An article in the British Medical Journal has proclaimed that the Covid pandemic will end when people forget about the media hype and go back to living normal lives. That was almost convincing to me, but the counter-point is that unlike past pandemics, this one is a plandemic, which serves a wider political agenda. I hope that we are wrong, but I do not see an easy end to all of this misery.
“The pandemic will end when society decides to resume normal life rather than waiting for COVID “dashboards” to register zero cases, said the authors of an article published Tuesday in The BMJ.
“Pandemic dashboards provide endless fuel for news coverage, ensuring the constant newsworthiness of the COVID-19 pandemic, even when the threat is low,” wrote Peter Doshi, Ph.D., The BMJ senior editor, and David Robertson, a Ph.D. candidate in history at Princeton University.
“In doing so, they might prolong the pandemic by curtailing a sense of closure or a return to pre-pandemic life,” the authors wrote.
A BMJ analysis of the past century showed previous pandemics including the Spanish flu faded away gradually as societies “ceased to be all consumed by the pandemic’s shocking metrics.”
In the following decades, people resumed normal routines even amid brief spikes in flu deaths that exceeded pandemic levels.
The BMJ’s analysis comes as global attention focuses on the Omicron COVID variant, which appears to be more transmissible but less deadly than earlier strains.
Publications including Britain’s The Sun have produced maps showing Omicron’s “earliest hotspots,” and the World Health Organization’s (WHO) dashboard tracks daily changes in COVID cases.
“While visual depictions of epidemics have existed for centuries, COVID-19 is the first one in which real-time dashboards have saturated and structured the public’s experience,” said Doshi and Robertson.
“Deactivating or disconnecting ourselves from the dashboards may be the single most powerful action towards ending the pandemic.”
As of Dec 13, there was one recorded death worldwide of a person who tested positive for Omicron, according to fact-checking site Snopes.com.
The South African doctor who first alerted the WHO to Omicron this week told UK media she was astonished at the “overreaction” of Britain and some other European nations to the variant.
Several countries imposed heavy travel restrictions on international flights, as well as imposing tighter rules on mask-wearing at home, fines and extended quarantines.
Meanwhile, the WHO urged caution.
“Even if Omicron does cause less severe disease, the sheer number of cases could once again overwhelm unprepared health systems,” said WHO Director-General Tedros Adhanom Ghebreyesu.
He also noted vaccines’ protection may be waning.
“Evolving evidence suggests a small decline in the effectiveness of vaccines against severe disease and death, and a decline in preventing mild disease or infection,” Tedros said.”

There was a time in the not-too-distant past when the idea of privatizing personal records and putting them on an injectable microchip was called a “conspiracy theory.” Now, it is coming to fruition before our very eyes.
Perhaps you have heard the term ID2020? It has already been quietly passed by Parliament or decreed in the countries of Germany, Austria and France. And most people in those countries have no idea that it even happened.
The Swiss government tried the same thing, only to have the Swiss people find out and vote against it by a two-to-one margin in a referendum.
Eventually, though, the technology will be forced on the entire world. World Economic Forum (WEF) founder Klaus Schwab promised this with is “Great Reset” rhetoric, which is materializing at “warp speed,” thanks to the plandemic.
In order to get there, World War III will also have to commence. Constitutions will need to be abolished, as will national borders and sovereignty. Eventually, all will be merged into one, including government control and even religion.
“It happens silently,” warns The Burning Platform. “Either by decree, or by coopted and / or coerced Parliaments. A sort of Health Martial Law is being implemented basically everywhere in the world, with emphasis on the west.”
Back to the implantable microchips, the Gates and Rockefeller Foundations are already financing their global rollout under the guise of a “vaccination passport.”
Now that we have the “Omicron” (Moronic) variant right on schedule, the full implementation of this plan is at the doorstep. In order to resume some kind of “new normal,” the people of the world will be told they must comply – in order to keep everyone “safe,” of course.
It is important to note that none of this being funded by the WHO’s member countries. No, it is Gates, Rockefeller and other globalists that are pumping endless cash into seeing their baby come alive – and they have almost arrived.
The Biden regime is, of course, also complicit. With Barack Hussein Obama presumably pulling the strings from his basement through an earpiece in Joe’s ear, the jab mandates continue to roll out, despite a few temporary setbacks in a handful of courts.
Each piece is being stamped into the bigger puzzle both here and abroad, and before you know it the entire mechanism for global control will be visible and undeniable. And at that point, it will already be too late to do anything: your only choices will be to comply or die.”
One hopes that heroic resistance will occur from those who believe that humans are born free, and should not be in chains.
