Liberal Snowflakes Try to Censor Migration Debate, By Tom North

Australia's political class is at it again, proving that cowardice and spinelessness are bipartisan virtues, but the Coalition seems to have cornered the market. As the party "debates" the principles of immigration policy, we get the predictable spectacle of Liberal snowflakes clutching their pearls at the mere mention of mass migration.

South Australian Liberal Senator Andrew McLachlan, in full metropolitan virtue-signalling mode, has taken it upon himself to chastise colleagues for using the term "mass migration," calling it "technically inaccurate" and "irresponsible." Translation: Don't scare the inner-city latte crowd — ever; those who don't vote Liberal, ever! Nothing says "leadership" like obsessing over euphemisms while the nation's demographics shift under your nose.

This is the Coalition we've come to know: a party more concerned with the sensibilities of Canberra cocktail elites than with the lived reality of regional Australians. McLachlan's call for "respectful and honest debate" is a joke. Honesty is only allowed if it won't trigger a panic attack in some ivory-tower Liberal staffer.

Meanwhile, One Nation keeps its nerve, calling the shots the Coalition is too timid to make. The contrast could not be starker: one side fears words, the other fears nothing except selling out the nation. The current crop of Liberals has become a parade of weak-kneed bureaucrats, prioritising optics over outcomes.

The moral is clear: if the Coalition wants to survive beyond Canberra socialites and inner-city virtue circles, it must abandon the snowflake culture that now defines it. Otherwise, real Australians will look elsewhere for leaders with backbone — leaders who speak plainly, act decisively, and refuse to apologise for calling a migration surge what it is. In fact, I think Aussies should do so now, and allow the Liberals who presently stink, to sink!
