Florida’s Grand Jury to Target mRNA Vaxxes By Chris Knight (Florida)
Good news! Good news! Our Florida governor Ron DeSantis has announced three major initiatives to get to the bottom of the Covid plandemic. First, is a grand jury to examine all likely wrong doing coming from the vax rollout. This could lead to prosecutions of
Big Pharma. Second, Florida Surgeon General Joseph Ladapo will commission a study similar to one undertaken in a German university, that investigated all persons that died shortly after receiving Covid vaccines, the German study establishing a connection between the vaxxes and deaths caused by myocarditis. Third, there will be the formation of the Florida Public Health Integrity Committee, which will critically assess the various health policies, findings and recommendations made from federal agencies such as the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC).
This will shake up Big Pharma and give many a sleepless night. And while our governor was announcing this, Trump, the father of the vax was announcing superhero cards, featuring himself, in all his narcissism; pathetic. Hopefully other jurisdictions will follow when the truth is out.
“Governor Ron DeSantis just convened a COVID-19 mRNA Vaccine Accountability Roundtable broadcast live on Twitter, announcing major measures to counter what appears to be a growing concern that a confluence of federal, pharmaceutical industry, and medical establishment interests commandeered the health system to drive a one-sided, scientifically questionable agenda to mass vaccinate nearly the entire American population against SARS-CoV-2, the virus behind COVID-19. Bolstered by a sophisticated censorship regime involving direct federal agency (Department of Health and Human Services) and what is now proven instructions to Big Media and Big Tech ordering the censoring and even smear campaigns of those with alternative opinions (think Anthony Fauci and Francis Collins' efforts to destroy the authors behind the Great Barrington Declaration), a devastating decline in confidence in public health agencies and even the federal government ensues. In fact, even standard vaccination rates are in decline, some fear because of a lack of trust in what has been the world’s most prominent health agencies. At this roundtable, Governor DeSantis announced three major initiatives, including 1) the creation of a statewide grand jury to investigate any and all wrongdoing associated with the COVID-19 vaccination program, from data manipulation and misrepresentation to potential fraudulent practices. Likely to be impaneled in the Tampa Bay area, this effort reports DeSantis will lead to a series of legal processes and potential actions against Pfizer and Moderna; 2) Florida Surgeon General Joseph Ladapo will commission a study similar to one undertaken in a German university surveilling persons that died shortly after receiving COVID-19 vaccines. That university study found a disturbing linkage between mRNA vaccine and myocarditis-linked death. Partnered with the University of Florida and state medical examiners, Ladapo reports their study will likely keep the CEOs of Pfizer and Moderna awake at night with concern, and 3) Gov. DeSantis announced the formation of the Florida Public Health Integrity Committee, a body that assembles all of the researchers, doctors, and scientists will critically assess the various health policies, findings and recommendations emanating from federal agencies such as the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC). Surgeon General Joseph Ladapo will also spearhead the Committee. It would appear the State of Florida, under the leadership of Gov. DeSantis, is taking serious steps to counter the policies and measures, many considered draconian, since the onset of the COVID-19 pandemic.
The vaccines were used in a futile bid to get the disease to go away. This was clear from the science it wasn’t going to work early on. While the COVID-19 vaccines were useful as a prophylactic therapeutic measure during the early surges of the pandemic, it was clear that durability issues and a mutating pathogen would cause significant problems for these products.
Yet even when it was widely known that the vaccines would not stop viral transmission, the Biden administration ordered unprecedented mandates across American society by September 2021. Those that spoke out against such mandates were censored, slandered, and even destroyed professionally. TrialSite, as an example, started publishing unfolding studies revealing that the vaccines would not stop viral transmission. Announcing these on YouTube led to censorship, as did any news around the world about repurposed drugs such as ivermectin.
There was a systematic attempt to censor any critical discussion, even among the highest qualified experts. TrialSite went on the record early on when the vaccines were released that the eradication of a dynamic, mutating RNA virus like SARS-CoV-2 via the mRNA vaccines was most likely not feasible. And science started to back that position, but it was suppressed and censored. The highest levels of the federal government used the power of state apparatus to compel media and society to suppress any critical discussion. Reform is most definitely needed. This is not a political or partisan, or anti-vaccine position.
Florida’s state leadership apparatus now takes aim at COVID-19 and the interests that are identified as likely distorting or even perverting science to achieve particular gains, such as mass vaccination and monetary gain for the pharmaceutical companies.
This roundtable included a group of medical, health academia specialists, and vaccine injured who discussed the risks of the COVID-19 vaccines, for example, not commonly covered by federal agencies or the mainstream media. The group expressed great concern about the politicization of medical science throughout the pandemic. One contributor even suggests a public health bureaucrat coup unfolded during the crisis.
Clearly, DeSantis is quite serious about holding the pharmaceutical makers accountable. The controversial Florida Governor cited several studies pointing to a heightened risk of myocarditis and pericarditis in adolescents and young men, for example, when receiving the mRNA COVID-19 vaccines.
On the contrary, while the CDC, FDA, and NIH acknowledge a very rare risk of these cardiovascular problems associated with the mRNA vaccines, they position that these incidences are so rare when compared to the risk of more severe COVID-19 or long COVID that the majority of the population should be vaccinated. Yet the safety signals surged with mass vaccination. Part of this was understandable—all drugs and vaccines have some side effects. But what occurred over the last couple of years was far from normal or healthy. Yet the standard party line continued—the vaccines are safe and effective, period, and everyone down to six-month-old babies should be inoculated.
But a counter-narrative mounted: one that was based on a growing number of studies pointing to concern. One such study author present at the roundtable, Joseph Fraiman, who, along with Peter Doshi and others, investigated the true risks of myocarditis and pericarditis after the COVID-19 vaccines. According to their investigations, there is a 1 in 800 chance for an adverse event with the COVID-19 mRNA vaccines meaning according to this body of evidence, the vaccines potentially represent a higher risk than the actual virus, except for perhaps select higher risk cohorts such as the elderly or severely immunocompromised for example.
Meanwhile, Surgeon General Ladapo commissioned a study of the COVID-19 vaccines demonstrating their boost risk for myocarditis as much as 86% for patients in the 18 to 39 cohort who received mRNA vaccines from either Pfizer-BioNTech or Moderna. Ladapo was trashed in the mainstream media, and he admits that the data is preliminary and more investigation is needed. Because of that study, the Florida Department of Health guidance now recommends against COVID-19 vaccination for healthy children.
In addition to the Governor and Surgeon General Ladapo, participants today included Dr. Joseph Fraiman, an emergency doctor and researcher; evolutionary biologist Bret Weinstein; Jay Bhattacharya, professor of medicine, economics, and health research at Stanford; Martin Kulldorf, a Swedish biostatistician at Harvard University; Tracy Høeg, physician and researcher; Christine Stabell Benn, Ph.D., MD, a doctor and investigator from Denmark; and persons representing vaccine-injured, including Steven A. Ordonia and Michelle Utter. Ordonia, a retired air force veteran and law enforcement officer, discussed his experience with the mRNA vaccines. Ordonia’s life has been turned upside down” since receiving the Pfizer mRNA vaccine. Ms. Utter, a sixth-generation Floridian, works in healthcare and was injured from the Pfizer vaccine. Before the vaccine, she was very active and now struggles with post-COVID-19 vaccine injury. She was forced to get the jab as her three sons are in the armed forces; her travel abroad to see them necessitated vaccination against COVID-19.”
Perhaps the DeSantis initiative is an answer to the question of what to do about medical corruption; the corrupt need to be made to fear once more, the law, including academics … no especially academics and the journals.
“It’s not surprising that drug companies will do pretty much anything to make money. If the government, National Institutes of Health (NIH), Center for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), and Food and Drug Administration (FDA) will let them get away with it, they will rationalize and justify a certain level of risk that can end up in a loss of human life. Just consider any number of major scandals, from the opioid crisis to the Vioxx scandal, where it was known that human life was at risk yet sacrificed to the altar of profit.
I thought our government would do anything for power and money, but I didn’t realize they were willing to allow for all sorts of corruption that could be associated with the death of kill hundreds of thousands, not to mention the ruining of our economy.
I used to laugh when Trump would talk about fake news. Now I know he was likely right. I had no idea that the media and social media were completely devoid of integrity and were also fine with doing things that could end up getting millions of killers around the world.
I thought there were a lot of crooked physicians working with industry. I had no idea so many of them had so little regard for the welfare of patients and other physicians.
I had no idea that the major medical journals had been so corrupted as to publish fake data and withhold other data which would have helped Americans.
Even with the corruption within the government, drug companies and the media, and medical journals, none of this could have happened without the cooperation of almost everyone in medical leadership. No one in authority in academic medicine will risk their career for the benefit of patients. They know they can do illegal and immoral things and get away with it so there is a negligible risk for such egregious actions. It’s been surprising to me, though, that they think nothing of doing things that endanger, even kill, hundreds of thousands of people.
The public is concerned with crime, but the crime done by medical leadership is far worse than shoplifting and jewelry store break-ins.
I'd like to turn to a particularly egregious issue with the repurposed anti-parasitic drug ivermectin. Thousands of families nationwide have requested that their critically ill, hospitalized loved ones receive ivermectin and have been turned down even though ivermectin had potential benefit and no appreciable risk. And moreover, they secured physician prescriptions.
Many families have been forced to go to court to try to save their loved one. Many physicians testify for the hospital. Infectious disease doctors are the worst and along with epidemiologists have been disgusting during the pandemic.
Here’s an article from Zimbabwe where in 34 patients with low oxygen counts, 62% had their oxygen count normalize within 24 hours with a combination of ivermectin, doxycycline and zinc.
In the US, hypoxic patients are hospitalized and, in many hospitals, can’t get ivermectin unless the family smuggles it into the health facility. Many families try to get them transferred to “ivermectin-friendly” hospitals. Many families forbid the hospital from giving their loved one remdesivir because it is of no value and has renal toxicity, but it is standard for nurses to give it anyway and claim the patient requested it so that the hospital gets a 20% bonus.
Attorney Ralph Lorigo and associates in Buffalo have represented over 200 families all over the country who had to go to court with the hospital in an attempt to get ivermectin for their critically ill loved one. TrialSite News was the first nationally focused media to cover these lawsuits. Mr. Lorigo had to hire extra attorneys and staff and lowered his fees significantly to accommodate these families. He says it was the best experience of his 45 years of practicing law. Unfortunately, he had to turn down another 800 families. When the family won in court, their loved one often lived. If the family lost in court, their loved one almost always died. If the family won and their loved one got ivermectin, the hospital would still appeal to prevent legal precedent from being set.
A case is now before the Wisconsin Supreme Court in which the family is arguing that their critically ill loved one should be able to receive ivermectin. TrialSite News recently did an article about it. The hospital is arguing against them. I thought hospitals are supposed to save people, not kill them.
Incredibly, the American Medical Association filed an amicus brief in support of the hospital. It was their journal that published the fraudulent ACTIV-6 results saying ivermectin was ineffective. The AMA board of trustees was sent the information showing the fraud in all 3 major trials of ivermectin over a year ago and again on 12/7/22. Those trials are most of the basis for the recommendations of almost all medical organizations who recommend against ivermectin, yet the AMA is proceeding with their court action.
There is no acceptable rationale for preventing patients from receiving ivermectin or any other safe drug in hospitals if the family wants it done to save their loved one. It's been a disgrace. Anyone who hears about it finds it reprehensible, but few Americans know it’s going on.
Physicians can quit their medical societies and stop getting medical journals. They can’t trust anything in them anyway, but it won’t do much good. Those who work in hospitals are screwed by having to work for corporate medicine, which is only concerned with money and devoid of ethics.
There need to be deterrents. Right now, there are none. The deterrents need to be powerful. There needs to be a real risk of substantial JAIL TIME for fraudulent activities which result in damage to people’s health. How is faking a trial which allows a dangerous drug to be used which kills people any less despicable that robbing a bank and killing the guards?
I think there needs to be legislation with mandatory minimum jail time for those involved in fraudulent medical activities that damage patients. That includes everybody from doctors to drug companies to medical journals to media and social media and those in government.
The list of physicians deserving of incarceration is long. Those who are most responsible for millions of deaths due to their treachery is long. It starts with Drs. Collins, Fauci, Walensky, and Califf. Instead of being named the new NIH chairman, which is a nauseating thought, Dr. Peter Hotez should join them in jail along with Dr. Ashish Jha.
It would be wonderful to see the leadership of the Infectious Disease Society of America and those of the American College of Physicians, and AMA joins them behind bars.
Elon Musk will release information showing how Twitter, at the request of the CDC, censored information showing the benefit of repurposed drugs for COVID and the toxicity of vaccines. It will help a little. The media barely covers it.
While this author is apolitical and believes this crisis to hurt us all---it is a fundamental human rights issue that needs to be addressed regardless of partisanship or party. Now it turns out at least some Republicans are paying attention to the issue—not a lot of them but some of them. I have concerns because they did nothing leading up to the midterms when going after democratic COVID fraud would have assured them of winning the senate, a massive majority in the House, and almost certainly the presidency in 2024. A good case could have been made for a Biden impeachment, although the thought of Kamala Harris as president is frightening. She could be impeached, too, with the speaker of the house becoming president.
Maybe Republicans thought it was better to wait until they controlled the house to make a move. Let’s hope they have COVID hearings in the house. As reported today in TrialSite News, Gov. Ron DeSantis of Florida will set up a Grand Jury to investigate COVID-19 vaccine fraud.
Trump, at this point, has little influence, but Ron DeSantis has a lot of influence. All assume he will soon announce his candidacy for president. His surgeon general, Dr. Joseph Ladapo, has been aggressively attacking the governmental vaccine policy. If he and Governor DeSantis were to expose the truth behind the government COVID fraud, most Americans would believe them. Few are getting vaccinated, and most Americans already realize there is something rotten going on.
In the meantime, all of you need to be in contact with your legislators. Most of them have no idea what’s going on, especially Democrats. There are some Democrats who might believe you. Whether they would do anything is another question. Recently the House voted to end the military vaccine mandates with bipartisan support, so you never know.”
