     Such a diet may lead to weight loss in the very short term, due to the radical reduction in carbohydrates such as sugars, but there are longer term dangers. For one thing, the body needs vitamins and minerals that meat does not have, as well as fibre for gut and bowel health. So, while Dr Peterson has many good things to say in opposing political correctness and feminism, the diet material needs to be understood as just his opinion.
