More Lawfare Against Trump, By Charles Taylor (Florida)
The globo commo Democrat tyrants are leaving no stone unturned to destroy Donald Trump, the Republican presidential candidate. The latest is a response to the Supreme Court ruling that presidents have immunity from criminal prosecution for acts done officially while in office. This looked like throwing a spanner in the works of special council Jack smith, but they have had time to rework things: "Today, a federal grand jury in the District of Columbia returned a superseding indictment, charging the defendant with the same criminal offenses that were charged in the original indictment," according to an August 27 filing from the special counsel's office.
"The superseding indictment, which was presented to a new grand jury that had not previously heard evidence in this case, reflects the government's efforts to respect and implement the Supreme Court's holdings and remand instructions in Trump v. United States."
So, nothing goes away unless Trump wins the presidency, where he will make all these bs lawfare actions, disappear, and hopefully will begin his own indictments, and finally drain the swamp, which at present is filling the country with toxic waste.
