“New York Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez (D) now claims she was “not safe” from officers during her tour of migrant shelters in the El Paso area Monday afternoon. “I was not safe from the officers in that facility,” she told reporters as she left the facility in Clint, Texas.”

     No evidence of this has been given, and no police investigation. It must have been in her mind, and therefore real for her.

     It is in the nature of the left to exploit any crisis for political gain without concern for truth. This is what post-truth looks like, and we have had it at least since 1917, or earlier in the time of Karl Marx (1818-1883).
