The novels of French writer and intellectual, Michel Houellebecq, have been used as a metaphor by writers at the Daily Sceptic for French society. I do not read French well enough to tackle these novels even if I had the time, but a summary indicates the main point: "These books are capable of being viewed as bizarre rewrites of the sci-fi horror novels of Houellebecq's adolescent literary hero, the American Weird Fiction writer H.P. Lovecraft (HPL to his fans), in which the overtly hideous Earth-invading alien demons, like the squid-headed giant Cthulhu, have been replaced instead by a kind of silent invasion of inhuman beings of another kind – a self-styled higher caste of deracinated, post-human globalist technocratic politicians of the Emmanuel Macron class."
There is certainly merit from a literary perspective in seeing the march of the Left as some sort of alien invasion. It seems to incorporate many aspects of sci fi all into one nightmare, such as The Invasion of the Body Snatchers, to the more modern Terminator movies, with the transhuman agenda of World Economic Forum cult members, as Macron and the rest all are.

Or, then again, maybe something else revolutionary in nature could occur – France may descend into outright civil war. At least, that was the warning of Jupiter Macron: vote for anyone other than the grown-up, rational centrists like him, and there would be immediate bloodshed. Strange, really. When Donald Trump warned of a "bloodbath" in the U.S. car industry should Biden win America's own Presidential election earlier this year, he was spuriously accused of inciting mass violence. Why wasn't Macron monstered by the media similarly? Because, unlike with Trump, the mainstream Western media are overwhelmingly on Macron's side.
