You can go to the link in the Zero Hedge.com article and hear Beijing Biden actually say that anybody making less than $ 400,000 will not pay a single penny/cent of taxes! Of course, this was just a way of saying that everybody earning under $ 400,000 will as usual face the main tax burden of the nation. Or, it was just senility. Or, both.
