Former Keating Labor government minister Gary Johns, has said that native title holders are concerned that the Voice referendum, if it succeeds could interfere with their claims.  “They say: ‘We’ve done our deals, we’ve got our contracts, we know our state members, federal members, public servants, and we are getting along fine—[it’s] not as well as we’d like, but we understand our own politics—so who the Hell [is] The Voice?'” Another group of native title holders wrote to the south Australian government: “We do not support and are deeply concerned by certain aspects of the proposed model, in particular the failure to build into the model native title groups and leadership,” the letter stated.

“The proposed model would establish a regional or local Voice with no defined representation, linkages or accountability back to native title groups—to First Nations. How is this a First Nations Voice?”

The Manhattan DA, who is prosecuting Donald Trump, for basically breathing, has been giving sweetheart deals to career criminals, most of whom are Black. Rodney Johnson, 53, who has nearly 90 arrests on his rap sheet and two state prison stints, had his felony robbery charges knocked down to minor misdemeanours by Bragg’s office last week. Thus, the DA goes after Trump, on a case that the electoral commission rejected going after because of lack of evidence, while someone who has been breaking the law for 35 years, gets a light slap on the wrist. It makes the rule of law a joke. And this is not restricted to the United States; I imagine if the voice referendum succeeds in Australia, setting up a de facto Third chamber of parliament, you will see some bizarre things as well.

The same occurred with Covid, as even though only the immune suppressed and the aged were at great risk, otherwise healthy groups like children and teenagers were originally seen to be at equal risk; but that claim has now been dropped even by the World Health Organization. The pretty blue face masks were at the early days of the Covid years, regarded as inadequate then became mandated, and still are for healthcare settings.

Opposition Indigenous spokesman Julian Leeser wants Labor to jettison the second clause to the proposed wording of the Voice. The proposed second clause, gives the Voice power to “make representations to the parliament and the executive government of the commonwealth.” The reasons are, that too many crucial question remain unanswered. “First, who can the voice talk to? Which agencies are part of the executive government?”  “Second, what can it talk about? What are matters relating to Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Australians? What does it mean to make representations? Does it imply or leave room for any reciprocal constitutional obligation on part of the executive?”

These are all good questions, that at present have not been answered, since, as I see it, the voice aims to create an open quiche which will be filled in by the elites who stand behind the referendum, manipulating events. And, if the second clause is rejected, the only purpose must be to engage in woke kowtowing, to supposedly look good for out international neighbours such as communist china. But really, does a nation engaged in an industrial-scale organ harvesting really care?

Monkey pox was a dud, infecting a few, then disappearing into a “community,” not to be discussed further. Clearly this virus will not be the next Big Thing. But, wait, maybe monkey pox needs some zap from renewed gain-of-function research? And that is exactly what is going to happen, with a  National Institutes of Health (NIH) researcher, planning to produce a virus that is 1,000 times more dangerous in mice, than the present one in humans. That has met with controversy, but the real question is why someone would want to produce such a virus, where there is little likelihood of it arising in nature? Here are some astonishing claims about the extent of Covid vax injuries, coming from data dealing with the US military. There are 1,195,000 active-duty military members in the USA and  778,000 reserve troops, but 43 percent of them,  863,013, the majority Covid-vaxxed, who developed nervous system diseases in the six-month period between August of 2021 and  January 2022, according to data by  Thomas Renz, presented  to a US Senate committee. Renz is an attorney presenting 30 US Navy sailors, who are suing the US government over the vax mandates.

In all my time of running a dairy farm, I do not recall ever having heard a cow fart. I can say the word “fart” here, can’t I; it is after all a four-letter word, just like the word “word”?  Indeed, I am worse than any cow, after a feed of baked beans! Seriously, cows may do the occasional burp, but I have never seen proof that this is a major factor in methane production. But it has set off the hysterical fire siren of the kooky environmentalists. And in the UK, it looks to be a big thing, to control cows, before ultimately cancelling them.

Thus, the proposal is to give cows methane suppressants to at least control the burping. Apparently, the cows will be given seaweed and essential oils. That is probably not too bad; I know my cows would like it. It is better than giving them some new mRNA burp suppressant, but I suppose Big Pharma will get onto that one, soon. As for me, writing time is over, as the cows need milking, and maybe some essential oils if they are good and let-down well.

Dr Mercola, in a now deleted article, details how bird flu, H5N1, is likely to be the next agent used to create the biosecurity state, as part of a totalitarian New World Order. If bird flu does not mutate, then it will be irresistible for the elites to not release their gain-of-function version. At present, bird flu has had a terrible effect upon commercial birds. But, while this has happened in the past, what is different this time is that it is  now affecting mammals at a rate not previously seen, including skunks, bears, seals, foxes, minks and dolphins, and is spreading between mammals. So, it is possible that a natural mutation could lead to H5N1 species jumping to humans. But, it would be a golden opportunity for the elites to release the gain-of-function version at this time.

mRNA vaxxes, and other vaxxes are already being prepared to go, so Big Pharma is up on this one. Given that there is an up to 50 percent fatality rate, a mortality statistic that needs to be examined, people will once more be panicked into being jabbed, just to avoid lockdowns again. If the bodies start piling up, it will make Covid look like a dress rehearsal. We will just need to be vigilant, and keep watch, to see which way this one goes. Perhaps it could be a fizzer, like money pox.

Dr Peter McCullough, leading Covid vax critic, has turned his attention for an instant, to the issue of the possible relationship between autism and gender dysphoria, people feeling that they have been born in the wrong sex. Both autism and gender dysphoria have been on the increase in recent years, but is there a link? There has not been much research on this question, but one paper found that

20 percent of people with gender dysphoria also suffered from autism. The question to be investigated is if there is a direct causal link, or some common pathophysiological determinants.

Joe Biden began his speech talking about chocolate chip ice cream, then skating over the deaths. It was all about guns, which like Trump: bad. Obviously if he obeys it, which as a law and order guy he will do, his election abilities will be vastly reduced, if the order is to make him silent on everything. Probably though such an order would be knocked over on First Amendment grounds by a superior court. But it is likely that  a restricted gag order dealing with just the case will still stand.

Trump will then need to be innovative in the campaign, maybe bringing along to rallies another speaker, and there are plenty. to address the Third World injustices that are being processed. His running mate could do the job. And, beyond even this is the possibility of Trump being imprisoned, and conducting an electoral campaign from prison. It is a whole new world of decay of the rule of law.”

The big news today is that Donald Trump’s indictment has been unsealed, giving Trump 34 felony counts to address. We await the publication for the general public, but the counts seem to go beyond the issue of the hush payments to Stormy Daniels, and include electoral interference. Everything the Democrats did for decades, which Trump did not do. Victor Davis Hanson, in the extract below goes into detail about the hypocrisy. For example, Hillary Clinton has multiple violations of federal law over her use of a private email sever, posing a national security threat, and … nothing. And the Hunter Biden laptop has shown that Joe Biden was part of the deals his son did with CCP-influenced Chinese. Again, nothing. And, as has been said by multiple sources, the New York AG, who has downgraded many offences, made Trump’s alleged offences into felonies from misdemeanours, just to go after Trump. Even the Left-wing president of Mexico saw this as a ploy to prevent Trump from running. The question is: how much longer will people put up with this?

This is how the Voicers are treating those who raise questions about how it all will work. Opposition leader Peter Dutton has asked some questions about how the Voice will actually work. The response from Professor Megan Davis, a leading Voice to Parliament proponent, was that "The 'operating manual' of the Voice is substantially done by the ordinary course of parliament, the referendum unlocks the door for our democratically elected representatives to start the process.”

Our own Ian Wilson LL. B argued  this a few days ago at the blog, that PM Albo’s claim that the Voice to parliament, if successful in the coming referendum, would not be limited to narrow issues traditionally viewed as “Aboriginal.” All issues, including defence, taxation, social security and immigration etc. impact upon Aboriginal people. It seems completely logical. And, the constitutional law expert who help draft the final wording of the constitutional amendment has said that the Voice cannot be “shut up,” and is not limited in scope. That too sounds reasonable, and I imagine, as Ian argued, that the High Court would conclude that going to the extent to have a referendum to change the constitution indicates the Voice should not be limited.

Too bad for Albo if the Voice turns on his mass immigration program, which threatens Aboriginal health and housing as much as the rest of us!

Breitbart was in fine form, hitting the nail on its head, in writing that the indictment of Donald Trump was an assault upon democracy. The points are so clear that even Leftists such as the president of Mexico agreed that the indictment was a political ploy to prevent Trump from running as president in 2024. The charge seems to arise from a specially cooked up law that was designed to target Trump over the alleged hush money payment to porn actress, Stormy Daniels. Trump denies this, the Feds looked at this case and dropped it, but the Soros-sponsored DA is running with it. Just because …orange man bad!

As I see it, a jury of Biden voters will be assembled that would convict Trump regardless of any evidence. And, way before that, Trump will probably have a judge impose a gap order on him, to prevent him campaigning. As Trump said on Truth Social, America descends intro the Third world, and beyond. No country in the West, being in the grip of globalist leftism, is immune to the plunge into the abyss of tyranny.

A very good article from the Epochtimes.com has appeared, not behind a paywall that goes into great detail about why wind power is a failure, and certainly cannot form a basis of an alternative energy system to fossil fuels. The main point is seemingly incontestable, that wind is inherently unreliable; fine when the wind blows, but the wind only blows when it wants to, not when it is needed. Fossil fuels are reliable, and adaptable. According to Professor Emeritus Wade Allison, in a report published by the Global Warming Policy Foundation, “In particular, the generation of electricity by wind tells a disappointing story. The political enthusiasm and the investor hype are not supported by the evidence, even for offshore wind, which can be deployed out of sight of the infamous My Back Yard.” Apart from the enormous space required for the turbines, the energy needed to construct them, and the waste produced when the blades die in about 20 or less years, there are other physical limitations. “Because the power carried by the wind depends on the third power of the wind speed, if the wind drops to half speed, the power available drops by a factor of 8,” he wrote. “Almost worse, if the wind speed doubles, the power delivered goes up 8 times, and as a result the turbine has to be turned off for its own protection.”

Wind, one of the leading components of he so-called renewable energy technology revolution will not fuel any half-decent industrial society. Going down this path, and abandoning fossil fuels is literally digging the grave of the West.
