The Number 14.92 is Racist Now! By Chris Knight (Florida)

The US Women’s March requested $ 14.92 from supporters, but that is like a racist number, the year Christopher Columbus arrived in America. Only, that year had no decimal, and was actually a different number 1492. But things are so mad now that even the numerals are enough to trigger the woketards.

“The Women’s March is being widely mocked online after the organization requested donations of $14.92 from supporters — and then apologized “deeply” for not realizing it reflected the year Christopher Columbus landed in the Americas.

“We apologize deeply for the email that was sent today. $14.92 was our average donation amount this week,” the Women’s March tweeted on Tuesday.

“It was an oversight on our part to not make the connection to a year of colonization, conquest, and genocide for Indigenous people, especially before Thanksgiving.”

The request for the $14.92 had earlier been sent to supporters in an email blast.

It wasn’t immediately clear if the group’s apology was prompted by complaints from people who were offended by the donation figure.

The apology was immediately ridiculed online — with some questioning whether it was satire while others insisted that anyone triggered by the donation amount needed help.

Fox News contributor Ari Fleischer tweeted: “Let’s all chip in and raise the amount to $17.76. Then they’ll really lose their minds.”

“The Women’s March is not a serious organization. If you can’t see the amount of $14.92 without being triggered, seek help,” political commentator Lauren Chen tweeted.

Dr. Jordan Peterson added: “This is perhaps the most hypocritical virtue-signaling tweet I have ever seen. And that is really saying something.”

“We did it. We finally held the women’s March accountable for Columbus’ crimes,” Nando Vila wrote.”
