System Admits Anti-Trump Bias from the Beginning: Deep State Conspiracy By Charles Taylor

     This is very interesting and completely confirms the conspiracy view of politics, that powerful elites are constantly plotting to achieve an agenda. The Wall Street Journal has just published a most revealing account of how the Deep State conspired to ensure that Donald Trump would not become president. It is extremely puzzling to see such example of great journalism in the mainstream press, but I suppose stranger things have happened:

“Special counsel Robert Mueller’s investigation may face a serious legal obstacle: It is tainted by antecedent political bias. The June 14 report from Michael Horowitz, the Justice Department’s inspector general, unearthed a pattern of anti-Trump bias by high-ranking officials at the Federal Bureau of Investigation. Some of their communications, the report says, were “not only indicative of a biased state of mind but imply a willingness to take action to impact a presidential candidate’s electoral prospects.” Although Mr. Horowitz could not definitively ascertain whether this bias “directly affected” specific FBI actions in the Hillary Clinton email investigation, it nonetheless affects the legality of the Trump-Russia collusion inquiry, code-named Crossfire Hurricane.

…Crossfire was launched only months before the 2016 election. Its FBI progenitors—the same ones who had investigated Mrs. Clinton—deployed at least one informant to probe Trump campaign advisers, obtained Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Court wiretap warrants, issued national security letters to gather records, and unmasked the identities of campaign officials who were surveilled. They also repeatedly leaked investigative information. …

Mr. Horowitz is separately scrutinizing Crossfire and isn’t expected to finish for months. But the current report reveals that FBI officials displayed not merely an appearance of bias against Donald Trump, but animus bordering on hatred. Peter Strzok, who led both the Clinton and Trump investigations, confidently assuaged a colleague’s fear that Mr. Trump would become president: “No he won’t. We’ll stop it.” An unnamed FBI lawyer assigned to Crossfire told a colleague he was “devastated” and “numb” after Mr. Trump won, while declaring to another FBI attorney: “Viva le resistance.”

…The report highlights the FBI’s failure to act promptly upon discovering that Anthony Weiner’s laptop contained thousands of Mrs. Clinton’s emails. Investigators justified the delay by citing the “higher priority” of Crossfire. But Mr. Horowitz writes: “We did not have confidence that Strzok’s decision to prioritize the Russia investigation over following up on [the] investigative lead discovered on the Weiner laptop was free from bias.”

     There is much more in this fine piece of investigative journalism. What has been revealed is that there was an illegal Deep State campaign to prevent Donald Trump from being democratically elected as president. This is sedition, and Trump, if he has any guts at all, and any dignity left, needs to act to prosecute all involved. The time for going soft out of fear of mad rioting Leftists is over. This is the last stand for Western civilisation. If the Leftoid barbarians win this, then it is downhill to the Fall of Rome scenario.

     Running parallel to the attack on Trump are the ill deeds, nay, treason, committed by Obama during his rule. There is quite a lot on this issue, with Robert Spencer’s writing zeroing in, right on target:

“The Washington Free Beacon reported Wednesday that “the Obama administration skirted key U.S. sanctions to grant Iran access to billions in hard currency despite public assurances the administration was engaged in no such action, according to a new congressional investigation.” And it gets even worse: “The investigation, published Wednesday by the House Permanent Subcommittee on Investigations, further discloses secret efforts by top Obama administration officials to assure European countries they would receive a pass from U.S. sanctions if they engaged in business with Iran.”

This revelation comes after the news that came to light in February, that, according to Bill Gertz in the Washington Times, “the U.S. government has traced some of the $1.7 billion released to Iran by the Obama administration to Iranian-backed terrorists in the two years since the cash was transferred.” There is a law that applies to this situation. U.S. Code 2381 says: “Whoever, owing allegiance to the United States, levies war against them or adheres to their enemies, giving them aid and comfort within the United States or elsewhere, is guilty of treason and shall suffer death, or shall be imprisoned not less than five years and fined under this title but not less than $10,000; and shall be incapable of holding any office under the United States.” In a sane political environment, Barack Obama would be tried for treason.”

     But, will none dare call it treason? Will Trump?

“After an in-depth analysis of text messages sent between FBI agent Peter Strzok and former FBI lawyer Lisa Page around the time the investigation into Trump’s campaign began, National Review’s Andrew McCarthy discovered that the Department of Justice had redacted bits of information that were damning for Barack Obama and his administration. One of the most revealing text messages that McCarthy highlighted came from Strzok, which appeared to indicate that, contrary to what liberals have been saying for months now, the Obama White House was involved in the entire anti-Trump operation. (Related: A deep state leak to the New York Times reveals that the Obama regime spied on the Trump campaign without evidence of any crime.) The message, which related to a high-level meeting with CIA officials on August 5, 2016, read: “And hi. Went well, best we could have expected. Other than (REDACTED) quote: ‘the White House is running this.’ My answer, ‘well, maybe for you they are.’ And of course, I was planning on telling this guy, thanks for coming, we’ve got an hour, but with Bill (Priestap) there, I‘ve got no control.” Bill Priestap was the assistant director of counterintelligence and Strzok’s immediate superior at the FBI. In response to Strzok’s text message, Lisa Page replied: “Yeah, whatever (re the WH comment). We’ve got the emails that say otherwise.”

     Based on this short conversation between Strzok and Page, it sure seems as though what conservatives have been saying for months now is true after all – that the Obama White House did, in fact, play a role in the counterintelligence investigation into the Trump campaign.

     All of the above indicates that Donald Trump has the most damaging evidence anyone in his position has ever had against his political enemies.      It is interesting how the elites from across the globe meet up, like tectonic plates. But, hopefully, one political cesspool can defeat the other, leaving only one filthy swamp to drain of blood-sucking mosquitoes.
