America is under siege. Criminal the minute you read this, President Donald J. Trump, the man chosen by millions to restore law and order, was dealt a devastating blow by the very institution meant to uphold justice: the Supreme Court. In a shocking decision, the Court has temporarily blocked the Trump administration's rightful effort to deport dangerous Venezuelan gang members under the Alien Enemies Act. This isn't just a legal technicality, it's a slap in the face to every American who voted for secure borders and safe streets. The Supreme Court, once a bastion of constitutional integrity, has chosen to protect foreign criminals over the safety of our communities. This is a dark day for America, and we, the patriots, must sound the alarm.

When President Trump took office in 2025, he made a solemn vow: to put America First. That meant cracking down on illegal immigration, dismantling the open-border policies of Sleepy Joe Biden, and ensuring that criminals who pour across our borders face swift justice. The American people spoke loud and clear in 2024, giving Trump a landslide mandate to clean up the mess left by decades of weak leadership. One of his boldest moves was to invoke the Alien Enemies Act, a law designed to protect our nation by allowing the swift removal of foreign threats during times of crisis. And make no mistake, Venezuelan gang members, like those from the notorious Tren de Aragua, are a clear and present danger. These are not "migrants seeking a better life." They're murderers, drug traffickers, and thugs who've turned American cities into war zones.

Trump's plan was simple: identify these criminals, round them up, and send them back to where they came from. No bureaucracy, no endless court battles, just action. It's the kind of decisive leadership we've been starving for. But the Supreme Court, in its ivory tower, had other ideas.

In an unsigned order, the Court ruled that the Trump Department of Justice didn't give these gang members enough time, barely 24 hours, to "challenge their removals." Let that sink in. The same justices who swear to protect the Constitution are now demanding that foreign criminals, who entered our country illegally, be given a lengthy legal process before we can kick them out. As President Trump rightly said, "THE SUPREME COURT WON'T ALLOW US TO GET CRIMINALS OUT OF OUR COUNTRY!" This isn't justice, it's insanity.

The Court's excuse? A lack of "due process." But what about the due process for American citizens murdered by these thugs? What about the families torn apart by drugs peddled by cartels? The Court's obsession with legal niceties is letting these predators roam free, committing crimes while we're forced to wait years for a judge to sign a deportation order. Trump nailed it when he warned that this ruling "will let more CRIMINALS pour into our Country, doing great harm to our cherished American public." Every day we delay, our streets grow more dangerous.

Thank God for Justices Samuel Alito and Clarence Thomas, two constitutional warriors who stood tall against this madness. In his blistering dissent, Alito made it clear: the Court has no jurisdiction to meddle in this case, and the administration's actions didn't justify an injunction. He called out the majority for bypassing the lower courts entirely, a move that reeks of judicial activism. Alito and Thomas understand what's at stake, they know that the executive branch has the authority to protect our borders, especially when national security is on the line. Their dissent is a rallying cry for patriots everywhere: we must fight back against a judiciary that's lost its way.

But what's even more galling is Justice Brett Kavanaugh's role in this fiasco. A Trump appointee, Kavanaugh was supposed to be one of us, a conservative who'd uphold the rule of law. Instead, he sided with the majority, writing a concurring opinion that parrots the same tired "due process" nonsense. This is a betrayal of the highest order. We didn't fight for Trump's victory just to watch his own justices stab him in the back.

This ruling isn't just about a few Venezuelan gang members, it's a signal to every criminal south of the border: come on in, America's open for business. As Trump warned, this decision "will also encourage other criminals to illegally enter our Country, wreaking havoc and bedlam wherever they go." Biden's border policies already let millions of unvetted "migrants" flood our nation, and now the Supreme Court is tying Trump's hands as he tries to clean up the mess. It's a double standard that defies logic: illegals can waltz in without any "process," but deporting them requires a marathon of red tape.

The stakes couldn't be higher. Our cities are crumbling under the weight of crime, drugs, and gang violence. Small towns that once felt safe are now battlegrounds. The American Dream is slipping away, replaced by fear and chaos. And yet, the elites in Washington, judges, bureaucrats, and RINOs, seem hell-bent on keeping it that way. They don't care about the working-class families who bear the brunt of these policies. They don't live in neighbourhoods overrun by gangs. But we do, and we're fed up.

This is a gut punch, no question. We must demand accountability from the judiciary. Justices who put criminals over citizens need to answer for it, whether through public outcry or, if necessary, constitutional reforms to curb judicial overreach. President Trump said it best: "This is a bad and dangerous day for America."

Here is a lesson for people in other jurisdictions like Australia, who have a glazed eye view of the law; across the West, the rule of law is failing.

In a follow up post, President Trump said the Supreme Court's decision will only encourage more criminals to pour into this country.

"The Supreme Court has just ruled that the worst murderers, drug dealers, gang members, and even those who are mentally insane, who came into our Country illegally, are not allowed to be forced out without going through a long, protracted, and expensive Legal Process, one that will take, possibly, many years for each person, and one that will allow these people to commit many crimes before they even see the inside of a Courthouse. The result of this decision will let more CRIMINALS pour into our Country, doing great harm to our cherished American public. It will also encourage other criminals to illegally enter our Country, wreaking havoc and bedlam wherever they go. The Supreme Court of the United States is not allowing me to do what I was elected to do. Sleepy Joe Biden allowed MILLIONS of Criminal Aliens to come into our Country without any "PROCESS" but, in order to get them out of our Country, we have to go through a long and extended PROCESS. In any event, thank you to Justice Alito and Justice Thomas for attempting to protect our Country. This is a bad and dangerous day for America!" Trump said on Friday evening.

The US Supreme Court temporarily blocked the Trump Administration from deporting dangerous Venezuelan gang members under the Alien Enemies Act.

In an unsigned order, the high court said the Trump DOJ did not give the Venezuelans enough time to challenge their removals.

"Under these circumstances, notice roughly 24 hours before removal, devoid of information about how to exercise due process rights to contest that removal, surely does not pass muster," the unsigned decision read.

Justices Alito and Thomas dissented.

"I cannot join the decision of the Court. First and most important, we lack jurisdiction and therefore have no authority to issue any relief. Second, even if we had such authority, the applicants have not satisfied the requirements for the issuance of injunctive relief pending appellate review. Third, granting certiorari before any decision on the merits has been made by either the District Court or the Court of Appeals is unwarranted," Alito wrote in his dissent.

In a concurring opinion, Justice Kavanaugh agreed with the high court's decision to temporarily block the Trump Administration from deporting Venezuelan gang members under the Alien Enemies Act."
