If this turns out to be true, the events will presumably predate the earliest time period of the Biden pardon. No doubt Kennedy will be following this one up now in his role as health secretary. It is an incredible story, which I would have taken as false news (and the fact checkers who still exist dismiss it as such), if I did not see and hear Kennedy present this.
