     Things must be getting pretty crazy, when the big O himself, Obama says, “Hey fellow Globo-commos, slow down a bit, you are moving too fast, and might scare the sheeple”:

“Former President Barack Obama warned a group of leftist donors that Democrats must be cognizant of public sentiment going into the 2020 election, taking a veiled shot at far-left candidates like Sens. Elizabeth Warren (D-MA) and Bernie Sanders (I-VT) by noting that Democrats “have to be rooted in reality.” The former president spoke to a group of liberal donors in Washington, DC, on Friday and suggested that the far-left ideas articulated and pursued by some of the candidates in the Democrat primary could turn away potential voters. “Even as we push the envelope and we are bold in our vision we also have to be rooted in reality,” Obama said, according to the New York Times. “The average American doesn’t think we have to completely tear down the system and remake it.” Obama refrained from naming a specific candidate, but he, according to the Times, “cautioned that the universe of voters that could support a Democratic candidate — Democrats, independents, and moderate Republicans — are not driven by the same views reflected on ‘certain left-leaning Twitter feeds’ or ‘the activist wing of our party.’”

Obama’s mention of “certain left-leaning Twitter feeds” almost hints to the “Squad” – Reps. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez (D-NY), Ilhan Omar (D-MN) Rashida Tlaib (D-MI), and Ayanna Pressley (D-MA) – whose members frequently take to Twitter to express their unfiltered critiques of President Trump and offer their ultra-leftist, borderline socialist views. Ocasio-Cortez, Tlaib, and Omar eagerly endorsed Sanders, who has called for a “political revolution,” promising massive proposals such as Medicare for All, a Green New Deal, and “free” college and “free” universal childcare. Pressley veered from her colleagues, throwing her weight behind Warren, who has also proposed ultra-far left proposals, including Medicare for All and an “Ultra-Millionaire” tax. Obama continued, according to the Times:

I don’t think we should be deluded into thinking that the resistance to certain approaches to things is simply because voters haven’t heard a bold enough proposal and if they hear something as bold as possible then immediately that’s going to activate them. “For those who get stressed about robust primaries, I just have to remind you I had a very robust primary,” Obama added. “I’m confident that at the end of the process we will have a candidate that has been tested.”

     With any luck the Democrat presidential candidate will be Warren, who will be a better foil than even Hillary Clinton. Hillary never dared openly attack billionaires, and come to think of it, worse things could happen. We all know that some sort of collapse is coming, so at least the election of Warren will add some amusement to the otherwise dreary process of social disintegration.

“On Friday’s broadcast of HBO’s “Real Time,” host Bill Maher stated that Americans “have to learn to live with each other,” despite political differences, “or there will be blood.” Maher began by urging people to just enjoy Thanksgiving instead of trying to “win it. And never forget the single, shining truth about democracy, it means sharing a country with assholes you can’t stand. In that way, it’s a lot like Thanksgiving. You don’t get to choose the guests. Because those freaks are your family. Think about that the next time you think you can own somebody politically.” He later added, “We’re so divided, it’s no longer enough to just make a point. You have to destroy. You have to own people. Except the person who gets owned doesn’t change their mind. … We have to drop this fantasy that we can destroy the other side or crush or shred or pulverize them. Those aren’t real things. They’re the middle four settings on the blender that no one has ever used. America is a big country, filled with millions of people who don’t think the way you do and never will, and you can’t own, vanquish, or disappear them. We’re stuck with them, and they’re stuck with us.” Maher further stated, “Now, lately, we’ve been hearing more and more about a second civil war, which sounds impossible in this modern, affluent country. It is not. We all talk about Trump as an existential threat, but his side sees Democratic control of government the exact same way. And when both sides believe the other guy taking over means the end of the world, yes, you can have a civil war. … We are going to have to learn to live with each other, or there will be blood.”

     But that is the point, as witnessed by the moral hysteria over the Trump election, which was never seen by conservatives over the election of Obama, despite all grumbles and the birther stuff. There can be no live and let live attitude by Democrats, and generally the Left. It’s their way or the highway, only we are road kill on their highway.  And, they say it all the time, as Breitbart has reported over the years.
