     A good case can be made in these lawless Wild West times, that all law-abiding citizens should be able to, by law, carry a six shooter on their hips, and an AR 15 rifle in their hands. Say, anyone over the age of 30, who has a job and property and a family, and no priors, solid citizen types. No discrimination here; completely free from racial and gender discrimination. In fact, if you like, discriminate in favour of women. End the fear of rape overnight.
