Clarice Feldman, “The Democrats: ‘A Criminal Organization,’” puts the case that the US is now run by criminals. Well, I thought that most of my life, and the amount of underground literature on the criminal activates of the political class is astonishing, including the free use of assassination of people crossing them, drug connections, paedophilia (the Epstein connection), and outright treason, which is now as common as Covid among the vaxxed. There is with the Democrats a commitment not to play by the rule of law, the present example being some Democrats encouraging attacks upon conservative judges who look to over-rule the abortion on demand case of Roe v. Wade. The unstated hope in not dealing with the illegal protesters, while persecuting January 6 peaceful protesters, is for someone to kill a judge, and end the decision. I don’t know why conservatives choose to live like this and do not immediately secede.

“More than a decade ago, Michael Walsh dubbed the Democrats, “A criminal organization masquerading as a political party.” I once thought this was overstating the matter, but I no longer do. If you can’t fully accept this characterization, recent events surrounding the leak of the Supreme Court draft opinion overturning Roe v. Wade, should unshutter your eyes and let in the light. Democratic leaders are encouraging lawless, threatening behavior against Supreme Court justices, and their attorney general refuses to enforce the law against such behavior. This criminal organization has a huge public relations outfit working around the clock for it, the Major Media, which is why you may have missed this.
It’s hard to ignore the fact that the leaders of the party are openly inciting violence in an effort to force the Court to decide cases based on fear of the mob, instead of the law.
In May, pro-abortionists began illegal parades around justices’ homes as the draft opinion of Dobbs v. Jackson Women's Health Organization was leaked. Attorney General Merrick Garland did not one thing to enforce the applicable federal law by arresting the protestors. In a bipartisan display of concern, the Senate passed a bill to extend around-the clock security protection to the justices’ families. The House Democrats have refused to sign on.
Not one single Democratic leader has spoken out in opposition to the terroristic actions against the Court.
Worse, Senate Majority Leader Chuck Schumer clearly incited this threatening behavior, telling the crowd assembled outside the Supreme Court, “I want to tell you Gorsuch. I want to tell you Kavanaugh. You have released the whirlwind, and you will pay the price.” That clear threat also violated federal law, but don’t hold your breath for Garland to do anything, or Schumer to retract it, or any Democrat to criticize his intemperate statement. Chief Justice John Roberts condemned the statement as dangerous, to which Schumer replied he was “misinterpreted,” that he meant Republicans would suffer, though it would take a skilled gymnast to maneuver a twist like that. And I don’t find that explanation persuasive.
Last Wednesday, a heavily armed man (a Glock 17 with two magazines and ammunition, pepper spray, a tactical knife, a hammer, a screwdriver, a crowbar, zip ties, and duct tape, among other gear), Nicholas John Roske, was arrested outside of Justice Brett Kavanaugh’s home, after he approached a U.S. Marshal and expressed his intentions to kill the justice. Roske’s plan was to sneak into the home and he even had specially pad-soled boots to do so without waking the family. Even after this, the protestors have returned to Kavanaugh’s home to demonstrate. Why Kavanaugh? He joined the majority in the Alito draft opinion but apparently the Chief Justice had not yet circulated Kavanaugh’s concurrence, and the hope will be that they can still change his mind. Roske, of course, had a more brutal strategy in mind. Indeed, at least one man who (has since removed it), tweeted that if the conservative justices were assassinated, Biden could nominate and get confirmed new justices more amenable to their way of thinking.
Only a stupid person would cave to such pressure. Do it once, and every highly charged decision would mean more of this. Josh Blackman is right:
…can't fathom why anyone would want to serve on the Supreme Court. To be more precise, I can't fathom why any conservative would want to serve on the Supreme Court. Liberal jurists are feted with honors at every juncture. But conservative jurists are excoriated and personally attacked. I wonder, in hindsight, if Kavanaugh still would have pursued a position on the Supreme Court, knowing what we know now: the first confirmation hearing, baseball tickets, Spartacus, Christine Blasey Ford, Michael Avenatti, Ronan Farrow, the second confirmation hearing, yearbook, beer, Klobuchar, Saturday Night Live, Matt Damon, the Dobbs leak, and now an assassination attempt outside of his home. During this time, Kavanaugh and his family have been dragged through such painful experiences, one after the other. Was it all worth it? And to what end? To swallow the Chief's blue plate special?
So is Professor Glenn Reynolds (Instapundit) who offers his idea of what Kavanaugh should do:
“I’d get in their faces, and add a concurrence naming democratic politicians who have attacked the court and accusing them of fomenting violence against it, and warning that Americans will, perhaps rightly, feel free to start ignoring the Court’s rulings if they feel they are the result of illicit pressure and threats of violence.”
After the attempted assassin was arrested, the domestic thugs continued to harass his wife and children and Justice Amy Coney Barrett’s family as well. The home addresses of these judges and Barrett’s church and children’s’ school were publicized by an outfit called Ruth Sent Us which is coordinating this thuggery. (It’s ironic because in the name of former Justice Ginsburg they are demanding Roe not be overturned when even she conceded the decision had been a mistake.)
John Hinderaker at Powerline Blog offers a compelling explanation for the failure to enforce laws against intimidation of judges:
I can’t think of an alternative explanation of why Merrick Garland and other Democratic Party authorities have failed to enforce laws against demonstrating outside judges’ homes. I can’t think of another explanation of why leaders of the Democratic Party can’t bestir themselves to condemn an assassination attempt. I can’t think of another explanation for why the Washington Post buried news of the attempted murder of Justice Kavanaugh deep in their “local news” section.
Nor can I think of another explanation of why leaders of the Democratic Party haven’t called off “Ruth Sent Us” in the wake of the Kavanaugh assassination attempt. Could they do so? I am pretty sure they could. But let’s find out! Who, exactly, is financing “Ruth Sent Us”? How do those people (or maybe just one person) relate to assassination-inciter Chuck Schumer and the Democratic Party generally?
Inquiring minds want to know. The effort to intimidate or, better yet, assassinate Supreme Court justices didn’t begin with marginal characters like Nicholas Roske, just like the idea of assassinating the House Republican baseball team didn’t originate with James Hodgkinson. The leaders of the Democratic Party are in the dock. Can they defend themselves?
So far, they haven’t even tried.
President Biden not only failed to condemn this outrageous behavior, he doubled down on it. In a tongue bath “interview” with Jimmy Kimmel he predicted a “mini-revolution” if the atrocity called Roe v. Wade is overturned by the Supreme Court.
Biden’s eliminationist rhetoric about mini-revolutions came just hours after police arrested a man with a gun and burglar tools in Supreme Court Justice Brett Kavanaugh’s neighborhood. Authorities claim he was determined to murder Kavanaugh. Why? Because in a leaked document, Kavanaugh signed on to overturn Roe. Police also say the man was upset over mass shootings.
Of course, once again, we see disparate justice. Indeed, the force of criminal justice brought harshly to bear on one side -- even for legally protected conduct, while the worst criminal behavior that advances the Democratic party’s interests is ignored.
What possible reason could there be for doing this [targeting Justice Barrett’s family] except to hope that radical mobs descend on this school and this church? And what possible reason could there be for that other than to coerce, terrorize, and intimidate a justice of the highest court in the land regarding her expected decision on a case before that court?
Where is Merrick Parents Are Domestic Terrorists Garland on this? Right. Nowhere. Parents waiting their turn and then speaking out against public school policy at public-are-welcome school board meetings are the real threat, not these actual lawbreakers whose violations are actually under his jurisdiction.
Here’s the thing, you can bet your last dollar that if the pro-life right were doing the same thing to leftist and left-leaning SCOTUS justices over their opposition to overturning Roe, the full power and fury of the law and federal government would drop on them like Thor’s hammer.
They’d rot in jail, every Republican politician from their town dog-catcher to their House rep and senator would be blamed. There would be shrieks of threats to democracy, insurrection, and racism/sexism/insert whatever ism. There would be bills voted on and passed with lightning speed to abridge the Constitutional rights of anti-infanticide proponents, the FBI would be sent out to look for still-boxed Lego sets, and the entire sprawling DHS would fan out sniffing under every rock looking for anyone who doesn’t support abortion until the moment of birth.
But it’s the radical left breaking federal law and endangering the lives of SCOTUS justices, their children, and their church members, so it’s just some people doing some things because they are “passionate” about a just cause.
Not satisfied with terrorizing justices and their families, these tyrants are just now plotting to blockade the Supreme Court, ostensibly to prevent the decision from being handed down.
If all this is news to you, you can thank the media, which has deliberately hidden it. The Washington Post covered the assassination attempt under Local Crime. As for the New York Times, you’d have to scroll through 16 stories of such significance as the Jurassic Park cast on its home page to find it.
Do you really want to live in a country controlled by thugs? You think there aren’t enough banana republics in the world, and you want to add this country to the crowd?

The word “shameless” does not begin to describe the reaction of Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez, who took to Instagram to brag about killing the bill already passed by the Senate, to offer more protection.
This is the same woman who claims to have been traumatized by the Capitol incursion in Jun. 6, 2021 when she was blocks away in a House office building. Apparently she has no empathy for Justice Kavanaugh and his family who have already endured one assassination attempt and who face daily demonstrations in front of their home.
The media have shamefully downplayed the assassination attempt. But AOC is so stupid that she brags about heightening the terror inflicted on the justices. One can only hope that the American voting public rejects this turn to thuggery and sends the Democrat congressional majorities packing next November.

“After police arrested a California leftist on a mission to assassinate Justice Kavanaugh, the Biden administration finally condemned the campaign to intimidate the Supreme Court.
“As the president has consistently made clear, public officials, including judges, must be able to do their jobs without concern for their personal safety or that of their families,” White House press secretary Karine Jean-Pierre falsely claimed.
After leftist activists had posted a map of the homes of Supreme Court justices to harass them, Jen Psaki had retorted. “I don’t have an official U.S. government position on where people protest.”
There is in fact such a position and it’s illegal under 18 U.S.C. § 1507 which states that anyone with “the intent of interfering with, obstructing, or impeding the administration of justice, or with the intent of influencing any judge, juror, witness” “pickets or parades in or near a building…. or residence, shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than one year, or both.”
Biden just decided not to enforce these laws in order to allow his leftist allies to intimidate the justices.
Not one of the leftists who have spent years harassing Supreme Court justices with protests outside the court and even their homes has been sent off to prison. Nor will they. Pounding on the doors of the Supreme Court, marching around the homes of justices, and trying to prevent them from coming to court have become basic parts of the activist playbook.
Even after the Kavanaugh assassination plot, leftists are continuing to protest outside his home.
The arrest of Nicholas Roske, armed with a Glock 17, and carrying burglar tools, pepper spray, and zip ties, is just the latest in a wave of leftist violence touched off by the hate campaign against Justice Kavanaugh and other conservative justices. Roske was angry about the Roe v. Wade leaked draft and said that he planned to break into Kavanaugh’s house and kill him.
Roske found Kavanaugh’s address on the internet after leftist activist groups doxxed him and other justices while encouraging protesters to intimidate them and their families in their homes.
What consequences will Roske face?
Last year, Ronald DeRisi, a New York man, was sentenced to only 18 months in prison after threatening to kill senators who voted to confirm Kavanaugh, including leaving one message, warning, “nine millimeter. Side of your f—ing scull, you scumbag motherf—-r.”
Justice Kavanaugh and his family have been relentlessly harassed since the nomination, the smear campaign and during his time on the Supreme Court. Those threats escalated with the leaked draft decision and were whipped up into a frenzy by the media with Big Tech complicity.
After the draft decision was leaked, fresh death threats poured in for the conservative justices. Twitter threats that still remain up include “ok I will kill samuel alito” and “we either gotta expand the scotus to 15 judges or kill clarence thomas.” While Twitter censors conservatives, these death threats are still up.
But it wasn’t just random social media nutjobs. Violent rhetoric had been embraced by the Democrat leadership trying to appease and incite their increasingly deranged leftist base.
“I want to tell you Gorsuch, I want to tell you Kavanaugh: You have released the whirlwind, and you will pay the price. You won’t know what hit you,” Senate Majority Leader Schumer had ranted.
“These justices are in danger that this opinion leaked before it was released publicly. There are people making threats against justices online and elsewhere. The attorney general needs to step up,” a former law clerk for Justice Gorsuch warned. “This is obstruction of justice for people to show up at a federal judge’s home to try to influence the outcome of a pending case.”
Protesters harassing a traffic court judge would face charges, but the leftists who have forced Supreme Court justices to hide out at undisclosed locations know the DOJ won’t touch them.
A DHS memo noted that, “threats discussed burning down or storming the U.S. Supreme Court and murdering Justices and their clerks.” Nevertheless, its spokesperson insisted that it, “is committed to protecting Americans’ freedom of speech and other civil rights and civil liberties, including the right to peacefully protest.” Much like the Black Lives Matter riots, leftists harassing justices is a mostly peaceful enterprise except when one of them brings along some zip ties.
The refusal to enforce the laws and stop the leftist harassment is the definition of an inside job.
Demand Justice, backed by the Soros Sixteen Thirty Fund’s dark money machine and headed by a former Schumer aide, launched a campaign to force Justice Breyer to resign using a billboard truck driving around the Supreme Court with the message, “Breyer, retire. It’s time for a Black woman Supreme Court justice. There’s no time to waste.”
After Breyer agreed to step down to make way for a racial quota leftist, Demand Justice told supporters that their “gushing fire hydrant of bullying tweets” helped force a justice off the court.
The leftist hate group knew that it had nothing to worry about from Attorney General Garland.
When a conspirator leaked the Roe v. Wade abortion draft decision, leftists protested outside the homes of justices and organized a plot to shut down the Supreme Court.
“One of our goals would be to expand the current political crisis by shutting down the Supreme Court,” a ShutdownDC organizer boasted. They delivered a public presentation showing off a “detailed tactical plan for blocking access to the Court’s underground parking garage, which is the primary entry and exit point for employees and justices.”
Instead of enforcing the law, the Biden administration agreed with the protesters that in, “the president’s view is that there’s a lot of passion, a lot of fear, a lot of sadness from many, many people across this country about what they saw in that leaked document.”
Even after the Kavanaugh assassination plot, there’s no sign that AG Garland or the DOJ intend to stop the harassment of conservative justices. While Democrats rant about “threats to democracy” from conservatives, conservative justices in the nation’s highest court have been forced to go into hiding at undisclosed locations for over a month.
That’s not America. It’s what a leftist banana republic looks like. And the message is quite clear. Even if the decision at the heart of the latest assault on the Supreme Court stands, justices are now all too aware that they will be forced from their homes and terrorized over their rulings, and the Biden administration and Attorney General Garland will wink at the intimidation because it is an inside job.
The same leftist activists and money machines helping elect Democrats are also backing the harassment campaigns against the Supreme Court. The Biden administration is not about to turn on its own activists, donors, and extreme base.
Had a conservative been caught trying to assassinate Sotomayor, Kagan, or Ketanji Brown Jackson, it would be the leading nationwide story instead of being buried by the latest gun control push, and would be accompanied by urgent warnings about the threat to democracy.
The media would have no difficulty connecting the dots between the assassination plot, conservative opposition, social media, and every Republican candidate, elected official, or just random voter. Before too long the FBI and the National Guard would be out in force while the skies over D.C. filled with drones and helicopters. Instead, a Supreme Court assassination plot gets buried on Page 7 and before long we’ll hear claims that the assassin was “mentally ill”.
Despite a formal condemnation of this latest incident, the Biden administration has shown little sign that it intends to restrain its political allies or hold them accountable for harassing justices.
Nor is it in their interest to do so.
Had Roske succeeded in assassinating Justice Kavanaugh, Biden would have another Supreme Court seat to fill. Whipping up the mob and then shrugging if one of them goes beyond intimidation to actual murder provides the administration with plausible deniability.
And the Left with the opportunity to claim another Supreme Court seat.”

Ruth Sent Us – the far-left activist group named after late liberal Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg — is targeting Justice Barrett over the possibility that she would vote to overturn Roe v. Wade.
Ruth Sent Us organized protests last month against Supreme Court justices – which the group described as "six extremist justices."
This week, Ruth Sent us called for more protests against Justice Barrett.
"If you’re in the DC metro area, join us," the group wrote on Tuesday. "Our protests at Barrett’s home moved the needle to this coverage."
The far-left group highlighted Barrett's daily schedule and the school where her children attend.
"Falls Church is a People of Praise stronghold," Ruth Sent Us stated. "She sends her seven kids to a People of Praise school that she sat on the Board of Directors for. She attends church DAILY."
The tweet included photos of Barrett with the name of the church she regularly attends, and advocated protesters to "voice your anger" by demonstrating at the place of worship.
Ruth Sent Us also sent a "special message" to Supreme Court Justice Brett Kavanaugh's wife and children at their school this week.
The pro-abortion group posted the addresses of conservative-leaning Supreme Court justices on the internet in May.
Federal prosecutors said Nicholas John Roske – the California man who allegedly wanted to assassinate Justice Kavanaugh – found the Supreme Court justice's address online.
"Roske stated he began thinking about how to give his life a purpose and decided that he would kill the Supreme Court Justice after finding the Justice's Montgomery County address on the Internet. Roske further indicated that he had purchased the Glock pistol and other items for the purpose of breaking into the Justice's residence and killing the Justice as well as himself," the arrest affidavit says.
Roske was arrested outside Kavanaugh's Maryland home and had a Glock 17 pistol, ammunition, pepper spray, zip ties, a hammer, a screwdriver, a crowbar, and duct tape.
There have been regular protests at the homes of Supreme Court justices ever since the draft court opinion that could overturn Roe v. Wade was leaked in May.
This week, the Department of Homeland Security warned that the leaked Supreme Court draft opinion challenging Roe v. Wade has ignited a wave of threats.
"Given a high-profile U.S. Supreme Court case about abortion rights, individuals who advocate both for and against abortion have, on public forums, encouraged violence, including against government, religious, and reproductive healthcare personnel and facilities, as well as those with opposing ideologies," the DHS report stated.”
