Jo Nova: The UN Plan for Global Transformation By Mrs Vera West

Jo Nova has an awesome website exposing the dark deeds of the New World Order Masters of the Universe. The take away from the COP27 talkfest is that the West, but not China, needs to pay climate change reparations to the Third world, because, well, advanced civilisation which keeps most people alive in those countries, produces carbon dioxide. Never mind that the Third World, who benefit from this technology, are willing partners in this enterprise. And the costs are not just to repair damage, from say storms, which could be due to natural variation, but to put in place renewable energy infrastructure at the cost of trillions. This will bury Western civilisation, which, of course, is the Grand Plan. But, the collapse of the West will ring in mass starvation right across the world.

“The would be King-Emperors of the world don’t just want to transform energy and change the weather, they also want to rebuild the entire financial system, no doubt to put the UN at the centre of the rivers of money.

Make no mistake, the lauded “loss and damages” fantasy plan was but a shiny bauble to distract you. The bigger ambit is to get the West to pay for the whole world to become a solar and windmill paradise and — “obviously” that means they have to rebuild the entire world’s financial system. (They actually say that).

Consider the numbers: The combined loss and damages claim for 55 countries over twenty years amounts to just $525 billion or a paltry $26 billion a year. But building all the useless renewable farms will supposedly require at least USD 4-6 trillion a year in investments.

Sensible investors will notice that it is 200 times as expensive to try to control the weather with windmills as it is to pay for all the current (theoretical) damage. Sadly, nobody is talking about sensible investments.

The UN announcement comes dressed up in a headline about the paltry Christmas fantasy payments to the third world. But a few paragraphs in are the “other details” about payments that are larger than most national GDP’s and the naked desire for the UN to be the conduit for the cash.

UN COP27 Reaches Breakthrough Agreement on New “Loss and Damage” Fund for Vulnerable Countries

[blah, blah, blah]

The cover decision, known as the Sharm el-Sheikh Implementation Plan, highlights that a global transformation to a low-carbon economy is expected to require investments of at least USD 4-6 trillion a year. Delivering such funding will require a swift and comprehensive transformation of the financial system and its structures and processes, engaging governments, central banks, commercial banks, institutional investors and other financial actors.

So much better to siphon from the centre, eh? Let me be your banker…

Think about how obscenely large this claim is in the strangely aptly named Sharm el-Sheikh Implementation Plan. On page 6 we casually find that there are layers of trillions, and despite the enormity of the values, no one bothered to explain if these are different additive trillions or overlapping trillions. And since the first reference has 54 mentions of the word “trillion” it isn’t easy to figure it out either. What does it matter, it’s only money?

They might be hoping for ten trillion per annum, with a 6 trillion one off bonus in the next eight years:

Highlights that about USD 4 trillion per year needs to be invested in renewable energy up until 2030 to be able to reach net zero emissions by 2050,18 and that, furthermore, a global transformation to a low-carbon economy is expected to require investment of at least USD 4–6 trillion per year;19

Notes with concern the growing gap between the needs of developing country Parties, in particular those due to the increasing impacts of climate change and their increased indebtedness, and the support provided and mobilized for their efforts to implement their nationally determined contributions, highlighting that such needs are currently estimated at USD 5.8–5.9 trillion20 for the pre-2030 period;

I defy anyone to explain the difference between a “renewable energy cost” and a furthermore category of… “low carbon global transformation cost”.

Will that be $4,000 from every family or $40,000?

Only a week ago the UN was asking “rich nations” for well beyond a trillion dollars a year to help the Global South. But even at that bargain price, effectively the UN is demanding $1000 US per annum from every man, woman, pensioner and baby in the West.* How many families of four will be happy to chip in $4,000 US (or $6,000 Australian) every year to build solar farms in Mogadishu is a question no one wants to ask.

The bottom line is that the token offering of “loss and damages” to the world’s poor is nothing compared to the dark ambition of being the world’s Treasury and Energy Police.

The UN is the enemy.  The West conquered communism then gave its’ friends money and an office in Geneva.

*If the top 39 countries* on the Human Development Index pay up, the cost is split among 1.1 billion people.  Why stop at 39 countries? The 40th nation was Saudi Arabia, and I’m guessing they won’t pay a cent.”

Beyond this, the same agenda is for the West, while being plunged into poverty, the West, especially America is moving full throttle into Chinese-style social credit.

“We support continued international dialogue and collaboration on the establishment of trusted global digital health networks as part of the efforts to strengthen prevention and response to future pandemics, that should capitalize and build on the success of the existing standards and digital COVID-19 certificates.

“We acknowledge the importance of shared technical standards and verification methods, under the framework of the IHR (2005), to facilitate seamless international travel, interoperability, and recognizing digital solutions and non-digital solutions, including proof of vaccinations.” (link)

Para 23, NOVEMBER 16, 2022, G20 Bali Leaders’ Declaration

Joe Biden recently attended the G20 summit in Indonesia. At that meeting, acting as President of the United States, he signed an agreement that includes the paragraph set out above. It pledges U.S. support for the development and implementation of a digital vaccine passport. What that means is that Biden, without any authorization from Congress, has in effect entered us into a treaty under which American citizens will ultimately not be able to travel anywhere without being able to show via some electronic system that they have had vaccines mandated by the government.

The implications of this are enormous and terrifying. To begin with, the President of the United States has no constitutional authority to enter us into treaties. That authority is expressly reserved to the U.S. Senate. As on so many other occasions since he sat down in the Oval Office Biden has acted in violation of the Constitution. The transition from a republic to an autocracy continues.

It is also worth noting that the clear intent of this agreement is to put in place an international order, which will transcend the power of the American government and the American people. The goal here is to empower some group of unelected international bureaucrats so that they can control the movements of American citizens anywhere on the globe. Since we live in a world in which the head of the World Health Organization is a Maoist terrorist who owes his allegiance to the Chinese Communist Party, that prospect ought to be a little unsettling for everyone.

Finally, though, we should consider the meat of the matter. Establishing a system under which you cannot travel without carrying a digital passport that “authorizes” you to do so is the beginning of a process that spells the end of personal liberty. It is the first step down the road to the establishment of a totalitarian regime on the model of the Communist Chinese.

China has in place what is known as a social credit system. What this means is that it tracks the behavior of its citizens electronically and evaluates what it terms “trustworthiness”. That boils down to a measure of the extent to which individual Chinese comply with the edicts of the CCP and conform to the standards of behavior the Party expects.

The Chinese social credit system tracks the behavior of its citizens electronically in real-time. It monitors your travel. It tracks your activity online. It records jaywalking, gossip, and comments from your neighbors. In fact, neighbors are rewarded for informing on each other.

The CCP knows where you go, what you do, and what you think. And, then it scores you based on your behavior. If you have a low score you can’t travel. You can’t get a job.

Your whole life becomes condensed to the score you are given by the government. People with a low score may find they can’t even adopt a pet. The only way to avoid this fate is to behave precisely as the government wants you to behave.

The key to establishing a system like this is to create the backbone, the infrastructure. Once you have in place a system, for example, which requires American citizens to show digital proof of vaccination status in order to travel, you have created just such a system. Additional requirements can be added relatively simply and implemented very quickly.

One day you will be required to show proof of vaccination status in order to board a plane to Paris. The next you will be required to provide the same information to board a plane to Dallas or to apply for unemployment or to submit a job application.

Then additional features will be rolled out. Perhaps a system of scoring individuals on the model of credit scores will be established. The same government that already collaborates with Big Tech to silence its critics will use identical mechanisms to grade your level of conformity. In this world “election deniers” and “conspiracy theorists” won’t be able to get work, rent an apartment or buy a car. They will be ostracized, punished, and ultimately perhaps “reeducated”.

All of this would once have been the stuff of dystopian science fiction. No more. We have just passed through a period in which without any significant action of any legislature American schools were shuttered, businesses were destroyed and churches were ordered closed. All of that happened because unelected bureaucrats and tyrannical executives decided it should.

Imagine how much more efficient the next “emergency” could be with digital passports in place. You may not have to simply imagine much longer. Biden just took the first step toward adopting a Chinese social credit system right here at home.”
