The Housing Crisis: The Fate of an Aussie Family By James Reed

What is the human face of the Australian housing crisis, produced by the Albo government's Great Replacement mass immigration agenda? One such story, one of thousands, has been given by the Dailymail.co.uk, of a family with three children who had to move into a tent after being evicted. They were given no reason for the eviction.

'A chronic undersupply of rental stock coupled with strong overseas migration and rising property prices against increasing demand are driving the competitive nature of the rental market,' according to property site Domain." But still the migrants continue to pour in, a catch-up for the globalist elites after the Covid shutdown.

"An Aussie family are being forced to move into a tent after getting an eviction notice as the nation's housing and cost of living crises continue to intensify.

Queensland couple Kate and Adam moved into a rental property in Toowoomba, 125km west of Brisbane, three months ago with their three children.

They had to leave the capital behind as they couldn't afford the skyrocketing rents.

Now in a cruel twist of fate, their landlord is forcing the young family out.

They didn't give us a reason on why they're doing it. They literally just told us you got to vacate,' Adam told A Current Affair.

Kate said she was devastated and had pleaded with the landlord to change his mind.

'I begged him, I was crying on the phone,' she said.

'When I found out I got a notice to leave I said how are we meant to live?'

The young family have struggled to secure another rental in the current property market so are bracing to move into a tent to keep a roof over their heads.

Adam is an ex-serviceman currently employed as a window cleaner, while Kate works in aged care.

Another Queensland man, Chris, moved into a tent city in Musgrave Park in Brisbane's south after he was priced out of the private rental market.

'I was desperate to find accommodation, I couldn't compete with those 52 people getting a lease on my own,' he said.

Tamika Smith has developed one possible solution to the state's housing crisis by making affordable, pre-fabricated homes in factories.

Ms Smith says her construction company My Bella Casa's services can easily be scaled up to help those in need but says her proposals to the government have fallen on deaf ears.

'There is enormous demand right now and I think that's the critical point that we're seeing is that there are currently no incentives for supply across the country but there is more and more pressure placed on demand,' she said.

Australia's vacancy rate in November remained at a record low for the third month in a row, at just 0.8 per cent.
