When questioned on an ABC interview, Biden said he would not be willing to undergo an independent medical evaluation and release the results to the public. No need for that as he said, he gets a cognitive exam every day!
Let's get cognitive about this claim. First, why would one need to have a cognitive exam every day? The mental deterioration associated with Parkinson's and Alzheimer's, is not that fast, so from day-to-day no much at all would show up. Second, no president would have time for such tests, talking up perhaps an hour of time. There would be no need to do this if there was not a cognitive problem in the first place.
So, Biden was lying, openly. But the interviewer, coming from the Left simply let it ride, and never made these obvious points. And note, that this is the man said to have his finger, potentially, on the nuclear hair trigger.
"President Biden said he undergoes "a full neurological test every day" in his first interview since his disastrous debate against Donald Trump last week — but revealed he would not undergo an independent medical evaluation to reassure voters he is fit to be the 2024 Democratic candidate.
ABC News' George Stephanopoulos asked the president, 81, if he's "ever had a full neurological and cognitive evaluation" as questions of Biden's mental and physical abilities mount ahead of the November election.
"I get a full neurological test every day with me and I've had a full physical," Biden responded.
"I had, you know, I mean — I've been at Walter Reed for my physicals. I mean, yes," he added.
Biden said he would not be willing to undergo an independent medical evaluation and release the results to the public to reassure voters that he's not suffering any mental decline."
