     Here are two videos which I have seen where US cops do super-stupid, criminally negligent things with firearms, and in one, open fire on a store into which  a crook has fled, killing the innocent store manager.

     The gun controllers use this low hit rate as an argument against civilians, such as teachers having guns, but in general civilians are much better shots than cops, having more practice. If anyone needs to have guns taken away from them on grounds of inaccuracy, it is US police! Of course, they need much better firearms training, for the safety of themselves and the community.
