     This story illustrates a point which I have been making for years in America, perhaps unpalatable to rosy cheeked, glazed eyed conservatives, that the globalist cultural Marxist left has taken over the ruling institutions of Western society, including law. Thus a judge that we have not heard of, over-rules an executive order of the president of the United States, Donald Trump, which was to block the illegal migrant invaders from seeking asylum:

     But, it gets worse, as a Federal judge has ruled that laws against female genital mutilation are unconstitutional!!! The Founding Fathers would be speechless; I am almost speechless:

Judge dismisses key charges in genital mutilation case,” said a tweet from Trump supporter Katrina Pierson: “I had no idea that we needed laws against #FGM in the United States.” “Congress can regulate every aspect of your life but it can’t regulate FGM,” commented Dan Horowitz, the editor of Conservative Review and a determined critic of over-powerful courts. “Folks, we are done.” The judge’s decision may end the Detroit trial unless it is reversed on appeal. The Muslim defendants cannot be charged in the state because the state’s anti-FGM law was passed after their arrest. State officials may charge the defendants with other crimes, such as sexual assault.’

This is politically correct multicult law, totally  out of control. We need to understand the actual depth of the swamp before we can even contemplate draining it of its near infinite oceans of filth. Clearly, in this period of cultural war drastic action is needed. It may be that things have gone so far that martial law might need to be declared, especially if antifa continue to rampage. I hope things do no degenerate further, but who knows? In the immediate term, the courts need to be shut down, then cleaned up after mass sackings of judges who are making Leftist law, not American law. Further, as the rule of law, has been totally eroded, the president needs to act and ignore the rulings of politically correct judges. China and Russia, and all non-Western countries do not have this problem, keeping their judges in line. We have come to the limits of liberal democracy, because its ideas have been perverted by a new class pursuing their own interests.

Otherwise civil war is inevitable and it may well be that when countries get to the Yugoslavia stage of diversity-decline, there is no other way to go. Trump has indicated the possibility of this in his speech where he said,  mocking antifa demonstrators: “You see these little arms, these little arms,” he shouted, forming his fingers into tiny circles to illustrate their puny biceps. And then he invited his supporters to imagine these weaklings having to fight against Trump’s own militant cadres. “Where are the Bikers for Trump? Where are the police? Where are the military? Where are — ICE? Where are the border patrol? No,” he continued, lamenting the restraint his sentries have displayed, “we’ve taken a lot, we’ve taken a lot.”

     Clearly if Trump loses the new rulers will imprison him anyway, even if he does nothing more but talk. As Trump would say, “sad.”
