There are a wicked variety of hypotheses about so-called chem trails, more than flavours of ice cream, down at the shop on the corner. Some hold that use is being made of a weather machine, to control the weather, for good, or a weapon against enemies or their own people, for social control. Others see various geo-engineering uses being made, such as climate change control, seeing some sort of global warming occurring, or other such nonsense. There are less harmful climatic uses such as seeding clouds for rain. The CBRN defense units of the Armed Forces and the Military Unit of Emergencies (UME) have personal means, materials, procedures and the sufficient training to carry out aerial disinfection, since they are operations that they execute regularly, with the exception that instead of using biocidal products do it with other decontaminating chemicals.
