Well, a little while ago the globalists were gung-ho enough to advocate the banning of meat, by the cancellation of farming. That progressed in the Netherlands but seemed to go cold. Now at COP29, the UN Climate change Conference Willem Branten, the public affairs officer of True Animal Protein Price (TAPP) Coalition, proposed a meat tax that would be a mechanism for ending meat for good in the West. The tax would be a vice, a meat grinder, that could be slowly tightened, crushing farmers. "Our current food systems are incompatible with the Paris climate accords ... vegan diets are projected to have only half of the climate footprint as meat eaters."

So, it is now not even insect eating, but straight to the plants. Then when that fails it will be institutionalised famine to cull down population numbers to meet carbon budgets.

We are the carbon that the elites want to eliminate.
