Immigration Melts the Pot By Chris Knight
The Australian people are more passive and apathetic than they should be about immigration, given the social harms that it produces. All criticisms are washed away by the government by saying: “we have border control!” Well, we do not, when tens of thousands of legal migrants arrive in Australia, to compete with locals for jobs, and if they create any jobs, they take more than they make.
In the US, people support overall lower legal immigration, and want the rate capped at 500,000 per year, instead of the current annual rate of 1.3 million:

A recent Harvard-Harris poll revealed that 35 percent of respondents wanted the level to be fewer than 250,000 per year, and 19 percent said that it should be 250,000 to 500,000. This shocked the establishment, who spend a lot of propaganda time pushing the “immigrants are everything” line, and that Trump is an anti-immigration ‘racist”:

Yet we find nonsense such as:
“As a professor of the western canon, the Great Ideas of the West, and the western tradition, I find it nearly impossible to claim that there is a long tradition of excluding those who “aren’t us.” Even the most cursory examination of the issue reveals that the best of western thinkers have considered political borders a form of selfish insanity and a violation of the dignity of the human person. The free movement of peoples has not only been seen as a natural right throughout much of the western tradition, but it has also been seen as a sacred one.”

It is hard to see any truth in this, given that almost all classical thinkers regarded diversity as a curse, not a blessing, and a weakness in the body social:
“In his Politics, Aristotle observes that diversity resulting from immigration without assimilation was a frequent cause of civil war and breakdown of civic solidarity within the Greek city-states. In this brief article, I would like to highlight how diversity in the use of foreign mercenaries and changes in the population were a frequent tool exploited by Greek tyrants to subjugate the citizenry.
The archetypal example of this was the powerful and diverse Sicilian city-state of Syracuse, which was long ruled by a string of tyrants, making for a useful contrast with the homogeneous and free city-state. Aristotle remarked: “at Syracuse the conferring of civic rights on aliens and mercenaries, at the end of the period of the tyrants, led to sedition and civil war” (Politics, 1303a13). Furthermore, Aristotle argued that a legitimate ruler was protected by his own armed citizens, whereas tyrants used foreign mercenaries: “Kings are guarded by the arms of their subjects; tyrants by a foreign force” (1285a16). The use of foreign mercenaries frequently led to rule devolving to a tyrant or a small clique (1306a19).”

Immigrationism is a crazed religion, spawn from the capitalist lust for cheap profits, regardless of the long-term destructive consequences. More people came to the UK in 2013, than from 1066 to 1960:

Immigration will leave nothing unchanged, including, ultimately, the profits of the capitalists, as nations and economies dissolve.
