like them, I’m sad because I want to blot out my race and lose my identity? Chinese love Chinese they love the little slanty eye, pretty brown skin babies. Pakistani love their culture, Jewish people love their culture, a lot of catholic wanna be with Catholics and want the religion to stay the same… who would want to spot up yourself and kill your race? You’re a hater of your people if you don’t want to stay who you are. You ashamed of what god made you? You think he made a mistake when he made you?

Interviewer – I think that’s a philosophy of despair, I really do.
M.A. – Philosophy of despair? Here let me tell you, listen. No woman on this earth, not even a black woman in Muslim countries can please me and cook for me and socialize with me like my American black woman, no woman, and last is a white woman… can really identify with me and my feelings, and the way I act, and the way I talk…. it’s just nature, you can do what you want, but it’s nature to want to be with your own, I want to be with my own.” http://www.unz.com/akarlin/muhammad-ali-on-race/

     This seems to me to be sensible words of the race issue, although he probably should have been more sensitive to the Asians, but words still worthy of further thought. 'The Greatest', certainly had a way with words, as well, of course, with fists.  Oh, the liberals smeared him, a Black, with the “racist” tag too, so we should never be concerned about being called the same, since they will say this whenever you are perceived as a threat:

     As well, many contemporary Black thinkers, especially Black Muslims, oppose race mixing for the same reason, seeing larger population groups like Whites, as a genetic threat to their kind.      Good for you, girls; who am I to say that you are wrong?

     This positive racial  bias was dramatically seen in the prosecution of O. J Simpson, where it was assumed by Marcia Clark, that a jury stacked with Black women would identify with blonde Nicole Simpson, when in fact pre-trial research indicated that Black women saw Nicole Simpson as “the enemy,” a beautiful blond who stole a successful Black man, “the Juice”: https://www1.udel.edu/educ/gottfredson/color/articles/sailer.html.

     In short, the critique of multiracialism is not restricted to White Nationalist types, and there are plenty of non-Whites critical of this globalist philosophy. The main critique, as for other species (see J. M. Rhymer and D. Faye argues that multiracialism enlivens the territorial imperative in males, and thus multiracialism can become a cause of racial conflict. Paradoxically, multiracialism, an aggressive globalist ideology, can be a cause of racism.

     In conclusion, the best argument against race mixing is not hate, but love, love of one’s own kind and respect for others to feel the same about their own people, the Muhammad Ali principle.
