That Knock on the Door … it Could be the Friendly Neighbourhood WA Covid Vax Jabber! By James Reed
No, the Covid mania has not gone away. It has been reported that WA Health is now having door-to-door visitations by nurses to jab anyone with a pulse. It is just like Mormons with syringes, as someone put it.

“WA Health has dispatched nurses to go door-to-door in the suburbs of Perth to vaccinate anyone who is eligible and willing.
A Covid hotline operator confirmed today that nurses have been dispatched to the suburbs to offer door-to-door vaccinations (Pfizer only) and will be doing so until mid-December. The operator (who was super friendly and helpful), explained that the door-to-door service has been added because the community pop-up vaccination clinics are shortly closing down, and they want to make sure everyone can access their vaccination.
It appears that WA Health views this as a good allocation of resources, at a time when our hospital system and nurses are regularly in the news headlines for reasons such as unacceptable ramping times, burnout, overwork, and underpay.
Sorry folks, I checked but you can’t book them to come to your house on appointment. Shame, Dial-a-Vax is catchy.”
