Do We Have Any Rights at All? No Right Against Medical Rape? By Charles Taylor (Florida)
According to US constitutional lawyer, Alan Dershowitz, there is no constitutional protection against mandatory vaccinations:

Where exactly this is stated in the constitution was not clarified, perhaps in the special vaccination section, but, given that lawyers can find a constitutional right to homosexuality in the document, even though homosexuality was illegal in the US at the time of the writing of the document, who knows? For lawyers, anything is possible since by sophistry anything could be justified. Still, there are common law arguments against the Dershowitz view, which Mike Adams expresses, with some, I believe, unjustified extrapolation to self-defence situations. So, before reading the quote, let me say that I disagree with it and the reference to shooting, and will offer a critique after the quote; remember, no violence!

The fact that the felony assault against your person is being carried out with a needle rather than a knife does not exempt the violent attackers from your right to self-defense. The fact that the attackers represent the government rather than a drug cartel does not grant them any special right to violate your body, either. No government has the right to medically rape you in the name of “public health,” for if that were true, then governments could force us to give blood without consent, abort our babies on demand, submit to government blood draws to be allowed to return to work or even agree to be made infertile based on personal IQ scores. Any agent of any government who attempts to commit imminent medical violence against your body through the forced injection of risky vaccines without your consent frankly deserves to be shot in self-defense. This is precisely why the left-wing lockdown regimes that are pushing mandatory vaccines (i.e. California) are simultaneously pushing aggressive gun control laws. They don’t want citizens to be able to defend themselves against the government mandated euthanasia shots that will be falsely described as “coronavirus vaccines.” Remember: It’s really about depopulation and mass infertility or euthanasia. To get you to go along with it, they’ll tell you it’s a “vaccine,” even when the whole world knows that real vaccines couldn’t possibly have been subjected to rigorous quality control testing and long-term clinical trials in the short time during which we are told they were developed.”
I think Adams goes over the top here claiming that there is a right of self-defence to shoot people wanting to vaccinate you. Clearly these will be health care workers with families and dependents, trying to do what they see is best, however much he disagrees … far different from the usual meth home invaders. Thus, we need to reject that rhetorical flourish outright. The worthy point, after jettisoning the claims of violent response (which will only lead to armed police going to people’s homes anyway, thus being totally counter-productive), is to see if some common law challenge can be made. That is not hopeless as some judges have struck out some US lockdown orders. There, hopefully, is a non-violent solution to this, but I guess ex-army guys always shoot first, and litigate second. Let’s not go there; we don’t need to. But, this does show the level of anger out there, and it is worth reading this, and pondering what will come in our future. Things are falling apart by the day, but I suppose when something gets this rotten, it is only natural.
