Suing Pfizer, By Brian Simpson

There has been mention in the Australian media of a major US case, that of the US state of Kansas suing Big Pharma giant, Pfizer over its claims of the effectiveness of the Covid mRNA vax it produced. Kansas Attorney General Kris Kobach said in a statement: "Pfizer made multiple misleading statements to deceive the public about its vaccine at a time when Americans needed the truth." The report below while mentioning that Pfizer believes that the case has no merit, does describe some of the evidence, such as that the trials had indicated that there were pregnancy complications including miscarriages, and heart inflammation such as myocarditis and pericarditis. There has been much presented about this by various critics, with the Daily Clout having most of this material: https://dailyclout.io/, and supported by the likes of Dr Robert Malone.

As with the early tobacco cases, it may take a while for the courts to come around, but the evidence is growing now.

"Drug giant Pfizer is being sued by the US state of Kansas over alleged false claims about the effectiveness of its Covid-19 vaccine.

In a lawsuit filed in the District Court of Thomas County, the state accused the company of misleading the public about its Covid-19 jab by hiding the risks to the public.

"Pfizer made multiple misleading statements to deceive the public about its vaccine at a time when Americans needed the truth," Kansas Attorney General Kris Kobach said in a statement.

According to the New York Post, the lawsuit claims that after the vaccine's rollout in early 2021, Pfizer concealed evidence that the shot was linked to pregnancy complications, including miscarriage.

It was also linked to myocarditis and pericarditis, which cause inflammation in and around the heart.

Kansas, which is seeking unspecified money damages, said Pfizer falsely claimed that its vaccine retained a high effectiveness against mutated variants and that it would prevent not only illness but transmission, the New York Post reports.

In a statement, Pfizer said it believed the lawsuit had no merit.

"The representations made by Pfizer about its Covid-19 vaccine have been accurate and science-based," Pfizer said.

In June 2021, the US Food and Drug Administration added a warning about myocarditis and pericarditis to the vaccine's label.

Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton filed a similar lawsuit against Pfizer last year, which remains pending. Pfizer has also called that case meritless."
