From Global Warming to Global Boiling! By James Reed

Get ready for it, as climate change hysteria is now moving to the next level of freak-out. United Nations Secretary-General Antonio Guterres has said that “The era of global warming has ended; the era of global boiling has arrived.” These globalists never let a good problem go to waste. While there have been some hot temperatures in many regions of the northern hemisphere, such as Spain, these temperatures have all been reached, and exceeded at other times on the Earth, over geological time, such as 500 million and 250 million years ago:

July 2023, he said is supposed to be the hottest month ever recorded in human history. But, how does he know this, given that temperature records have been kept only for a small part of human history? And, even so, what significance does one put on one month being particularly hot? The southern hemisphere has been particularly cold, which in terms of a global average would likely balance out. Yet, on this most flimsy basis, the UN are urging us to adopt radical action, such as massive cut-backs in fossil fuel use (but never communist China) and car use. It is little more than an exercise in de-civilisation.

“United Nations Secretary-General Antonio Guterres has said that “The era of global warming has ended; the era of global boiling has arrived.”

In a speech on July 28 at the U.N. headquarters in New York, Guterres addressed the “record temperatures” that were recorded this month.

The U.N. chief said that data released by the World Meteorological Organization show that “July 2023 is set to be the hottest month ever recorded in human history.”

“The consequences are clear and they are tragic,” Guterres stated. “Children swept away by monsoon rains, families running from the flames, workers collapsing in the scorching heat.”

“For vast parts of North America, Asia, Africa, and Europe, it is a cruel summer,” Guterres continued. “For the entire planet, it is a disaster.”

“For scientists, it is unequivocal — humans are to blame,” he claimed. “All this is entirely consistent with predictions and repeated warnings. The only surprise is the speed of the change. Climate change is here. It is terrifying, and it is just the beginning.”

“The era of global warming has ended; the era of global boiling has arrived.”

The U.N. chief continued his dramatization by stating that “The air is unbreathable, the heat is unbearable, and the level of fossil fuel profits and climate inaction is unacceptable.”

“It is still possible… to limit global temperature rise to 1.5 degrees Celsius and avoid the very worst of climate change but only with dramatic immediate climate action,” he proclaimed.

Scientists rebutting the U.N.’s climate alarmism

Contrary to the U.N.’s alarmism about “climate change,” many scientists have pointed out that record highs in temperature are not surprising or concerning, given that precise temperature measurements started only around 150 years ago, at the end of what is often referred to as the “little Ice Age.”

Ice core researcher Jorgen Peder Steffensen from the Niels Bohr Institute at the University of Copenhagen said that his research has shown that temperatures in Greenland 6,000 years ago “were 2.5 degrees warmer on average than today.”

Since temperature recording started at one of the coldest periods of the past 6,000 to 8,000 years, rising global temperatures are to be expected as part of a natural pattern.

“I agree completely that we have had a global temperature increase in the 20th century,” Steffensen said. “But an increase from what? Probably an increase from the lowest point we’ve had from the last 10,000 years.”

“And this means, that it will be very hard indeed to prove whether the increase of temperature in the 20th century was man-made or it’s a natural variation.”

Additionally, many scientists, for example, the members of the CO2 Coalition, have called into question whether CO2 emissions produced by burning fossil fuels are to blame for global temperature increases. One of these scientists is Nobel Prize Laureate Dr. John Clauser, who has argued that most climate models are wrong because the impact of carbon dioxide in the atmosphere is overrated by “nearly two orders of magnitude” compared to the impact of cumulus clouds.

Moreover, much of the alarmism around wildfires being caused by climate change has been shown to be unfounded propaganda, since many of these fires were deliberately caused by arsonists rather than increased temperatures.

The push for radical climate action” rather appears to be an instrument to push for more government control, higher taxes, and “global governance” by globalist organizations like the U.N. and the World Economic Forum.
