There had been some concerns by people like me, who are anti-vaxxers, that Robert Kennedy Jr could backtrack, or be forced to go weak on health issues he had pursued all of his life, to compromise his way into being Health Secretary. However, now that he has got past a hostile grilling in the Senate, he is free to do what he set out to do in his life, Make America Healthy Again (MAHA). To this end, he has said that he will authorise an "unbiased scientific investigation" into America's ill-health problems, and "Nothing is going to be off limits," including his own beliefs. That is an invitation to a free and open inquiry, and would involve for the first time, an unbiased investigation of all vaccines, including the Covid mRNA one, but the role of vaccines in the autism epidemic, and the childhood vaccine schedule which sees even babies being given the Hep B vax:
"Some of the possible factors we will investigate were formally taboo or insufficiently scrutinized," Kennedy said. "Those who are unwilling to embrace those kinds of ideas can retire."
Nice one. I like how the Trump administration is not afraid of simply sacking the deadwood. I would very much like to see this approach in Australia as well, where our bureaucracy is equally as corrupt, and rotten to the core.
Other potential drivers of the chronic disease epidemic the agency will investigate will include electromagnetic radiation, glyphosate and other pesticides, ultraprocessed foods, artificial food additives, antidepressants and other psychiatric drugs, a group of chemicals known as PFAS and microplastics.
Kennedy said he plans to convene stakeholders "of all viewpoints," and to set study protocols in advance that won't be changed when the results look like they will be "inconvenient."
"Let's all depoliticize these issues and reestablish a common ground or action and renew the search for existential truths with no political impediments and no preconceptions," he said.
Kennedy also said he'll work to remove "conflicts of interest" on HHS advisory committees in order to reestablish the public's trust, Bloomberg Law reported."
