The Fingerprints of Covid King, Dr Fauci By Chris Knight (Florida)

As documented at the blog, below, there has been considerable suppression of work critical of the Covid narrative, which is obvious enough when the agenda is to depopulate the human race; the globalist would not want any resistance to their genocide. That being said, some work contrary to the established narrative gets out, and the main area where this is occurring is issues dealing right with the beginning, the origins of Covid. Thus, research headed by Dr. Alex Washburne, a mathematical biologist, has detected a “synthetic finger print,” indicating that the virus was constructed by gain-of-function genetic engineering in a lab, rather than evolving in nature and species jumping. Jeffrey Sachs, chairman of The Lancet COVID-19 Commission, a task force that investigated the origins of COVID-19, believes that this points to the work of Dr. Ralph Baric, a virologist at the University of North Carolina known for his NIH-funded gain-of-function research in cooperation with the Wuhan Institute of Virology, which implicates Dr Fauci as well.

“A new pre-print study has concluded the virus that causes COVID-19 has a unique "fingerprint" indicating it originated in a laboratory rather than in nature.

Dr. Alex Washburne, a mathematical biologist, worked with researchers in the U.S. and Germany who studied the SARS-CoV-2 genome sequence and compared it to previously discovered coronaviruses.

They detected "peculiar patterns" they concluded were the hallmark of a manufactured virus, describing it having a "synthetic fingerprint."

Meanwhile, Jeffrey Sachs, chairman of The Lancet COVID-19 Commission, a task force that investigated the origins of COVID-19, has concluded after 22 months of study that SARS-CoV-2 probably was laboratory-generated and that the technology likely came from gain-of-function research funded by the U.S. National Institutes of Health.

The "synthetic fingerprint" discovered in the new study led by Washburne, says Sachs in an article published by Children's Health Defense, points to the work of Dr. Ralph Baric, a virologist at the University of North Carolina known for his NIH-funded gain-of-function research in cooperation with the Wuhan Institute of Virology.

Baric has developed a controversial "seamless ligation" technique designed to conceal evidence of human tampering in laboratory-created viruses. Baric nicknamed his invention the “no-see’m” method.

"It's the artist that doesn't sign his name to the painting; the virologist that doesn't put his signature into the virus to let us know whether or not it is emerging naturally or whether it is produced in a laboratory," said Sachs.

"All of it says, my God, there was really a big, very risky research agenda underway."

Evolutionary biologist Bret Weinstein called Baric's technique is the "exact opposite of what you would do if your interest was public health." Public health scientists would be marking their enhancements with red flags – not devising ways to hide them. The only reason you would want a concealer is to advance a sinister purpose – such as illegal bioweapons development – some mischief that the scientist didn’t want traceable back to his lab."

Baric taught his technique to the Wuhan Institute of Virology’s leading coronavirus researcher, Shi Zhengli, in 2016, CHD reported. In return, Baric received Chinese coronaviruses collected by Shi from bats in China's Yunnan province.

'If I am proven wrong I will change my mind.'”

Abstract

To prevent future pandemics, it is important that we understand whether SARS-CoV-2 spilled over directly from animals to people, or indirectly in a laboratory accident. The genome of SARS-COV-2 contains a peculiar pattern of unique restriction endonuclease recognition sites allowing efficient dis- and re-assembly of the viral genome characteristic of synthetic viruses. Here, we report the likelihood of observing such a pattern in coronaviruses with no history of bioengineering. We find that SARS-CoV-2 is an anomaly, more likely a product of synthetic genome assembly than natural evolution. The restriction map of SARS-CoV-2 is consistent with many previously reported synthetic coronavirus genomes, meets all the criteria required for an efficient reverse genetic system, differs from closest relatives by a significantly higher rate of synonymous mutations in these synthetic-looking recognitions sites, and has a synthetic fingerprint unlikely to have evolved from its close relatives. We report a high likelihood that SARS-CoV-2 may have originated as an infectious clone assembled in vitro.

Lay Summary To construct synthetic variants of natural coronaviruses in the lab, researchers often use a method called in vitro genome assembly. This method utilizes special enzymes called restriction enzymes to generate DNA building blocks that then can be “stitched” together in the correct order of the viral genome. To make a virus in the lab, researchers usually engineer the viral genome to add and remove stitching sites, called restriction sites. The ways researchers modify these sites can serve as fingerprints of in vitro genome assembly.

We found that SARS-CoV has the restriction site fingerprint that is typical for synthetic viruses. The synthetic fingerprint of SARS-CoV-2 is anomalous in wild coronaviruses, and common in lab-assembled viruses. The type of mutations (synonymous or silent mutations) that differentiate the restriction sites in SARS-CoV-2 are characteristic of engineering, and the concentration of these silent mutations in the restriction sites is extremely unlikely to have arisen by random evolution. Both the restriction site fingerprint and the pattern of mutations generating them are extremely unlikely in wild coronaviruses and nearly universal in synthetic viruses. Our findings strongly suggest a synthetic origin of SARS-CoV2.
