- DARPA originally funded MERS but refused to support any effort to release it into the wild. They wanted to keep it as a strategic, last-ditch biological weapon for extreme emergencies.
- Fauci and EcoHealth Alliance finagled a way to get their hands on MERS, which became the template for the gain of function research that was laundered through the WIV, using US taxpayer money. Elements from MERS, HIV, SARS and other viral strains were engineered together to create the “chimeric” bioweapons with special affinity for human ACE2 receptors.
- Daszak and Fauci approached DARPA to request funding to release their bioweapons in China. DARPA refused. But they found funding through globalist sources that support depopulation.
- Had DARPA agreed to the funding, Daszak and Fauci had planned to invite Shi Zheng Li (the “Bat Lady”) to a celebration announcement at DARPA headquarters!
- SARS-CoV-2 was never designed to kill. It was designed to spread rapidly, with low fatality, to create worldwide panic and demand for vaccines, along with government lockdowns and global communism due to “cases” diagnosed via fraudulent PCR tests.

Super MERS is already in the hands of PLA operators who have crossed into the United States via Mexican narco smuggling routes. - These Chinese bioweapons operatives are told to simultaneously release “Super MERS” across US cities when given the activation command, which could come via public means … The White House is almost completely controlled by the CCP, and Biden is China’s puppet.
- This Super MERS strain will kill at least 30% of those who are infected, under normal circumstances. But because the covid vaccines have destroyed the immune response among vaccinated individuals, the death rate in the vaccinated may be significantly higher. (50%?)
- The Super MERS strain is effectively the second half of the binary weapon system, with the first half being the vaccine. This is why tyrannical government has pushed so hard for mass vaccinations. It’s the setup for the kill. The Biden administration has been working with China all along to try to achieve a 70% vaccination rate in the USA, which would translate into an overall kill rate of at least 20% of the US population once Super MERS is released. This translates into about 70 million people, roughly speaking.

The State of Washington recently posted a public jobs ad calling for “Isolation & Quarantine strike team” coordinators to help run its own quarantine camp in Centralia, WA. When the public became aware of this ad, Washington government goons scrambled to remove the “strike team” phrase from the job listing and stealth edited it to pretend that it was just an ad for people to do laundry and change bed sheets. At the same time, we are hearing rumors that military personnel who refuse vaccinations are being loaded onto buses and forcibly isolated / quarantined by the military until they agree to be vaccinated. China will very shortly initiate the bioweapons release in America, likely followed by cyber attacks and financial system tactics.
While the exact timing on all this is always difficult to know, it appears China will soon initiate its bioweapons attack on America, making covid look like child’s play. Wuhan and US scientists were planning to release enhanced airborne
coronavirus particles into Chinese bat populations to inoculate them
against diseases that could jump to humans, leaked grant proposals
dating from 2018 show.
New documents show that just 18 months before the first Covid-19 cases
appeared, researchers had submitted plans to release skin-penetrating
nanoparticles and aerosols containing "novel chimeric spike proteins" of
bat coronaviruses into cave bats in Yunnan, China.
They also planned to create chimeric viruses, genetically enhanced to
infect humans more easily, and requested $14million from the Defense
Advanced Research Projects Agency (Darpa) to fund the work.
Papers, confirmed as genuine by a former member of the Trump
administration, show they were hoping to introduce "human-specific
cleavage sites" to bat coronaviruses which would make it easier for the
virus to enter human cells.
When Covid-19 was first genetically sequenced, scientists were puzzled
about how the virus had evolved such a human-specific adaptation at the
cleavage site on the spike protein, which is the reason it is so infectious.
The documents were released by Drastic, the web-based investigations
team set up by scientists from across the world to look into the origins
of Covid-19.
In a statement, Drastic said: "Given that we find in this proposal a
discussion of the planned introduction of human-specific cleavage sites,
a review by the wider scientific community of the plausibility of
artificial insertion is warranted."
The proposal also included plans to mix high-risk natural coronavirus
strains with more infectious but less dangerous varieties.
The bid was submitted by British zoologist Peter Daszak of EcoHealth
Alliance, the US-based organisation, which has worked closely with the
Wuhan Institute of Virology (WIV) researching bat coronaviruses.
Team members included Dr Shi Zhengli, the WIV researcher dubbed "bat
woman" … as well as US researchers from the University of
North Carolina and the United States Geological Survey National Wildlife
Health Centre.
Darpa refused to fund the work, saying: "It is clear that the proposed
project led by Peter Daszak could have put local communities at risk",
and warned that the team had not properly considered the dangers of
enhancing the virus (gain of function research) or releasing a vaccine
by air.
Grant documents show that the team also had some concerns about the
vaccine programme and said they would "conduct educational outreach … so
that there is a public understanding of what we are doing and why we are
doing it, particularly because of the practice of bat-consumption in the
region".
Angus Dalgleish, Professor of Oncology at St Georges, University of
London, who struggled to get work published showing that the Wuhan
Institute of Virology (WIV) had been carrying out "gain of function"
work for years before the pandemic, said the research may have gone
ahead even without the funding.
"This is clearly a gain of function, engineering the cleavage site and
polishing the new viruses to enhance human cell infectibility in more
than one cell line," he said.
Daszak was also behind a letter published in The Lancet last year which
effectively shut down scientific debate into the origins of Covid-19.
Viscount Ridley, who has co-authored a book on the origin of Covid-19,
due for release in November, and who has frequently called for a further
investigation into what caused the pandemic in the House of Lords, said:
"For more than a year I tried repeatedly to ask questions of Peter
Daszak with no response.
"Now it turns out he had authored this vital piece of information about
virus work in Wuhan but refused to share it with the world. I am
furious. So should the world be.
"Peter Daszak and the EcoHealth Alliance (EHA) proposed injecting deadly
chimeric bat coronaviruses collected by the Wuhan Institute of Virology
into humanised and ‘batified' mice, and much, much more."
A Covid-19 researcher from the World Health Organisation (WHO), who
wished to remain anonymous, said it was alarming that the grant proposal
included plans to enhance the more deadly disease of Middle-East
Respiratory Syndrome (Mers).
"The scary part is they were making infectious chimeric Mers viruses,"
the source said.
"These viruses have a fatality rate over 30 per cent, which is at least
an order of magnitude more deadly than Sars-CoV-2.
"If one of their receptor replacements made Mers spread similarly, while
maintaining its lethality, this pandemic would be nearly apocalyptic."

The debate over the origins of the novel coronavirus, which has now
killed over 4.7 million mostly elderly and immunocompromised people
throughout the world and caused untold economic suffering, continues,
with China and the United States engaged in a high-stakes information
campaign to convince humanity that the other country is responsible.
In 2018, Peter Daszak, the British-born zoologist and president of the
EcoHealth Alliance, the US organisation known for funneling millions of
dollars in US National Institutes of Health funding into risky research
at the Wuhan lab, submitted a funding request to DARPA – the Pentagon's
top-secret military research agency, to deliberately release
genetically-modified coronavirus particles into wild Chinese bat
populations, leaked grant proposal papers suggest.
The $14.2 million funding request, published by DRASTIC Research, a
loose collection of independent scientists investigating Covid-19's
origins, is said to have sought the cash to create airborne,
skin-penetrating coronavirus particles and spread them into bat caves in
China's Yunnan province, ostensibly to inoculate the animals against
illnesses that could jump to human beings.
The complex nano-particles were said to contain "novel chimeric spike
proteins." Situated on the outside of the coronavirus, the spike protein
the means by which SARS-CoV-2 enters human cells.
The funding request was made some 18 months before the appearance of the
first cases of Covid-19 in China's Hubei province, with that outbreak
eventually growing into a global pandemic.
The leaked papers further allege that the DARPA funding request included
a proposal to create genetically-enhanced chimeric viruses that could
infect human beings more easily by genetically manipulating bat
coronaviruses to introduce "human-specific cleavage sites," thereby
making it easier for a virus to enter human cells. The scientific
justification for such research is unclear.
Furthermore, the request was also said to have proposed genetically
mixing components of natural coronaviruses with the potential to cause
serious complications with milder but more infections strains. This
included plans to make more infectious versions of Mers – the extremely
deadly virus which has a fatality rate of nearly 33 percent. The reasons
as to why Daszack proposed this potentially dangerous research are again
unclear.
EcoHealth Alliance and the Wuhan Institute of Virology have not
commented on DRASTIC's document dump. However, an unnamed former Trump
administration official told The Telegraph that the leaked papers are
genuine.
Among the leaked papers is a two-page response by DARPA rejecting
Daszak's research proposal. The reply said noted that "if funding became
available," and certain dual-use related risks were mitigated, "certain
components of particular interest could have gone ahead."
However, DARPA said that in the proposal's then-current form, "it is
clear that the proposed DEFUSE project [the proposed project's formal
name] led by Peter Daszak could have put local communities at risk by
failing to consider" issues including gain of function, "dual use
research of concern," vaccine epitope coverage, regulatory requirements
and various ethical, legal and social issues.
Angus Dalgleish, a British professor and oncologist at St. George's
Hospital Medical School in London who has spent over a year
investigating the Wuhan Covid lab leak theory, told The Telegraph that
Daszak and his colleagues at Wuhan may have proceeded with the research
despite DARPA's refusal to fund it.
"This is clearly a gain of function, engineering the cleavage site and
polishing the new viruses to enhance human cell infectibility in more
than one cell line," Dalgleish said of the documents.
An unnamed Covid researcher from the World Health Organization said they
found the proposal to create a chimeric Mers virus particularly "scary,"
given the virus's deadliness compared to Sars-CoV-2. "If one of their
receptor replacements made Mers spread similarly [to Sars-CoV-2] while
maintaining its lethality, this pandemic would be nearly apocalyptic,"
the WHO researcher warned.

The possible role of Daszak's EcoHealth Alliance in funding potentially
dangerous coronavirus bat research at the Wuhan Institute of Virology
using US government money became the subject of congressional scrutiny
this summer, when Kentucky Senator Rand Paul grilled White House chief
medical advisor Anthony Fauci over his alleged role in approving such
funding after it was banned in the US. Fauci has denied any wrongdoing,
and in a briefing earlier this month, White House spokeswoman Jen Psaki
assured reporters that his job was safe amid allegations that he lied to
Congress in his testimony.
Psaki's comments followed the publication of a new investigation by The
Intercept which found that EcoHealth had been funding potentially
dangerous pathogen research at Wuhan since 2014, with research reported
to be continuing to this day.

clearly qualify as Gain of function (GoF), in a grant proposal submitted
to the Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency (DARPA) in 2018.

Peter Daszak and the EcoHealth Alliance (EHA) proposed injecting deadly

The EHA / WIV proposal (named ‘DEFUSE') was ultimately rejected for full
funding (but leaving open the door for partial funding), in part because
it mis-interpreted the GOF guidelines.
In other words, a branch of the federal government had already judged
aspects of EHA's research, and the corresponding shared research plan
with the WIV, as falling under the definition of GOF, only for HHS to
approve similar work without P3CO review in 2018 and 2019.
The documents seen by DRASTIC were made available by an anonymous
source. They detail past achievements and planned experiments in
collaboration with researchers from Wuhan Institute of Virology (WIV),
East China Normal University (ECNU), UNC-Chapel Hill, Duke-National
University in Singapore, the USGS National Wildlife Health Center (NWHC)
and Palo Alto Research Center (PARC).
The grant proposal includes some elements of research that are already
public via scientific papers, as well as other elements that have never
been made public, including vaccinating wild bats using aerosolized
viruses and further work on published and unpublished strains that could
have directly produced SARS-CoV-2.
These grant proposal documents also show a staggering level of deep
involvement of EHA with the WIV, on matters of national interest (such
as DURC), for instance by proposing that the DARPA grant pays a good
chunk of key WIV researchers salaries, or that some of these researchers
should be invited to DARPA headquarters in Arlington. All the while
without proper risk assessment and considerations for ethical and social
issues and incorrect evaluation of what constitutes GoF research.
