Of Course, Joe Biden is Mentally Incapable of Standing Trial — And No Jury Would Convict

The latest revelation from a former prosecutor, as reported by The Gateway Pundit, is both obvious and damning: there is arguably more evidence of wrongdoing by Joe Biden than by his son Hunter, yet Biden is now being shielded by claims of mental incapacity. The same system that aggressively prosecuted Hunter Biden suddenly discovers that the former President is too cognitively impaired to face justice.

This isn't a legal technicality. It's the final chapter in one of the most blatant two-tiered justice scandals in American history.

For years, evidence has mounted suggesting Joe Biden was deeply involved in Hunter's influence-peddling schemes:

Emails from Hunter's laptop referencing "the big guy" getting a cut.

Bank records showing millions flowing through shell companies linked to the Biden family from foreign entities (China, Ukraine, Romania).

Testimony from business associates and whistle-blowers.

Joe Biden's own meetings with Hunter's partners and recorded calls.

Special Counsel David Weiss's investigation ultimately produced a narrow conviction of Hunter on gun charges while soft-pedalling or ignoring the broader influence-peddling case. Now, the convenient narrative emerges: Biden is too mentally frail to stand trial. The man who was supposedly sharp enough to run the country for four years and campaign (sort of) in 2024 is suddenly too diminished for basic legal accountability.

This is legal gaslighting at its finest.

No serious observer who watched Biden's debates, interviews, or public appearances in 2023–2024 can deny the obvious cognitive decline. The freezing, the wandering off script, the confusion, the reliance on handlers: it was painful to watch. Yet the same media and Democratic Party that spent years gaslighting the public about Biden's fitness now uses that very decline as a shield against accountability.

The logic is perverse: "If he's too senile to stand trial, he was clearly too senile to be making high-stakes presidential decisions."

This creates a perfect Catch-22 for the ruling class. They can simultaneously claim Biden was "sharp behind the scenes" when defending his record, and "too impaired" when defending him from legal consequences.

Compare this to the treatment of Donald Trump. Multiple lawfare cases were brought against him with unprecedented speed and aggression, often on novel legal theories. Trump faced trials, indictments, and wall-to-wall media coverage while in office and as a candidate.

For the Bidens?

Hunter gets a sweetheart plea deal attempt, then a narrow conviction.

Joe gets the "too old and confused" defence before any serious charges are even filed.

A functioning justice system does not selectively apply mental fitness evaluations based on political utility. If Biden is genuinely incapacitated, then every major decision from 2021–2025, inflation, border policy, Afghanistan withdrawal, energy decisions, deserves intense scrutiny. Who was actually running the country?

The deeper issue isn't just Biden's mental state. It's the institutional corruption that protected him. The DOJ, FBI, legacy media, and Big Tech worked in concert for years to downplay the Hunter Biden laptop, suppress inconvenient stories, and portray any scrutiny of the Biden family as "disinformation."

Now that the political utility of Joe Biden has expired, the same system that propped him up is quietly admitting what millions of Americans saw with their own eyes: he was not cognitively fit for the office he held.

Of course, Joe Biden is too mentally incapable to stand trial. Of course, no jury would convict him in his current state.

That's not justice. That's the final admission that the rules were never applied equally. The Bidens operated under a different standard, one that shielded the powerful while the system was weaponised against their political opponents.

People across the West deserve better than this grotesque spectacle. The selective application of "mental fitness" reveals far more about the state of the ruling class than it does about Joe Biden himself.
